I was there at 9:00 am for an oil change only because I was set to leave for the beach that morning. They came back in and told me that they suggested I get my air filter changed and also my fuel injectors cleaned out. I was totally fine with it because if it needs to be done, then I want it done you know. So I told them to go ahead and do it. I sat around and before I knew it I had been there for over three hours. They weren’t they busy so I was told it was because the fuel injector cleaning is a three step process. I wasn’t really mad at them, but had I known that I was going to end up being there for over three hours when they told me I needed the extra services done, I would have just told them not to do them. It just royally messed up my plans for leaving. Overall I am satisfied with the work they done though. Only big complaint is they should have told me about the long wait time.

It was clean and took note in our decision on what we were looking for not only mufflers (which was our issue) but with price range we were looking for. Job was done in a timely matter and most of all I was glad they did it as soon as they could. Most other places would tell you they have no time to do the jobI would thank these guys.

Jamie was great! He is the first person to inform me of the new oil designed only for the Toyota Camry. Makes me wonder about the other oil changes I’ve received since purchasing the vehicle. I will be using Meineke for my other car repair needs.

Took on my project, even though they were booked. On a Saturday to. Had mine ready in 3hrs. I was impressed. Figured Id be last.

The place seemed truly understaffed. I waited nearly 4 hours to have my car looked at, only to be told that what I was a brake issue to be a failed shock issue. I was quoted a price of $500 which I thought was extremely high, since the parts themselves were $120 for a pair. I took my car home and replaced them both in two hours, Thank God for YouTube! $380 in labor, Really???!!!

So I couldnt click on the link provided in my previous review, but I did take my car back due to the clicking sound not going away. I was told that I needed a new engine and water pump and that it would cost me 2000 to have my car repaired. Being that you guys put on the faulty part that caused all of this I dont understand why I should have to pay for any of it. Please explain.

This place is a joke. I went for a oil change ask him if he could check my brakes told him they were shaking when getting off the highway. Before he even looked at my car I needed rotors. Ask him to check out my A/C told him it was making a loud rattling noise he named off 3 things it could possibly be, again before even looking at it. I sat inside for 45 minutes for a oil change the guy said he didn’t hear any a/c noise I ask him if he turned the A/C on?? And he replied with “no I’ll go check it again” still they heard nothing this is a LOUD sound and it makes my car run rough. He came back and told he didn’t hear the rattling but I needed a air filter I replaced my air filter the night before I went in for a oil change ..😒 so he printed me out the list of 3 things I can replace that may fix my a/c rattling and the only thing I heard about my brakes is I needed rotors when I got there never heard anything else about them…So please save your time and money and go somewhere else

Went in for a routine oil change, left and before I could make it less than 2 miles home all the oil had ran out of my car. It was over heating and cut off. Had to have it towed back so they could fix the problem. Now my engine is ticking and they said if its still doing it in a few days to bring it back and theyll take a look at it. 🤬

Called and they told me they had a cancelation and to come by now. When I arrived, Jamie was professional and courteous. He took my information, and within 5 minutes, they were working on my car. 20 minutes later, I paid and was out the door. Great job!

Today my service & experience were on another level. It was professional from the phone call, the arrival & departure. For the first time in a long time I felt as if I was being taken care of. The manager or supervisor was on his A game from start to finish. Being in a customer service roll for the better part of 30 years, at times it seems like customer service doesn’t exist anymore. Yesterday changed my opinion. Not only was the service I received excellent, those that came in after me got the exact same service. I observed & without a doubt will say that each customer should’ve been pleased with their service. I didn’t have to wait hours to get a few things done & I was able to get back home to be with family in a reasonable amount of time. Definite recommend.

The people at Meineke are always super welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about what they do! They never talk down to me, but make sure to delve into details so I know everything’s that’s going on.

I went I. To have front break pads installed a job that should only cost no more than 40.00 for pads and no more than 150.00 labor and you offered a 50% off on pads they called and told that I needed 1400.00 of work to have brakes .i told them no then they called back and said they could put pads and rotors on for 800.00 again pads are 40.00 for best kind new rotors are 90.00 each labor should be no more than 200.00 so a total of 420.00 plus taxes a far cry from 800.00

I had two cars that needed to get serviced. The first time I came was Saturday and I was not aware that they close at 4pm. They told me they could not service my cars when I came at 3:29pm. When I pulled further in the parking lot, I saw the guys smoking vapes and casually talking. I guess that was why they couldn’t service my two cars. I came back on Monday. I inquired about the tech dropping me off less than 1/2 mile down the street to my store and they stated no. The drop off would have taken 5 minutes total of that. If a client came to me with two cars, that’s more money for my business. I would offer great customer service so that they will return. There needs to be a serious customer service training class for all the associates.

