Needed a phone fixed on a Sunday. They were able to do it.

I purchased a case for my sons phone, which I didnt have with me at the time, I made sure to ask if I was able to return it in case it didnt fit, the guy assured me several times that indeed I would be able to and that they were open every day. I came back two days later because as I was afraid, it did not fit his phone, so when I walked into the mall and explained to the girl what has happened, she said they dont do returns, only exchanges. Then I asked her to get me the specific case for the phone I needed, she said they didnt have it and it would have to be ordered and itd take 22 days to get there, but the icing on the cake was that their exchange policy is only good within 7 days.So I lost my money, I got a product I dont need and I was lied to my face. I am extremely dissatisfied

THERE SCAMMERs!!!! I went to this location to buy a $40 case here and it was in poor quality, horrible condition, the packaging looks as if it was tampered with. I went back to the location to get my money back and the workers were unprofessional and rude. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Came a couple of months to fix the screen left the phone on my dresser, came back I have black spots and lack of color screen, the guy wanted to charge again for the screen. Bad business I would not recommend this place for screen replacement.

Customer service is terrible. Do not repair your iPhone screen there because he will replace it with one that had a much lower resolution, the colors look terrible too. Do not go there!

Absolutely terrible. Replaced the iPhone screen with a much lower resolution. Apple store said he broke something inside and the screen is not aligned properly. He is so rude, didnt get me any refund. I made an official complaint with the mall.

Probably the worst customer service in the mall. Clerk doesnt tell you information until a purchase is made, than he informs you of no return policy and 7 days to exchange. He has small papers by the register that he covers with water bottles and tissues so you dont see it, than after your purchase your receipt says no refunds. I questioned his policy AFTER the purchase and his response was business is business. Well this business does not care about customer service or people in general. I wouldnt refer this business to anybody.
