Very friendly service. Really great deals. Knows what you need. I took him a blown up car that had many problems. He gave me back a car running like brand new. Now I have a car ready to get me through college!! He communicated to me what needed to be fixed and what could wait. The final result is a great running car at a price I can afford. A very knowledgeable mechanic, I would recommend him to anyone.

Back in may 2019 i brought my 2004 gmc safari to jeremy dickens at 2nd chance auto, which should be renamed 2nd rate auto!! He was supposed to do my transmission, which he did via mostly billys transmissions in high point, now albeit that so far is working, and he put motor mounts in which another mechanic did check to be sure they were right,, luckily they were,, However,, The problem i have ius when jeremy started messing with my ac unit,, understand that just weeks before my regular mechanic had just put a whole new ac system in for me, the only thing wrong was it was slightly low on freon,, jeremy managed to put the wrong oring on the compressor and that caused the lines to break!!, which he denies doing!! LIAR!!! There are several other things jeremy screwed up on me, and cost me another 500 plus dollars to have repaired!! then had the nerve to tell me i owed him more money!!, not only did he screw me on the ac, he also refused to send me my full receipt and warranty for the transmission!!!! He also STOLE a set of brand new plug wires from me and put a wire that did not belong in my van, and the wires he put in were fried,, all of this by the way also cost me an entire month of work and alot of money!! not to metion the frustration of the situation!!! If you want an honest mechanis that will do you right,, JEREMY DICKENS is NOT the guy to see!!! Trust me,,m look elsewhere for repair work!!!