First and last time going here. Made an appointment online the day before and entered my vehicle info. Got a text message appointment reminder. Go for my appointment and the guy says, Oh. Thats an SUV. We dont have a lift available right now. I questioned what the point of the appointment was then. He went to the shop and came back and said well we have a side lift we might be able to get it lifted with. Not completely confident I agreed since I was already there. An HOUR later my oil was changed. I had given a coupon for a synthetic oil change for $34.95. The coupon stated for 5 quarts of oil and my vehicle takes 6 so I assumed Id pay for the extra quart. So I was surprised when the total was $25 more! There was no mention of all the extra charges on the coupon. Again I expected to pay the extra quart and tax. When I questioned the extra charges the tech told me well we have to charge you for stuff like when we use a shop rag!! I paid since I didnt really have a choice but could have spent the same amount elsewhere without a coupon. Too many hidden charges, too long for an oil change WITH an appointment and I never did get that shop rag I paid for!

Does a good job,need to test drive vehicles after repair to make sure repair works (brakes).

The staff were very helpful in fitting in my vehicle to get my tire repaired.. It was ready in a shorter period of time and I was notified by a phone call. I would definitely use them again. Very satisfied!

My experience here has been great both times Ive been in. Very quick to get an appointment, prices are WAY better than the dealership, and honest answers on what recommended services should be performed based on mileage. All in all I felt comfortable asking questions and knowing I wasnt going to get swindled into something I didnt need just to increase their bottom dollar.

After tires balancing and rotation at that location my plastic Silver Wheel Cover Hub Cap Felt off.. it was perfectly fine for about 8 years, but after I did service at that place, it felt off.. I wouldn’t recommend those people.After I posted the comment the owner contacted me and replaced the plastic hub. I really appreciate this. Super nice and prompt.

I have had my car inspecteded multiple times from them and I have had tint checked from a police officer. So dont tell me my tint is too dark. I will never go to meineke ever again.

Meineke Car Care Center in Archdale has good value on oil changes and inspections. We also appreciated the man who waited on us yesterday (I believe his name was Billy) because he didnt try to sell us other services when all we needed was an oil change.

The guy in the office is a really nice guy & very knowledgeable. I came in for an alignment & inspection but found out my car also need a tie rod end to pass inspection. It took about 4 hours but that wasnt their fault, they had to wait for the part to be delivered. Between the comfy couch, talking to the guy & watching tv the time seemed to fly by. When my car was finally finished I was given a small discount for having to wait so long, always a plus😊. I really thought I was going to have to pay a lot but the bill really wasnt as much as I expected. I will definitely be giving this Mieneke a lot of my business from now on. Thanks to everyone their for giving me an excellent experience with my car & my long wait💖🌹🦋

Everyone had knowledge of the issues I was having with my car. They also had me in and out quickly. Very friendly with customer service. I will definitely go back. I just told them the sound my car was making and they knew exactly what was going on. Im thankful to have trustworthy people working on my car.

