The phone sold to me is the Galaxy A21 it is not the best phone, it sometimes lag and loads slow, also my previous phone was an iPhone now after updating my line with the galaxy, all of my iPhone contacts when sending a text goes to my old iPhone and not my new galaxy. At first I thought it was just taking a while to fully port but now it has been over 2 weeks and Im still having the same issue. I literally have to keep both my old phone and new phone with me at all times then when I try to call customer service for help it is almost impossible to get a live rep on the phone and dont even get me started with the live chat.

I just made the switch to Boost Mobile & Myles helped me get the new Stylo 6. Myles was such a big help with easing my mind and helping me transfer all my data. Go see Myles if you need any help with switching to Boost Mobile

They have two Boost Stores and they are using innocent customers information to FAKE reviews for both of their stores.They have one at 380 S State Rd 434 Altamonte Springs 32714 and another one at Colonial Town Center. You can check the Screen Shots posted as photos or by going into reviews. The customers are reviewing both stores at the same time. NEVER ever share your Gmail emails information with them and apart from that they are charging way more than other phone stores. Always verify before you proceed.

Do not buy a phone from Boost Mobile. Got a used phone as a Christmas present and activated a few weeks later. It doesnt work at all, cant receive data. When I made a warranty claim I gave the date we got the phone and the claim was rejected because I was supposed to give them the date it was activated and not the date I got it. Theyve been giving me the runaround for months. Basically they stole $200 with no resolution in sight. If you have an issue with it the problem will not be solved expediently if its even solved at all. Do not buy from Boost.

I went there last evening at 6:45 PM but the store was closed. I went today there at 10 AM. The store was closed, I kept waiting until 10:15, but no one has shown up. I came back and tried calling them at 11:15 but nobody has answered. I thought perhaps the phone is not working so I again visited at 12 PM but no one was there. After that I tried again by going at 1:10 PM however no one was there and store was still closed.
