This place tuned-up my 1989 ford van. Although it seems they put in all the parts on the invoice, the van ran worse after their work, then when I first brought it in to them. I paid them $651.60, and I could hardly keep the motor from stalling very often. The owner was not at all sorry for this. I had to take it to another repair shop, where they told me the motor timing was very far from being correct.

On Christmas weekend I slid into a curb in the snow and bent my wheel and lower control arm. Seaside automotive got my car fixed and running on Christmas eve so I could drive back to Seattle. Called Steve Friday morning when he opened at 8AM. I informed him... Thanks for taking my call Steve. Intermittent problems within 10 to 15 minutes driving on the freeway at 60MPH. My Civic front-end growls and pulsates. Bring it in and well take a look, Steve said.He balance and rotated the tires (excellent first step). Test drove at temperature (freeway speeds) and found the brake calipers were locking up!Steve and his crew, diagnosed the problem, balanced all tires, ordered and, installed 2 new calipers, rotors and pads within 3 hours!That, my friends, is amazing service. I had to have the car by 11:30 and Seaside Automotive came through. I was very impressed and fortunate.

Horrible customer service. Steve yelled at me on the phone. Telling me I needed to calm down when I wasnt doing nothing but talking to him about my finances. And he cut me off. And told me to pick up the car outside in pieces after he told me the price wouldnt go up. Well, he broke a part and wanted me to pay for it. Big 👎 bad business.
