The store manager, an older lady. Thought she would be bubbly and informative but instead I waited unacknowledged outside of the store for over 15 min, (only one customer)+staff (2)... Either she was hungry or tired but she was as bland as a raw potato. My bracelet broke and she actually just looked at me for a lil before handing me a card for corporateπ€· so if youre going for the Brand, thats all youll get thereπΆ she should go to a Chick fil aCustomer service seminar.... Just saying
The manager Robbin was horrible. I have never encountered someone of higher leadership treat a consumer so horribly . I went into the store to exchange and online item that was to big. I ordered the item a week prior so it was well within the time frame to return which is (30 days). Robbin was no help, instead she spoke very nasty and made me feel as if I was being dishonest about ordering my product online. Simply because I did not have my receipt but I did have my order number from the email that was sent after i placed my online order. She said she needed an actual receipt which I should have gotten in the email she mentioned nastily to me. I understood that part, I later went home and saw with my online order I had all the information on the back of my return label.It was the presentation and her mannerism that was completely unprofessional. Iβve been an loyal customer to Pandora and Iβve always received great customer service. Itβs the idea of knowing that Pandora has a mangers such as Robbin representing their brand that gives it a bad name. Extremely disappointed in this store and itβs is experience.
Something needs to happen with this store. Robbin the βmanagerβ is so unbelievably rude. I was hesitant going to this location based of the reviews where Robbins name is mentioned multiple times. How shocking that none of them are praising her? Well, it was just my luck that I had to deal with her while shopping for charms for my wife and daughter. She couldnβt have been more rude. She was acting like I was inconveniencing her to do HER job. It amazing how this woman still has her job. The owner of this franchise, David Pentacost needs to really look into getting a new manager in there. Perhaps the reviews would change dramatically. Just a thought. Sonya Key is Robbins manager, maybe she can do something? I will be taking my money to the Mall at Milena from now on.

I had a terrible encounter with their supposed store manager Robbin. She is rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I brought my stepdaughter there to change out her bracelet and from the moment we were greeted we felt like we were a burden to her. I absolutely dread having to go back there because I really dont want to run into this lady again. Twice was bad enough. I really hope there is someone that can do something about her attitude. She really needs to find a job working from home because she has zero customer service skills and is extremely unpleasant .
Quite literally the most annoying Pandora store full of the most annoying staff. I purchased earrings 3 days ago and decided I wanted to purchase elsewhere. I walked in with my receipt and unused earrings. The man told me that they are a franchise and donβt take returns. I pointed out that the website and receipt say to head to your nearest Pandora to make a return. This apparently is not the case for them.Since they recommended I go to Disney springs, which is an hour away from me, I called Disney to make sure before I drive there that they will accept the return. The woman explained to me that Altamonte should take returns but just choose not to. She apologized up and down and was extremely pleasant to speak with.From what we gather, this store is just out to inconvenience their customers. It was explained to me that it is still Pandoras policy to take returns at any store so if I ever found myself there again, I could just remind them it is policy. We will never step foot in there. Their staff is rude, and no one looks like they want to be there. Donβt do it. Donβt go there for ANY of your business.

