I have NEVER ever been more satisfied by a Verizon visit. Two days ago, my phone stopped receiving phone calls. I didn’t have time to deal with it until today and I spent an hour and forty five minutes on hold with Verizon. After all of that waiting, I thought somebody finally picked up, only for an automated voice to tell me that the phone call was ending and then they hung up. I was already out and about and near this Verizon store, so I ran over to see if they could help me. Luckily, Trinity, the store manager, was still in the building and let me in the store even though the store was already closed. He helped me fix my phone and I was out of there in under 15 minutes. He was INCREDIBLY helpful and it was the most satisfactory I have ever been leaving any Verizon store or phone call. Trinity is hands down THE BEST and I am so utterly thankful for his help tonight.

Out of all the Verizon stores I visit the Anaheim Hills Verizon store it is the best one. They are very patient and kind and experienced Dani and trinity and christian these 3 people are exceptional customer service representatives of verizon. You should keep them. I am so grateful I have a found a verizon store I can depend on for help with my device
Mark and his staff were awesome! They took care of everything from start to finish. We went to the store in another city and they made us stand outside and were not helpful at all. We got four new phones and Mark transferred everything over for us and then checked on us after we left the store. I highly recommend this location!

The service was unbelievable, staff is amazing and the management went above and beyond. I usually upgrade my phone at the corporate store, but the last experience was bad . They wouldnt help me transfer my information all at and pushed me out the door. They helped me get my new iPhone and moved all my contacts and photos over . Wonderful experience here!!

Horrible customer service. Husband went in on Jun 23rd 2020. Promo was buy one get one phone free $700 dollars on iPhone. First bill came not getting 700 off. Representative said they will waive activation fee 120. 40 dollars per line by calling the 800 number. We called 800 number they told us they can’t waive the fee. Never told us Disney plus was for free for one year. Horrible horrible service never getting any phones from this store and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

This office is a joke. They dont even deserve 1 star. I went in on Sunday to get assistance from Verizon because their my provider. So I walk in and its three young guys at the desk watching the Rams vs Saints. I asked one of them if they could help me with my issue and he said let me see and he tried it once and said oh no we cant help because you have to call Google??? Then i laughed and then the other one said or you can go to Best Buy! I was so mad that I just walked out at that point they were too busy watching the game. They couldnt help resetting my google account. Didnt even offer a new phone or anything just blew us off!! So I am really considering changing my provider from Verizon to AT&T. Verizon needs to really train their employees to be courteous and helpful. Not only that but have some knowledge as well. Never will I go back to Verizon!!!

In the 20 years that I have had Verizon, I have never dealt with such incompetence and unprofessionalism as I did when I went to this store. After being there for 8 hours, the guy had not only failed to activate my new line, but had managed to cancel my existing number...for three days I had no active phone line. Finally Joe, who is the only employee there with any knowledge of phones, fixed my issues in 5 min. DO NOT recommend going to this location unless Joe is the person helping.
Ask for Freddie Pepper. (What a cool name!!) He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His Manager Justin was also available for any questions or concerns during the entire transaction. Thank you team! Definitely coming back here!

Anthony and another associate told us that Verizon was promoting the HUM and the service would be free. They stated that Verizon would charge $10 per month for the HUM and service, and then would credit us $10 each month. Two months later I realized that we were indeed charged $10 dollars each month but did not receive a $ 10 credit. After calling Verizon corporate I was told there was no such promotion and that we were in a 2 year contract with Verizon for the HUM. This was news to us because when we asked Anthony we were told there was no contract. Last time we deal with a Verizon retailer.

This Store is a joke, and extremely misleading in their sales pitches....actually false advertising and lying just to get you to sign up with them, but right after they have you, they are quick to let you know that nothing they said was true, and they will blame the other Rep. for not knowing his or her job, or blame it on corporate, but in the end nothing gets fixed, and you are screwed. Ive been trying for 3 months to get them to process the money back for porting over one of my accounts from AT&T actually do buying out the turned in phone and pay off AT&T...Ive been put into collections for an account and phone I no longer have, because of this....and Ive tried calling Verizon, going there and doing everything there in store, and nothing. A rep. There named Mike (refusing to give me his last name) yesterday 5/31/16, started screaming at me, and talking over me, and saying it was my fault for not listening, and said he didnt care that I wrote everything that the manager Angelo, had stated to me in reference to the time line, he kept repeating its not in his writing right? Right? Right? Right?And when I asked him to stop speaking over me and listen, he said that he heard enough, when I stated I was going to report him he said go ahead...Ive been a good customer there for almost 5 years...and Im leaving as fast as I can along with the new accounts I opened there. I will report this to Corp. Office...and the store manager Angelo...and keep you posted.

The new manager is rude and hard to deal with and treats his customers badly and lies to them if you ask my opinion. I wish the other girl was still the manager. Everything he told me was not what Verizon told me when I chatted with them. Because of this store I am moving to AT&T after having Verizon over 20 yearsIt was a great store until the new manager took over now it sucks. Time to find a new store I hate to walk in to this store and thats to bad because it is so close.I think all the reviews are before the new manager.

Sales person Cameron Leon mislead me on the price on a new tablet which was not truthfully divulged until he rang it up for $299.00. He just told me I was getting a free upgrade because my LG was malfunctiong and contract was up on it. I believed him because my LG was free as part of a promo package at Costco. I paid for the item like a fool.When I returned to the Verizon Store a little over 30 days later because the Samsung Tablet E was taking terrible videos with distorted color in a dimly lite room, Camron said there was no exchange unless I wanted to pay a 20% restocking fee and buy a Apple tablet. Otherwise there was no return.I will shop at Costco in the future where the salesmen are honest and have a return policy.
Beware! Beware! Beware!These people repetedly lied to me and cheated me out of hundreds of dollars. Do not go here! Do not trust their rebates. They will never have a manager call you or try to resolve problems. Go anywhere else but here.Update: 2 weeks later, still lying to me everyday... No progress.

I went there to pay my bills which I have done many times before but this one Employee did not know what she was doing and keep complaining on the computer not working, she needs more and better training before she works in the store and she also needs training on good customer service . Oh she told to me to go other store . Really! Mmmm. I wont be going to this one again !!.

This is not a real verizon store, just retailer. They do tell the truth and the real verizon will not warranty anything they say or do because they are not a Verizon store. I was taken advantage of and management did nothing. Stay clear of the RETAILER stores
