This place has 2 employees. One just takes payments, the other has no clue what he is doing.After speaking to corporate on the phone I was able to cancel my moms service since she passed away last month. This store should have been able to helpMe since I had a death certificate. Corporate spooky fixes for the incompetent employee at this location.

Best customer service ever! Me and my family came to switch providers and get a phone upgrade. They helped us out to lower our monthly payment with our internet and cable service and also gave us the best deal with our wireless service! I really appreciate them staying a little late over their closing time to help us get set-up with my mom’s new phone and our new streaming device. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

I needed a new phone for my trip couple months ago and Jake was so nice and helpful over the phone and in person. It was almost closing time and he waited so that I can get a new phone. The process was fast. I had a problem with the AT and T connection couple days later but the issue was from AT and T, Jake and Jose were patient and helpful, changed the SIM card, called the customer service etc. Thank you for the great customer service.

I went today to inquire about their promos for nurses and upgraded our phones and Jake was really informative and patient. He patiently answered all my questions and explained things to me in a way I can understand. I would recommend this place.

These 2 guys are awesome I came in today to do an upgrade. They went out of their way to find me a deal on a case since i was on a budget. He backed up my phone showed me the ropes and I didnt have to do anything. Then He found a case in the back for an iphone 12 orignally 40 dollars for 5 bucks out the door. I mean come on they didnt have to do that but they did. I would recommend this store rather than any other.

Had to wait few minutes, which I didnt mind at all. Once I was addressed they were very kind, informative and fast. Got new service set up and installers will be out in 2 days! With the other guys (spectrum) it was 10 days to get someone out and have had nothing but problems which they just run me in circles. Looking forward to AT&T and fingers crossed the positive experience goes beyond the store and into my home.

Great store, in a good location.Humam CS rep was very helpful with the services they provide and good information about my plan.The other nice feature about the store having accessories that normally you would have to purchase at another store.....such as covers for the phone, head sets and newer phones for sale.Customer service is by far the best. They will follow up with a phone call for any questions you may have after leaving the store.

I visited this store to simply turn in my previous iPhone and the door was locked, despite the fact the open sign was on and their hours are from 9am to 7pm. The employee walked up and barely opened the door to tell me in a very annoyed voice “I’m helping a client right now, I’ll be with you when I can.” Excuse me? I’m trying to turn in a device during YOUR hours of operation and you lock me out? No, no. I don’t think so. It was was attitude for me. Do not recommend visiting this store for any means.

We felt bad that it was taking longer than we expected, but they stayed after hours on Christmas Eve to help us set up our new phones. So many things i want to talk about regarding this store, I usually don’t write reviews unless if i’m very happy with the service!First the location is just so perfect, it’s on Brookhurst right next to my work, it takes me less than 5 minutes to get there. Moving on to my experience over there, the staff were taking all the necessary precautions, hand sanitizers, face masks& gloves. They greeted me as i walked in and i didn’t wait for a long time, very quick with their service which is something I appreciate because i’m an impatient person lol, even though they’re quick but still efficient. Jake was so helpful and friendly, he explained to me everything about the new phones, costs and bill. I will definitely come back to this location if i need anything!Thank you so much!
