My wife purchased a pair of Prada Luna Rossafor my Birthday 13 months ago and my glasses started peeling around the edges brought them back and they made it right.. Ill never buy a pair of Sunglasses anywhere ever again they have earned my business for life thanks Christy for your help !!!!

Took my Versace glasses in for and adjustment and Megan made them feel and fit better than new and Christie is has always been great as well would highly recommend to anyone to visit the up stairs location!

The worst place I have ever been. Went to return my Versace sunglasses bought them 3 days ago and they didnt want to return them because my husband paid for them and I didnt have that card Its a debit card we have the same account. The People who work there not polite, rude, disrespectful and it is a shame for such a good store to have that bad experience. I paid $395 for my sunglasses and wanted to get different but now I dont want to go ever in that store.

Junk. Sales person, especially that lady is not friendly. She didnt even ask what I want. She is always showing her attitude.

Very disappointing costumer service. I simply ask for a cleaning cloth for the sunglass that I purchased from them for $300 and they said they cant give me one bcuz of inventory!! this is not what you expect as a costumer . service.
