I only come to this location because it’s by my home. However, this is the 2nd time that I’ve visited this location and received the same experience.My 1st encounter… I walked in and the two ladies looked at me as though I stole something, before barely greeting me. A white lady walked in immediately after me and they began to greet her immediately. Cool I brushed it off and still used services because this is life for Brown folks unfortunately.Not this second time. I was told to be seated and that I had one person ahead of me, the one person ahead of me went. I waited even though there was a chair available. As soon as a white lady walked in they allowed her to sit right down. I left.I am no longer spending my money where respect isn’t reciprocated. As a business owner and a social worker, I believe that these ladies need to indulge in some business etiquettes and diversity courses.

Absolutely terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got my eyebrows waxed after continuously telling them I wanted my eyebrows waxed they tried threading them which I told them to immediately stop and wax my eyebrows which is what I wanted. Then I asked if they are good at eyebrowing dying they said yes. My eyebrows are two completely different shaped and square. I will never come back and this is the worst professionals ever!

First time customer today and I left thinking that the shape of my brows was just okay. But once I got home and actually looked at my brows, WOW is all I can say! Nivien did an excellent job! She listened to what I wanted and showed out. When I thought she messed up my brows and she saw how upset I was, she didn’t argue with me or point the blame instead she reasoned and tried to work with me. respect her even more for that! Thank you so much for the customer service and great quality! I will for sure be back!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 7 years now, prior to going to Nivien at the (Altamonte Springs location) my brows arent what they are today thanks to her. She is absolutely fantastic and makes my eyebrows into perfection. My staples are my hair and now my eyebrows because of her. I, unfortunately moved about 50 minutes away the past few months and have decided the drive to see her, although long is worth it for me to see her every two weeks. Thank you for making me feel great about my face again and if you havent heard it lately.... you are amazing at what you do!Jodi

I literally told her to not thin out my brows since my hairs are very fine even tho as a professional they should know how to deal with this and boom ... Still did whatever she wanted and now my eyebrows are jacked. she kept pulling on the mirror when I was trying to get a good look like she knew she messed up. Her advice, rub castro oil so they can grow back 🤦‍♀️... Never again!!!

Its obvious that my wife is missing a big chunk of her eyebrow. The lady who took care of her apologized and seem to admit that she messed up and said and I quote it will grow back. As a customer I dont think thats the way she should handle the situation, no one should be treated in this way. Go at your own risk its a hit or miss but the love of God what a miss . 👎

I have been going to brow art for years and I absolutely love Nivien! She is amazing at what she does and is always very welcoming. I highly recommend going to see her especially if you have never tried threading and are considering it .

Although I have gotten good service here several times, I often come to the location and find it to be closed when they are supposed to be open. No one answers the phones if you call. It is unfortunate and very unprofessional.

She did rushed through my eyebrows, messed them up and took too much off and when I told her I didn’t like them she said they were fine and she just cleaned them up like she didn’t take half my eyebrow off, the customer service is zero, she didn’t even try to fix them. !!! Save your money !!! Go to somewhere else

I waiting as long as possible after the mall opened after COVID until I couldn’t anymore. The only person i let touch my brows is Nivien (she’s the best!). The salon was extremely clean not all employees were working at once to reduce the amount of people in the salon. & Instead of using the thread their mouths like they’re used too they wrapped it around their necks while also double masked. I appreciated this extra step to change up the ways they normally do things to ensure our safety and beauty :) I also noticed they did wipe down the chairs in between every client as expected! Thank you for the amazing service!

I went to get my eyebrows done recently and I walk in and there was only one other customer in there who was being worked on. After she was done she wiped off the seat and her tools, she had her string across her neck and her mask was on at all times. Overall I am very satisfied with the precautions that she took to make sure everything was clean and disinfected. The lady who worked on my eyebrows was named Nivien Moussa, and she was the only worker in there. She was very nice and friendly and took every precaution she could.

I got my eyelash extensions done today at around 12pm and I just took a shower and they came off instantly. The lady said they were supposed to last 2 weeks to a month. THEY LASTED LESS THAN 24 HOURS!! I want a refund

Mary is my girl! I’ve been coming to Mary for about 3 years now or even more (time is a blur). Super friendly and she knows what to do with your eyebrows! I recommend always calling ahead to make sure your person is there.

My brows turned out good. But the lady didnt listen when I told her my skin was sensitive. She went to hard and now I have a cut under my eyebrow. Please listen when a customer says they have sensitive skin regardless if you may think not.

DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS!!!!My girlfriend has gone to Brow Art for years and has brought many of her friends to this company. Up until today she has always had a pleasant experience. However, they refused to make it right and in return we will be taking our business elsewhere and letting others know of how they treat valued, paying customers. During a promotional discount one of the technicians offered for her to purchase a gift card and so she did. At her next visit, she tried to use it and they said there was nothing on it. Luckily she had her receipt. And so they transferred the balance on to a different card, as they stated those cards were old. She got and paid for her services and added even more money to the card and was told to keep her receipt in case there were any other issues; the balance was $65.00. Today, she tried to use the card, unsure of which one it was she handed both over, but was told that she didnt have enough. Several shady things happened, first there was a little balance on both cards and second, there wasnt the full balance at all, third, why wasnt her history of services/payments/ purchases in the system and finally they tried to keep the original receipt and wanted us to take a picture (a picture doesnt prove she was the owner). My girlfriend didnt want to make a scene (as shes good like that), but was highly aggravated because they didnt honor the original gift card purchases. Its sad her word wasnt taken, the receipt amounts werent honored, she wasnt respected for not making a scene and shes brought them business and tipped well. Not sure if this is an isolated incident or a scam theyre running, but be aware and save your receipts (even though they wont be honored)!!!!

They didnt do a good job, and they knew it didnt look good, but still charged me the full price.

Got my brows done here and must say I am very much so satisfied! They are the most even they have ever looked in my little yet wide life span thus far. Turned out great! But like everyone has been saying though my left brow looks better than my right. They are twins, sisters even. But the right sister twin is looking better than the left! Is what was said to me. If only I had sat still, I was crying the whole time! Also laughing too!Still love my brows and glad I got them done. But for to tolerate the pain for beauty and come back again...this will be very difficult.

Far drive but the work done is great! Definitely making the trip for this place.