Horrible store! They refused entry to my daughter because she is unable to wear a mask due to multiple health conditions. My daughter was very upset with the way she was treated and discriminated against. This should never happen to a child. Store Manager Robbin is just down right awful. They do nothing to accommodate. All my daughter wanted to do was some Mothers Day shopping and instead was treated like she doesnt matter and ended up having a panic attack.
Had the worst experience possible at this store! I tried to come in the store and was greeted by the manager Robbin, She said we couldnt come in the store without a mask, So I said not a problem I will put on a mask and asked if she had one to provide and she says What do I look like a charity organization and walked away, I went to another store and was kindly given a mask.. Came back to Pandora, Robbin opened the door and said Oh youre back! What do you want now while looking around, she says you need to get out of my store now! I dont understand why this lady is a manager or even an employee of Pandora. I called customer service and also wrote a few Facebook messages about the incident, All I get is we will get back to you and its been a week now. I would never return to shop at a single Pandora store again. Robin was the most awful person Ive ever seen at any business! One of the girls walked over and tried to help and she refused to let her help and told me to leave the store, All because I asked for a mask since they require a mask to come into the store.
My boyfriend bought me a promise ring along with a band to go with it for Christmas. I wore it for 3 weeks and a stone fell out of the band for no reason. Clearly was sold a low quality ring considering I didnβt even have it for a month and it was not cheap. Went back to get it fixed and they refused to replace it because we didnβt have a receipt but did have bank statements and other proof of purchase. The store claims they canβt look up our info and was not very helpful. The ring is clearly still brand new and it literally came from that store. All companies keep records of purchases, with or without a receipt thereβs always a way to look it up if it was purchased on a card. We will be contacting cooperate and we will not be giving Pandora any more business. Extremely disappointed and upset because this ring was a special gift and itβs ruined now because itβs missing a stone.Update: we called the cooperate office and whoever we spoke to at this location lied because they said they should have been able to do the return with or without the receipt because we purchased the ring at this location. They are having us send the ring in and they are replacing it since the store would not help me.
The worst experience I ever had at a Pandora the store manager Robbin was really rude, rolling her eyes, being sarcastic and even telling us to go to another Pandora. We went there to exchange a ring which we were going to do and even buy another one. However, their system was down so we couldnβt do it that day. After that we went back in a couple of weeks. The manager said she was not going to do it and did not even tried to help us. Even tho she said she remembered us. One of the employees wanted to help and she did not let her.
Great store and staff. They limit customer access to one client per sales staff member. Be prepared to wait in line to view or purchase a selection. I visited on a Tuesday, 3 staff members, 3 customers. I was next in line and maybe 3 others behind. I knew what I wanted, made my purchase, maybe 10 minutes per shopper. They then sanitize the space before next customer goes in. Their protocol is good considering their store footprint is a small space.

After waiting in line over 1 hour to even enter the store, I was told that I could not exchange the bracelet that was given to me as a gift, because they never carried the item. Of course 2 other employees stated that they had that item in stock for a while. Manager Robin stated that they never carried it and could not exchange it for another item or give me a store credit. While I discovered that this store is a franchise on my visit there, I honestly do not understand why they could and would not exchange it or give a store credit. Robin also insinuated sarcastically that it was Christmas Eve and why would I wait until the last minute to shop. Well Robin I wasnβt shopping for a gift, I was exchanging a gift. My shopping had been completed over a month ago.Could someone help me understand why a Pandora Store cannot exchange a Pandora item? Especially when I had the receipt in hand! It could have been that old of a product since it was purchased November 17, 2020.

I wanted to do a review because the customer service was so excellent it honestly impressed me, the standards of cleanliness during the current Cornoa pandemic was impeccable! As well as my experience with Fabian who catered to me by helping me find and suggest any charms as well as being aware of my time-sensitive situation by helping me get out as fast as I could to make it on time to work. He definitely deserves a raise!
Excellent control of the crowds. Very professional service. This was our first time purchasing a Pandora bracelet so we needed some help. Our rep went over everything with us and even asked questions so we could personalize the purchase for the person we were buying it for. Highly recommend the store and this location in particular.
Not user friendly. They have 4 people only working at this store. 2 of them are tied up running some kind of security line which doesnt even make sense since everything is locked up. The other two people only are waiting on customers. So you have to wait in line over an hour just to get in the store. Once you get to the counter if they dont have what you want then they send you packing. If this is about the people, then have all 4 clerks wait on customers and have everyone take a number like at the bakery. Either way, I wont wait through that line again. Everytime I think of Pandora, I will think - Line 1 hour wait wont go there!
BEWARE Store and online services do NOT work together, even though Pandora tells me they do. After one full bracelet-starting another- purchased several charms online- one is TOO small to fit the bracelet. Pandora said to exchange at local store- store refused. Did not even know there are charms that do NOT fit bracelets. Exchange policies non- existent. God knows what refund policies exist- if at all. PATHETIC

