Always very friendly and helpful. If they dont have what we need they will find the store closest that does. When we have large orders they help load up. Have dividers at checkout and disinfect machine between each customer.

Iv been to alot of brown jugs, but this one, the manager bree did not show us kind customer service and had no right talking like she did. I understand what were all going through and maybe you had a bad day or overworked but that was not necessary. Short tempered, cursed, not polite in anyway. Very bad customer skills. The three star is for the guys and girl who were nice, polite and mellow.

Prompt good selection short wait time at register. Employees there could be a bit more friendly they always look like there annoyed or mad.

Last time I went in there I tried to use my girlfriends debit card, I know the PIN number and they wouldnt let me buy what I was trying to buy, I work for brown jug as well (different location) but I will say this, this place has the lousiest customer service ever! Your liquor store clerks are CLERKS, not the cops or FBI!

Bad customer service looked at me as if I was stealing. Dude in the glasses id me because I was driving a newer car at such a young age. It is not my fault you decided to live your life working at Brown jug at 40.
