This was probably the best experience I’ve had with AT&T. I believe it was James and the manager on duty then next day James and Oscar also helped.Both days I went in all 3 of the gentleman were amazing and worked to get what I needed done even though it was a hassle and time consuming.Very happy and impressed! Just was at the AT&T here in Altamonte Springs Store and Olivia helped me tremendously! She had the sweetest attitude in helping me get my email back up!!!!! I’m 70 years old and I’m not very phone literal on knowing how to figure out a problem!!! Olivia knew exactly what to do to help me with my situation!!! The salesmen either lied to me or deliberately withheld information from me. I upgraded to a new phone and was told it would arrive in 2 business days. I called to inquire about my order and was told that the phone is on backorder until January 7th, 2022. I would have never purchased the phone had I known this information. I immediately canceled my order. It felt like he only cared about the sale and had no regard for business ethics

I am a technology idiot. Somehow my phone got wet & lost touch sensitivity. Went to the AT & T store nearby. This nice young lady, Olivia, warmly greeted me at the door. Once I explained the situation to her, she took the cover off, did maintenance on it& now back to normal!!Pleasant experience 12 out of 10 customer service!!John

I’ve been going to this location in Altamonte Springs for years and I’ve always received great service. Olivia helped me today with the set up of my new iPad which came in early. She was absolutely awesome. I also purchased the Apple Pencil and a screen protector. Olivia took the time to help me with putting the screen protector on the new iPad. She did such an amazing job. Olivia also showed me the Magic Keyboard for the iPad. That is an accessory that really complement the iPad well and one that I will be purchasing next. Elvin showed me some of the amazing features of the keyboard as well while Olivia was checking to see if they had any in store foe me. This location is hands down my favorite AT&T store location. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable. They really have a fantastic team over there. After an awful experience at another location, James was the biggest help ever! He took the time to sit down with me and explain everything, the other location did not. I highly recommend James and will definitely be going back to add more lines! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

After making the fatal mistake of purchasing 4 phones and AT&T service from a contracted vendor in a large warehouse club, we had a problem with one of the phones not being delivered. The hassle, the runaround, the time spent on the phone for 1.5 months was futile and I was at the end of my rope. I went into this store and poor Xavier drew the short straw and waited on me. He patiently waited for me to vent and then went to work. It took 2 hours, but in the end, he got the job done and every issue I had was resolved. He was patient and helped us get the best plans and phones possible. Never again warehouse club! Go see Xavier if you need any help at all!

Customer service is very good. Cell carriers rightfully get a bad reputation for customer service. However, Att should be very proud of this team. A+

Virtually all ART store reps are no longer interested in being of any real assistance. Most seem staffed by young people looking for another gig. They used to help you with your phone. That was yesterday. If they dont have what you need, they seem incapable of pointing you in the right direction. If I were a manager at any of the locations I would do a complete clean and sweep and hire reps that at least pretend to care. Absolutely horrid experience at every ATT store Ive been to in the last 2 years

Came in for a replacement SIM card. Manager greeted us and said it would be one second. 15 minutes later I walked up and asked if he could please help us with a new SIM card so we can be on our way. He told me I need to chill his reps are busy ATM. As he proceeded to sit and text on his phone. As the manager of the store maybe help the customers out instead of texting, no wonder the staff was leaning against the wall why helping others. Very terrible customer service and I’ll be leaving AT&T.

I’m a bit of a troglodyte when it comes to tech and was at my wits end trying to figure out an issue with my phone. Stopped by here and Junior Rodriguez greeted me professionally and took his time to explain and fix the issue. I was there just over an hour and though the phone just needed to do it’s own thing, he could have let me sit there while potentially getting a sale with another customer but spent his time showing me features I never knew about. Estefania worked creatively to find a program that “...costs less but gets you more...”. She was able to satisfy my needs for going into the store plus she educated me in use of a product not sold by this corporate store, but rather sold by a competing franchised store where my near closing time arrival licensed the “assistant manager” to sell me a new iPhone 11, but give me no instruction in its use and did not apply my screensaver or case, “... it’s real easy, you can do it in like two minutes...”. Therefore, still in the packaging at home five months later. Estefania offered genuinely to assemble those phone protections if I choose to bring them to her for assembly. Personable, engaged and invested in customer service, Estefania at the SR 436, Altamonte Springs store between Denny’s and Steak and Shake.