Worst Pandora EVER. For one, they donβt even clean jewelry at this location! How are you going to sell jewelry but not clean it? I walked into 3 of the slowest staff associates ever. I was in a rush to make it to the postal office and asked if they could clean my Pandora ring and give me a box for it. They gave me the hardest time ever. They looked at me like I was speaking a whole different language... I just had to laugh. So I went next door to Kay to get my ring cleaned..... At Pandora, They refused to give me one of there little white Pandora boxes for my ring... wow, are they THAT CHEAP!?! Then I asked if they had a small shipment boxes in the back ( thatβs their going to throw away), they said no. Not even an ounce of customer service. Thatβs why I donβt spend money there anymore on their gold over sterling silver pieces. Way over priced for jewelry that tarnishes. I now shop at stores that sell solid gold pieces and diamonds only NOT cubic zirconia. They all need to get training on handling customers at this location.UPDATEI Didnβt even see the reviews about this location until after I posted mine.. WOW! No wonder there was no one in there (Pandoraβs are usually packed). Thatβs terrible.. they need a whole new staff. Get people with great customer service and I bet the sales will increase at this location.

Do not go here!! Drove all the way here to exchange the size and even though I had the original packaging, I was told it was a franchise and she would not exchange anything without a receipt. Every other Pandora store makes exchanges without the receipts. All the other reviews are correct. If youre buying something from them, perhaps you would have a better experience. Do not go there expecting a return!!

Since faculty has changed and I believe management also, we have had a very fun and professional experience here. I tip my hat to those ladies for making the best of bad situations. I reviewed this place before as 1 star. I feel they have come a long way. They are getting rid of their cleaning service so for me that costed them the 5 star rating. Yea sure they had some bad experiences doing that... Me included but dont can the entire service because of it. Make necessary changes to perfect it. Great atmosphere otherwise.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the worst Pandora. Robbin the manager is a horrible nightmare. She is rude and arrogant, and speaks to you like youβre an idiot. Awful costumer service. All of them called them self managers when I didnt even ask to talk to one, I went to make an exchange and another transaction for store credit. The lady wanted to do it on her own way and not the way i needed it to. Call a week later to see if the bracelet I wanted arrive I was told by Millie that they had 2 in stock and that she was gonna to put it on hold for me, I live no close to the store thats why I called to verify, I headed there to purchase the bracelets and was told that they havent received anything that the girl didnt check the inventory so I believe she made up and makes me go all the way down there. Was gonna purchase 2 earring and the bracelets, well not anymore. Im stock with the merchandise credit card but will never purchase anything from this store again.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Robbin was an absolute nightmare. A gentlemen in front of me purchased two gifts and asked for separate bags. She refused. Said she cant do that in case they run out then other customers wont have any. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Running out of bags???? He even offered to purchase another bag she said absolutely not. I am mind blown at the trash bag customer service and the rudeness.

My boyfriend bought me a bracelet yesterday but received the wrong size on accident. On my way to exchange I read some reviews and got nervous. However upon entering the store the ladies were very nice including who I assume was the manager. I had my receipt and everything my bracelet came with. They not only handled my transaction well but they went above and beyond to find me the right size bracelet. Im very pleased with their service.
Extremely bad costumer service!! My husband Bought me a ring from this store for Christmas. I Wore the ring for about 10 hours. I took the ring off to wash my hands and saw it left a black ring on my skin around my finger. This ring was $90. Not cheap. For that price that should not be happening. The store manager βRobbinβ told me it was due to my DIET! and that my skin was to acidic. I have 6 rings on my hands that are 925 silver and non of them have ever left black stains on my skin. Robbin spoke to me with no respect and was extremely rude to me. I wanted to exchange the ring but due to her rude customer service I decided to just return it. If she had been better with her costumer service skills pandora would not have lost a sale. This lady needs to be retained on her costumer service skills. Not good!

