I can honestly say that it is the first time and the first makeup place that I go and they treat me so well, the girl who attended me was so humble, attentive, she cared about my interests and that I leave happy, Honestly, this girl deserves a promotion, I would go back to Mac a million times knowing she would take care of me, its too cool

Love the store, but there was only 1 person working on a Saturday, and I only had 15 minutes to pick up my stuff. I waited as long as I could, but I never was able to speak to anyone. I left without my products. Not happy

Ive been going to this location for years to purchase makeup for my wife. They have always been completely professional and helpful. The latest visit was the best ever though. Becky helped us find a new makeup palette for my wife and totally went above and beyond in helping her. She did a wonderful job making her over and most importantly teaching her how to apply everything. We came in for a palette and left with a few other things, but my wife had a great time.

I love the Altamonte location. Im new in town and the staff there is really great and helpful especially the store manager.This is definitely one of the best locations Ive ever been to!!!5 star service 👍🏼

I recently attended a class on June 11, 2017. At the beginning of the class the entire management team had introduced theirselves and was super friendly to the whole class. I love shopping at this location and highly recommend it to all my friends. And for those of you who are not aware there are two MAC counters at this location one inside of the Macys department store and the kiosk which is located on the second floor.

Agree with other reviews. I love MAC products but customer service needs some work. Macys didnt have my product and called the kiosk so they already had product set aside. There was only one person working and helping a very indecisive customer. She could of worked me in or asked the lady if she could quickly ring me up, but instead I had to wait 10 minutes to buy the product that was sitting on counter.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was looking for a lipstick for my sister and all I had from her was a blurred picture of the box. The staff was able to identify what item it was and looked up availability in other locations nearby without me having to figure it out myself.

I only purchase makeup at Mac that I cant find anywhere else. Their prices are incredibly high and ridiculous. I was truly disappointed when I found that the two things I came to purchase or no longer available. They were not available online either. I find Equitable makeup elsewhere for about a fourth of the price that they charge.

Whenever I go in there I always received good customer service theyre so helpful.

Thanks a million Cody for making sure my face was beat for the Gawds. My face was his canvas and he did a fantabulous job !!! Im so excited to see how my photos turn out. The store was clean and easily accessible. Cody was great at workibg with multiple clients and his communication was stellar.

I visited the Mac store today in search of a lipstick or lipgloss that would fit my complexion and stay on all day. Jelly was the sales rep that assisted me. She was very patient and listened to what I wanted. I decided to go with the Oh Baby lipgloss. Its exactly what I was looking for.

This location is awesome ! The staff and management is super helpful and professional, I would highly recommend this location to any and everyone

I saw something i habenever seen before and i dont mean any disrespect but there was a woman..not a child,with blue hair and a very pale if not white face but at my age you have to try and really remember everything that you do see and wonder did i really see what i saw or ? Ihave to say though she was dressed very nicely other than that.I guess i just had to get that off my old mind!!!

Good MAC Cosmetics it is expensive but greatly worth it.

Very poor customer service at the kiosk location in Altamonte springs mall. I was treated very badly by the staff and the supervisor (light skin black woman with dreds) was equally rude, her attitude was beyond disgusting. I would highly NOT recommend this location to my worst enemy

I went to Mac Altamonte I had great service the lady who helped me taught me how to use all the products and was very knowledgeable. Her name was Markida she is also the manger.
