We built a house out at Spring lake in Canyon Texas. We moved in early spring of 2019. Shortly after we became aware of a window in the kitchen(the biggest window in the house) had a seal problem. When the wind blows which is OFTEN our widow whistles! Yep whistles. You can feel the air coming in and the dust that settles inside. The window is also bowed inward so it’s clear there is a problem. We have tried to resolve this with this company. First they stuffed some foam in there to cover it up. Didn’t work. As soon as I opened the window it was right back to where we started. After numerous more calls back and forth and several times coming out to look at it they decided they need to replace the entire window. We are thinking GREAT!!! Finally our new home will function approximately. Well NOPE! Once again you can see the window bowing, the seal whistling and the caulk separating. Ok, we let them know again and this time we are told it’s installed incorrectly and as a matter of fact shouldn’t of even had this type of window in here in the first place!! Really?? Builder? Contractor? Jenkins? Salesperson? I don’t know where the problem lies but 2 years after the fact and a new home and this problem is still not fixed it’s safe to say we are very unhappy customers.

This review shows the long term committment to service and quality of Jenkins door. We bought and installed 2 of the double outside paneled door nearly 3 years ago. It leaked during a strong storm recently. The Jenkins guy took my call, and showed up at my door 3 days later (did I mention I live 2 hours from Amarillo? Was due to an installation (my finish guy did it, not them). Mike made some adjustments and done! Service AFTER the sale. Well done Jenkins Doors and Windows.

This is the store to visit or call for all your windows, window parts, or specialty glass. I required a glass insert for a door and they carry it in stocks!The sales personnel were excellent!