Horrible! I went there to ask them to check out a noise that I thought my exhaust or muffler was making. As a walk in. Mind you I went there alone as a female too... I came fully prepared to have to wait a while, if they even had time to look at it.The guy tells me its probably a coolant/radiator leak judging by the sound I described and proceeded to tell me it starts at $40 for them to check that. I told him my car wasnt leaking and I knew that because if it were wed have leaks on the driveway and the coolant would be low. Neither were the case.He proceeded to tell me it could be a small leak and one that doesnt drip out yet and that to find the noise it gives them a starting point. Again no one has even listened to my car yet and is already telling me what it is and how much theyre going to charge me.I became frustrated bc I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me in this situation so I told him that why dont we just let a tech listen to the sound himself and see if he hears it and what he thinks first before we start talking costs and all that.He took my keys and then asked what number he could reach me on. I advised I was just going to wait. He said well it will probably take a while because we have appointments too. I said thats fine, I came prepared to have to to wait. And then asked how long it might be, he said well we do have apts so it may be 45 min to an hour before I have someone available. Again, I said thats fine bc I just walked in. He said well some people come in for an oil change and expect to be out in 5 minutes and thats not how it works. I said yes I know that. Im fine with waiting.I went and sat down in the lobby and called my husband at work to tell him what had happened. He told me to leave bc already that wasnt how I should be treated.The tech walked back through and I told him Id changed my mind and just wanted my keys back. Mind you this was all still in less than 15 minutes of me walking through the door. He said ok and went to get my keys. I stood up and waited by the door and noticed my car had already been moved.The tech came back and said they already had it up on the lift looking at it but would drive it around for me in just a second. I told the tech thank you and proceeded to tell him I was not comfortable with what he had told me and that it just didnt set right. He then proceeded to start back pedaling and telling me all the things it could be and such... I thanked him again for his time and left.Fast forward to the next day. I took it to a legit muffler shop in Lexington. The discovered a hole in the muffler AND installed a new and better one, IN LESS THAN 30 minutes from the time I drove into their lot. Also we discovered my radiator and all things surrounding the coolant were BRAND NEW and had recently been installed. Yet Meinicke wanted to charge me to check for a coolant leak WITHOUT even looking at it!!!Bottom line. This place probably legit has some great people working for them, but this one guy has left such a bad taste in my mouth, I will never be back!Its completely unacceptable.

The service was done fast and at a good price. Needed a NC Inspection and oil change and didn’t have a lot of time to waste. They squeezed me in and I was out in about an hour. Everyone there was nice and had good customer service. Will return for additional service.

Wonderful service, quick and no pressure to do repairs (and you know they always find something!).

I went for an oil change. The electronic board behind the check-in counter had a synthetic oil change listed as $64.95. I had a $10 off coupon. I ended up paying over $75 for the oil change. When I questioned how a $64.95 oil change with a $10 coupon could cost over $75, I was told that the price of the oil change is actually $69.95 and that my oil filter cost $10. I feel that I should have only been charged the $64.95 because that was the advertised price. I have taken my car to Meineke for oil changes, and other repair work,for years. I am reconsidering this dedication now that I have been overcharged and all of the hidden fees. $75 (using a coupon) for an oil change for a regular car is outrageous!!!

I schedule online an appointment for the basic oil change for $19.95 at 9:30 AM in the morning on a Friday. I was in and out before 10 AM. Professionalism and a great value.Until, KAS

I had an oil change, there was no wait and the waiting area was pretty cool nice comfortable furniture to sit on and a nice size TV to watch while you wait for the work to be done. The price was very good for the oil change. I will be going back to have my oil changed from now on.

We were 500 miles into our vacation route and got a flat tire near our hotel. Meineke store manager Jamie Marshall and his staff provided fast, friendly, and affordable service when we needed it most.

Some might say its a little expensive but good friendly fast service is hard to find. I was very pleased with my dealing with this company and would highly recommend.

Although I went in for an alignment they found a major problem with my brake rotor so Im taking it to the mechanic we use to do the majority of our vehicle repairs. I would not have known about this problem if I hadnt taken it in so they did a great job of informing me and after we get the brakes taken care of, Ill definitely be taking it back for the alignment.The manager, Dan was very helpful and pleasant and I recommend this particular location to anyone.

New front desk person, kind of rude compared to the nice one before. I requested an oil change, tire rotation, and air pressure check. Was told I didn’t need a rotation, but I did need an oil cap for 69.99. Had to remind of tire pressure check. Oil change is supposed to come with fluid check, my wiper fluid was empty when I dropped off. Empty when I picked up. Not too pleased this time.

Will not get my service again. Went to get an inspection done and couldnt finish because something to do with the system and was told to come back in the morning and I would be in and out. So I come back and they said I would have to wait around for hours to finish something I was told would be priority that morning.

I had a tire warranty issue and these guys took very good care of me. Directly contacted the warranty company and replaced the tire while I waited. In 45 mins I was back on the road. Thanks for the great service.

Brought my truck in to get serviced and check tcase, diff fluids basically an overall tune up everything was fine they said.About a month later my tcase and rear end have to be replaced because they couldnt put the drain plug and diff bolts back in properly so my fluid leaked out without my knowledge.Any case thanks for good work. I really appreciate the work that was done, I had my muffler replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the sound and service that I received, I left my car for an appointment came back in an hour and it was almost ready to go.