After much frustration trying to make some account changes I stopped by the store. Xavier Paulino helped us and was very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend going to this store for anything you need!

They started working on my issue within seconds of me walking in. I drive past 2 at&t stores to get to this one because the service is that good. Its the only one I will go to.

The staff here is wonderful. Arthur one of the managers helped me along with Olivia in my recent upgrade for the iPhone 12 Pro. Quick service along with excellent product knowledge.

We didnt have to wait, but the guy who took care of us couldnt help with an issue. They are doing a good job with health and safety guidelines. We got what we came for, but then had to call AT&T to resolve a separate issue that the rep at the store didnt understand.

I just got off the phone with a service representative working at this location and had one of the worst customer service experiences in quite some time. He did not provide his name, and when we concluded our call and I said thank you he said yaaa in a half dead tone and hung up. I understand that there is no requirement to be nice to other people, or treat them with respect, but to seemingly inconvenience someone with a very easy question seems ridiculous. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store. In the past, when upgrading phones, the service representative did a mediocre job of explaining the process and how it would affect our plan, and forgot to put the SIM card into the phone, basically making the whole trip pointless. HOWEVER, I will say that I did speak to a manager who was very understanding and professional and was a pleasure to talk to. Not all representatives have been bad, but we have had several negative experience.TL;DR: Customer service is lacking. Some representatives are decent. Very hit or miss. Ask for a better rep if you dont like the one helping you and hope for the best.

Danny Labrador was the representative working with us. Besides being professional he was patient, kind and extremely helpful. He took his time to be certain we understood how to use our new phones. Danny answered all of our questions and never was frustrated to help us. He is definitely an asset to have working for AT&T.

I came in and asked the person who approached me if they had a green iPhone 11 in stock and he went to go look. After he walked in the back I realized I meant the iPhone 11 pro and he went back to check, but he didn’t have the iPhone 11 anyway so he was going back anyway. I stood by the nearest table and waited. He came back out, started talking to another employee and starting helping him for a while. I waited 10 minutes and kept looking at him and he just ignored my presence. I waited until the 10 min was up and walked out because I have things to do. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication skills he had being a salesman. Hopefully I can come back but get helped by someone who is interested in making a sale.When I had gone back I was again approached by the same man who recognized me and had read my above review. He apologized for the poor service and explained what was going on well enough for me to want to come back to this post and give them a better review. He ended up being very helpful and I was helped and on my way within an hour. Thank you.

Store reps didnt know their plans and when I asked for more information about the plans they told me just go to the website. limited selection of phones no information about phones that are unlocked or without the providers bloatware

I came in looking to browse the phones and possible plans. I’m young so i don’t know much about pretty much anything but the employee Zac was extremely helpful. Very inconsiderate place. Came in and waited, they allowed 2 people to go in front of me without any explanation. Was deciding to join them today, but definitely not after this experience. All the workers seemed too busy doing inventory to take care of the customers.

Nothing but liars. Wait time was to be 20 or 30 minutes. It took 50 minutes before someone started to help me. Then after making a decision the guy goes to backroom to get the phone and I waited another 30 minutes. I left because I would still be there and waiting. Would really like to know what goes on in the back as that is where all the workers disappear too for extended amount of time!!!

Tyrce, the AT&T rep at the store, was extremely helpful today when I brought my New Samsung S20. I thought I had broken the screen glass, but Tyrece checked out the phone and the screen wasnt broken, but instead it was the tempered glass that was over the screen. His help is why I and my wife will continue to be a AT&T Samsung customer.