I came in to Pandora today to get a birthday gift for my mother in law. Robin the manager was there at the counter and BOY WAS SHE RUDE. I came in with my fiance and his siblings, and were all young so she looked like she didnt even want to give us the time of day, probably assuming we wouldnt buy anything. I told her the budget I wanted to stay in for a charm and got an even nastier response from Robin. She said that i would only have two or three options in my price range and ended up pulling out random charm instead of a whole tray. so we had to choose from the few charms she picked out which was like four. Ive been shopping at pandora for over 5 years and I know there are many more charms in my budget that I cane in with today. Robin just didnt want to waste her time with us, even answering the phone when she was still taking care of us if thats what you can call it. Horrible customer service and she really made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Will not be shopping here anymore, thanks to this sorry excuse of a manager.
Total waste of money. Purchased a bracelet, 4 charms and 2 clips. Within the week, the locket on the bracelet popped open and bracelet fell off(I wear the bracelet on my non- dominant wrist). Took it back and got it exchanged; no problem, ok, cool...few weeks later, now one of the clips have fallen off π‘. I spent too much money on this item(2) for this to be happening. I hate that I spent my money here, ugh. I will be returning for a refund...granted they dont give me any issues.....

This place is actually the worst jewelry store Iβve been to. I got a ring from here a while back and adored it, but it broke and so I took it back to see if I could fix it with said warranty in which they replied they had a new system and the warranty wouldnβt work and they refused. I brushed it off and my boyfriend just purchased a ring for Valentineβs Day and he got a size too big. I stopped in and asked to switch it out and they said i couldnβt unless it was brought in exactly the way it came. It had never even been worn so I was pretty mad. The rings are cheaply made and the people working here have no idea what any of it is made of. It baffles me that the employees have no clue about their products and canβt even answer simple questions. I would rather return the ring and get a much better one from somewhere that is more worth it than these cheaply made rings and deal with the attitude of their employees. Save yourself the time and put your money towards something better!!

Extremely disappointed when I get purchased a beautiful Pandora bracelet for my wife for her birthday and it was a little too big. I was told by Pandora If I brought it to a Pandora store they would resize or give her a little smaller size. We were told that the owner of this location (Altamonte Mall) will not honor Pandoras guarantee.
The associate that helped us was very knowledgeable on what I wanted and was friendly and polite.
I was very dissatisfied after the I received the worst customer experience from the Altamonte store (#0358) I was gifted a ring that was too big and the closest store was theirs. They refused to exchange my ring for receiving a 10% discount from another store. I as well as denied my request to speak with a higher up manager (I had a receipt). I asked three times for my ring to be given back by the manager Oabun, but instead she decided to just keep repeating why I couldnt do an even exchange.(Sad thing is, I walked in with intentions to buy more product, but was immediately turned off by the poor service) I also asked if taking out a credit card would give me the same discount and she responded by condescendingly telling me thats if I could get qualified. This store has poor service. I WILL FOREVER PURCHASE FROM THE DISNEY SPRINGS STORE. THEY MADE MY REQUEST VERY EASY. BECAUSE OF THEIR GREAT SERVICE AND LITTLE WAIT TIME I WALKED OUT WITH ANOTHER PURCHASE (as originally intended). I really do feel like the altamonte store will never compare to store #0491. Disney Springs works hard to well represent the Pandora Brand, However Altamonte Store #0358 need a lot of work within their training. Thank you Disney Springs for the wonderful service. Ladies and Gents, I highly recommend taking the drive to Disney (they will not disappoint, I swear) and skipping the Altamonte store where there is Disappointment written all over it.
This store has a policy of no exchanges with out a receipt. I received a gift of a bracelet and it was too big. I just wanted the exact bracelet but in a smaller size. They would not budge. I will not be doing future business with them. Terrible store policy.

