Expect a wait if you’re going in the morning. They do get people in and out fairly quickly. The biscuits and gravy were fantastic! Must try. They had a small bar with local beers available. They also offered breakfast beverages. Limited outdoor seating was available. Cheers 🍻

Because its not far from the ferry this Starbucks is always busy. The crew works hard to get everyone taken care of. So dont be discouraged if you see a long line. They do move rather quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. They make my drink right everytime.

Saw a long line as we came through town after getting off the ferry. However, they were so fast and friendly. One of the best Starbucks I have been to.

Good neighborhood Starbucks. Easy to locate. Used online app and they made the order perfectly. Plenty of space to wait while your order is prepared. Popular spot for locals to hang.

*Bad customer service*I guess its not a place you can study at, I had an essay to finish up and my wifi went out so I came here and the guy barista with blue hair was not nice about it. I advise people not to come here if you are looking to stay.

Had three employees look right at as through the drive thru while us and another vehicle waited and not one of them could take the time or be bothered to let their patrons know they were closing... horrible customer service in my opinion.

This Starbucks does not care about its customers. The entire wall row of plug-ins do not work but there’s no way for anyone to know so they fumble along trusting the plugins in will work, wondering if something is wrong with their laptop, getting frustrated. Surely you can do better here Starbucks. Just cap them or at least mark them Out of Order. It’s not rocket science and then we could say you have good customer service again.

Coffee was made as ordered. Store was clean and employees were awesome.

Mixed feelings about this location - sometimes great and sometimes slow. Again, features a drive through - so serving drive through over walk in? Large seating area, comfortable chairs. Also patio searing. Some sort of live music for an hour or so on Sunday evenings. Easy to find, directly on Commercial street.

Started the conversation with Welcome to Starbucks, who do I have the pleasure of serving? We giggled and gave her our names. Kathryn made us feel like a regular in just one interaction. Kathryns personality and attitude is absolutely infectious. Fantastic interaction.

I get this starbucks very frequently. I have ordered everything on the menu, and it is always good. I would say 4 stars because there have only been twice that my drink tasted off (too much cinnamon, not enough caramel, etc) but I gave 5 because the staff makes up for it with their amazing kindness and friendly atmosphere. Customer service speaks volumes, and I know this starbucks has great customer service.

I sincerely believe that Sbx drinks are absurdly overpriced. If Im going to pay that price Im glad to keep this location on my list. Clean inside, plenty of room for social distancing and delightful baristas. Two stars due to the price. Fix that and Ill give it a 5!

Have had the same drink I ordered, but it was not as good as when I had had it previously.

Confusing layout during the pandemic. Starbucks member greeting at the door. One way line inside to place order, but then you have to go outside and stand to wait for your order and the pandemic arrows were not working well in the small cramped store area, so people wer retracing steps in confusion to get out.. Order brought to outdoor table by Starbucks member who calls your name. All done with no smiles. Latte foam was not creamy. Masked people outside unsmiling. Not used to this experience even while masked. In Washington we have drive throughs and even though I like the in store experience, this has been a pandemic blessing. San Luis Obispo has banned drive throughs for years for everything. Definitely pandemic unfriendly. Cant imagine how I would feel as a Mom with small kids having to schlep them all out of the car just to get my coffee fix or go to the bank. I guess I wouldnt have a coffee fix or go to the bank. Bad pandemic planning on SLOs part. Feel sorry for the food stores, banks, pharmacies and other services that cant serve people safely during this time.

Its a Starbucks, with Starbucks offerings. There were only two staff on duty at the time, and they were very efficient and extremely friendly.

Great location for a coffee shop to be delivering caffeinated needs to our lovely active working community. Quick and always reliable, great customer service with all employees having great customer service skills and high positivity that yo u can feel when you walk through their doors or pull up thru the drive thru for when yo ur on the go and in a hurry.

I’ve unfortunately never had a drink made correctly and prefer to drive the 30 minutes to a different Starbucks. The baristas are super friendly and the store is typically well staffed, but sadly management and training is not up to the typical Starbucks standards.

Clear pathways for arriving and departing. Two unisex bathrooms. Many patrons inside and visiting or doing computer tasks and not wearing masks(cuz who can drink coffee with a mask?) In and out to drink my coffee in the car.