It took just under 2 hours to upgrade a phone on an existing line. Now I understand why people are switching phone companies. I hope I dont need to go back for a long while. This experience ranks up there with the dentist or buying a new car.

What a surprise, what a PLEASANT surprise (after my last two not very satisfactory visits) from the moment I walked in. Without an appointment. Danny walked towards the door and the first words he spoke were, “ What can I help you with?”If you want to be helped by a knowledgeable and skilled Consultant, with great service cheerful imparted, ask for Danny Labrador by name, or book and appointment with him. I am going to do just that on my next visit, before I leave to go overseas.The reason for my visit was to get an eSim, so I have just one phone for my UK and US number. The last time I was here for that purpose, the guy told me, it cannot work with you turning off one number, and both numbers will be active at all times. This time I came armed with the website and information that eSim can in fact use one number at a time if I chose to to that.I came prepared to argue my case, but I needn’t have worried Danny instantly knew what I was talking about and in a matter of minutes has set me up!! Awesomeness! He then showed me how to operate the phone and turn off numbers. He even has it one him phone, which makes sense- know your product and use it too! He made it sound easy and ensured I understood.Amazingly different from my last visit! Thank you Danny Labrador! A box of Chocolates for you! With Halloween around the corner, it’s certainly all treats for Danny and for the customer, if You get lucky and get Danny! I’m just going to ask for him next time. Hope AT&T never lets him go! This is the worst store of AT&T evere!!! I got there at 6:31pm April 16 today, and everyone just saw me as if a was the devil. The where ready to go. DANNY who speaks spanish decides Ok maybe lets try to get rid off her quickly. He did didnt knew about anythings i was asking and was very rude. They though I didnt understand english. But guess what? I left yelling at them they are the worst store who treats bad customers when almost closing time.

Other than the fact I had to wait a little over 20 to 25 minutes when they told me that wait was 10 to 15 minutes I had an amazing experience. I was helped by a very sweet and helpful girl named Giselle. She took the time to answer all my questions in order for me to get the best deal to upgrade my phone and also took a personal interest in me as a customer. When she realized they didnt have the phone I was looking for in stock that day she gave me her business card with her personal cell phone number and told me she would text me once the phone came in (which was the next day). I left a very happy customer and would highly recommend you ask for Giselle the next time you visit this location.

Corporate store good advertised specialsIf you have technical questions this is the place you need to go they always have someone there according to the gentleman I talked to. Most of the other stores our franchise and not a lot of technical knowledge is available. I have been a customer of ATT for as long as I can remember and have experienced many helpful ATT employees whom know the meaning of customer service. Yesterday, I met another exceptional ATT employee at the Altamonte Springs Store location and her name is Olivia. She Is absolutely an amazingly courteous and friendly person. Olivia was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the services and products ATT provides. I couldn’t be been more greatful to have had the fortunate opportunity to receive such services from an outstanding customer oriented person. The worst service ever, you wait long and they have very poor customer service skills and very rude. They will hurry and get you into a phone but after that; any help you need is almost as if you’re begging them to do their job! I don’t like using the word hate but I hate going there; you’re better off going else where if you don’t want the headache and nightmare

He answered all my questions, took a personal interest in me as a customer so that he could better help me. Big thanks and props to him and Brent (the manager on duty) who even stayed 30+ minutes after store closing, with me, to help finish setting up my new phone and to make sure it was done right. Such a pleasant experience and all the stress I had about the new no 2 yr contract plans and getting a new phone were put at ease.

Horrible service. I walked in 5 minutes to closing they sold me a case and screen protector then told me I had to come back the next day for them to put it on because they were now closed. I have my own business and we have to finish up with last customer no matter what. I ask to speak to a manager and he was not helpful so I asked for a refund but they had no drawer so that took a minute and they could of finished my screen protector by then.