Manager was a respectful and professional as long as you were buying from the store. I was returning and asking for a refund. The purchase was made less than 6 months ago. She was condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I will reconsider buying Pandora products after this experience. Ive contacted corporate office hoping to have the ring fixed.

Called another Pandora store the item were available (several of them) and not in backorder like advise by the employee at this Location. This store do not provide cleaning service neither. I ordered a bracelet that was way too big. Went there to exchange it for a smaller bracelet of the same style and they would not exchange it even with the receipt because they claimed they couldnβt because they are an independent store and told me the only one was the Disney springs pandora( liars). I called pandora customer service and was told that I could go to any store to exchange it but it was at the stores dΓscretion, meaning that they could if they wanted too. I called a different pandora and they were more then willing to do it. The employees at this store need customer service training in order to have more customers. Never going there again.
Avoid the place. My husband bought me a gift from this store about $400. They just put those $400 items in a cheap paper bag and told him they dont have any box. They also lied to my husband that he could return the item with the receipt. However after my husband paid. Receipt was stamped NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE . Will never shop again. Be aware of the store. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE, THE LADIES IN THIS STORE ARE RUDE!!!!!!!! I went to this store to purchase a bracelet, in which there was a wait.I waited around for 20 mins, and finally got a sale associate (Rachel). I ask her about the sale and does the sale apply to the bracelet I wanted and she stated yes. She search around for the bracelet in which she wasnt able to find it. I felt since she wasnt able to make a sale, she became uninterested in helping me about other ways I can purchase the bracelet. I ask her about ordering online, she stated she didnt know and still didnt help me . So another associate overheard and told me about the sale didnt apply. In which i was upset because I felt like Rachel wasted my time. I than procedure to discuss with the the manager at the time Megan about how I was treated and she procedure to ask me What do you want me to do about it as she roll her eyes. I didnt want her to do anything but just have a simple apology for the sale associated rudeness . I requested to speak with her owner of pandora since pandora are franchise in which she stated that she couldnt give me that information in which was a lie because another associate gave me the corp number. The manager Megan ended up calling the cops because she felt threaten due to how I was speaking to her but I was requesting the corp number. I ended up explaining to the cop, the issue and left the store. TRUST ME THESE LADIES IN THE STORE ARE RUDE!!!!!! I not saying just to be saying but they are rude.

I have had in total 5 aweful expirence with this store. From purchased rings that caused my skin to turn black, to recently I went to warranty out my necklace. I was told they would not do it due to it being purchased from millieane mall (which was also a franchised store) I showed her my receipt at the top showed atlanmonte springs store yet both Rachel and Robbin refused to do so. I went to the mall and they did it with no problem! I wouldnβt advised anyone to go to this store. I had amazing expirences millinea mall and will continue to show there only from now on!

Sales consultant was very nice. However, manager was extremely rude with a snobby attitude who was unwilling to help customers. She would just retreat to the back, instead of offering solutions or helping with the dilemma we had. As my fiancΓ© is a manager for a sales company, it was overall an extremely unprofessional situation. Wont be returning.

I went last week to do maintenance on my Pandora pieces, and the employee told me that they cant do anything with pieces that were not bought in that store that I have to go to Disney spring and that is more than an hour away, terrible attention. Call the phone number that they gave me on a piece of paper and when contacting customer service they tell me that they are Pandora franchises, Pandoras policy is to receive all original parts and do maintenance. In conclusion, do not go to this store in Highly Spring as you are going to leave with disappointments !!!!
The truth is that it is a lousy customer service at least from the employee who attended us an older blonde short hair, she felt annoyed and to show us the charms she did it already out of commitment, she was very negative, she also wanted to buy A new bracelet for me and one for my husband but she practically took us out of the store, she left the caunter and removed the exit strap without knowing if we wanted anything else, the other young employee noticed it and like she felt bad but nothing we left very much disappointed.
