Update: was finally able to get my car back on September 9. I dropped my car off over a month ago with a full tank of gas and freshly washed. Ait is now disgusting, half a tank of gas, spider webs and sand all in the dash i took q-tips and toothpicks to. I am not happy and my cars will never be going here again.Original: I’m very excited to get my car back it has been here for over a month (July 31, I will update when its out) with no estimate of how long this inspection, oil change, and changing of the windshield wiper motor will take. My car ended up here because a person my dad considers a friend works here. I see other recent reviews (within the time that my car has been in the shop) that state they experienced good and quick service. I wish I was fortunate enough to receive that side of Dillon Automotive service. Instead, they’ve had my car for over a month, cannot tell me when it should be finished, will not tell me why. And on top of that, when i went to grab the title I left in my car because I thought it would only be a week or so, I ride up to find my windows had been left open long enough for spiders to make thiiiick, rather impressive webs all in the freshly detailed dash. I am a near hopeless customer who feels as though she will never get her car back.

We had our radiator crack on the way into town and thank goodness we broke down where we did. 1 mile away we made it smoking down the road and this business was very accommodating. Family feel, honest prices, an all around good experience!