The absolute worst service out of any Starbucks I’ve been to. They forgot 4 out of the 5 things we ordered and the one item they did remember, they got it completely wrong. The front person was a new trainee but got most of the order wrong. She even got our name completely wrong although repeatedly explained. After asking about our order twenty minutes later, Ashley had no apologies and said we will make it now. Then after she had served the remaining orders, she served us yet again forgetting our food. Once we mentioned our food order, Ashley explained in a snarky tone “it’s in the oven so there you go”. Absolutely rude. On top of this, we were planning one more stop to subway for food before our $400 whale watching trip but due to the 40 minute wait in Starbucks, we will go hungry. Thanks a lot Starbucks.

Its an assembly line, but theyre super nice. They somehow manage to make this super-busy Starbucks operate smoothly, and though they dont know me like they do at another Starbucks just a block away, they are genuinely conversational and friendly. They dont seem to be faking it, which is pretty awesome. Sometimes the baristas are too busy for interaction, but even they are at least not bored or monotone in their announcement of your beverage.They do sell those stupid pastries, but I guess they all do now. I miss the old Starbucks pastries. Pumpkin bread before it got healthy. And where are those buttery toffee bars? I miss that stuff. But thats Starbucks in general. If youre visiting THIS particular Starbucks, the line may be long, but it moves fast, and the people are good people.

I like to go there also. I dont get there often because I live on Orcas Island. I just wish they would usecTazo chai instead if what they use now. But its ok. I still like to come tgere.

Nice comfortable Starbucks location. They have a big seating area with plenty of tables and chairs. This location is well staffed = quick and good service.

They dont have oak or hemp milk for their coffee well I can get it most anywhere else I find that to be bizarre

This is was probably the most friendly of all Starbucks locations I have ever been to... which is saying a lot, considering Starbucks does a fantastic job overall at hiring friendly upbeat customer service oriented people. I will be making a point to stop here again, and make sure to go inside!

They just remodeled and there is so much more room. Service is fast, and everyone is nice. Great food and drinks too. A very popular spot after school

They recently remodeled and it looks great. Lots more space so with friends or get work done. Also, theyre now a location with nitro cold brew on tap. And. It. Was. Good. The staff is always friendly and they seem to be more consistent with drink quality then other Starbucks in the area.

The folks who work at this Starbucks in Anacortes are always so cheery and wonderful! No complaints from me at all and my cold brew was delicious!

I asked for a 2424oz cold brew with honey and coconut milk. Every starbucks Ive been too has never had a problem with this order. When I asked the anacortes branch to make it, they gave me almond milk. When i asked them to fix it, they gave me almond milk again.

I know it isnt PC, but I appreciate Starbucks. I always know what Im getting and what to expect. It is often a lovely port in the storm when travelling. The new Anacortes Starbucks is lovely.

Wow. The improvements are amazing their is so much space its incredible. Same nice caring staff just with more space. Laptop plugins everywhere. They thought of it all. Cozy couches to nice desk space to work on the go.

Service is exceptional, even for a Starbucks - Super friendly and extremely efficient. The store is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and accommodating. One of my favorite places to hang out.

Its Starbucks. Same as every other. Parking lot is tiny and frequented by people who insist on parking full sized trucks in compact spots. Drive thru is a nice option though.

I am not one for coffee.I do however love green tea and Matcha is my favorite.I enjoy coming into this particular Starbucks, they are friendly.The employees appear to be enjoying the time they are working which in turns reminds me to smile.I had a hard month and coming into this Starbucks lifted my spirits, gave me hope in people.Plus they get my drink correct every time.4 scoops of Matcha with water only shaken placed in my own cup over ice.

Mismanaged. Worst coffee ever! I mean, Starbucks prides itself on consistency, but this Starbucks somehow screwed that up. I ordered a flavored latte that didnt come with flavor and another plain latte that tasted like they pulled the shots from day-old, used, coffee grounds. They have automatic machines, how do you screw that up! We were on a road trip, so I couldnt go back. Lame...

I was very pleased by the service I received today at Starbucks in Anacortes. Curtis, one of the baristas, in particular, was jovial and awesome. I came in exhausted from my research and he ended up helping me. Meeting people kind like this tells me theres hope for America. Three cheers for Starbucks hiring helpful employees!
