I bought my car here as a CPO. Communication with the dealer was extremely easy. I could directly communicate with the manager and she gave me a very fair price. The dealer was totally okay with handling everything via e-mail. There was no pressure to visit. The price did not include any add-ons or anything, the dealer was very straightforward with everything. They gave me an out-the-door price without any challenges. When I arrived to pick up my car, everything was ready. All the paperwork, everything. I’ve spent only 15 minutes in the dealer, in and out with my car. All the paperwork reflected everything we’ve discussed in our e-mails, there was no extra pressure to sell us anything. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. Since then, I’m taking my car to their service department. The pricing is fair, and they are efficient. Had no issues at all. If I buy another car, I’ll buy it from here.
Shady characters at this location. They put a quick buck over customer service. I had turned in my lease only to find out hours later it had $4k additional resale value if I bought it out myself. I called VW credit who told me that as long as the dealer is willing to reverse the turn in process (quick process for them) then I can myself buy out the lease. Paul Mullen looked me in the eyes and acknowledged he could do it, but was unwilling to do it because they need inventory. In fairness, my own ignorance was the real issue, but their satisfaction of getting over on me is what forced the poor review. Just a warning if you are shopping pre-own. The new car sales office was pleasant in the exchange.
First time buying a Volkswagen and we had a wonderful experience. Our salesman Shameer was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the SUV we were interested. He made the process so easy and stress free for us!
Took my car for a state safety inspection today. The service staff printed out a work order form and told me that it would cost $33+tax. When I picked up the car, the price increased to $35.70+tax. When I asked for an explanation, they told me that the state sticker costs extra and that the price they quoted was an estimate. The dealer does state inspections every day. Of course they know how much it costs. Instead of telling a customer upfront the actual cost, they chose to add a hidden cost when you pay. The difference is small, but the intent is wrong. Do not give business to them. Try another car dealer.
I would give the service department 10 stars if I could! The whole team is great, the mechanic sent a video explaining the work that my car needed which really helped me (with no car experience) to understand the work that was needed. My car drives so smoothly now, it feels like a brand new car!!Chris B. went above and beyond, talking with me throughout the day and even waiting after closing for me to pick up my car. I wholeheartedly recommend for your service needs, theyre so kind and do a great job!!

I could not have had a better experience with their service department. Sean Gibson is very professional. He communicates well and is honest. Cant ask for any more. The other service employees were all friendly and helpful. Again that is all you can ask. I would go back for service anytime and suggest others to try them out. Piazza has to keep Sean. Also, the GM, George Brunath is the MOST honest and professional Ive ever met in the auto business.He has been honest and forthright in all of our dealings. Wanted a certified used VW to bring with me to an overseas posting. Things got a little complicated because of the requirements of the country I’m bringing the car too, so they had to hold on to it longer than expected because of visa and shipping delays, and the paperwork was a bit different than a regular sale. Business manager Tara Ryan in particular was very accommodating in helping figure out what I needed and how to make it happen. She was a pleasure to work with and I would happily work with her again in the future.

Had a great experience purchasing my VW TiguanSE from here. Juju was very kind through the entire process. She was clear that she wanted nothing more than to make sure if we were to make a deal that the vehicle was right for me. She was patient as we test drove many vehicles & detail oriented taking the time to ensure we understood the differences between each of them. After we made our selection they went as far as removing the pin-striping I didn’t like from the car before I drove it home (thanks again Duke)!The rest of the staff was just as wonderful.We were there for the better part of the day (with a toddler) and were treated like guests. At one point the staff even offered to feed us part of a family meal they had brought in.This kind of customer care is rare anymore and it was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a vehicle and they have something on their lot that interests you!

I scheduled a visit one month in advance to replace a part that has been recalled. They took my car in and told me at the end of the day that the part was not available. They also fixed my sunroof, which was not closing all the way, by resetting it (hold the dial down for 20 sec) and charged me $149.00. Once I took the car back I noticed that the sunroof was not yet fixed. Went back for an additional $200.00.
We bought a second-hand Honda CRV from Shameer at Piazza VW in Ardmore. We were pleased with the car and Shameers attention and knowledge. The car was detailed and very clean. Not all dealers will do that.
When I moved to PA, I used VW of Ardmore to service my Jetta for 4 years until I needed a new car. Mostly, from the moment you pull-up for service, there’s Customer Service driven attention given by a team of guys you feel like you can go out play pool with and wouldn’t be sore losers. It’s a bit of a long wait but you can trust it’s worth it because you can leave there knowing your ride will be RIGHT!!!

This is the best place to take your VW for service! Their employees are patient, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I have always had a great experience at this location, including my latest visit, which was back in September. The worst car repair shop I’ve ever been to. Lose tickets, wait hours over expected time, never a reason for mess ups, just plan your whole day around getting no answers and then pulling out your credit card! Been leasing a car for 3 years been to the service shop 7 times and every time is complete disaster.
Service department is definitely a ripoff. How do you charge 20% more on car repairs and basic checkups than the average? That’s ridiculous! I tried to give you guys a second chance to see if you weren’t the ripoffs I initially encountered but now it is confirmed. I will never go back here again and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Tried to rip me off by quoting the repair for my VW about $1K more than other repair shops. When I told them the car was going to be towed to a different location for a better price, they then tried charge me $300 despite no work being authorized or done on my vehicle. The charge was waived after asking for a detailed invoice, as there was nothing to bill. Watch out, they will try to shake you down for every dollar.
I was visiting from out of town, with a VW Atlas I lease from a dealer in Texas. These guys took care of me! I needed a fluid and system check before driving back to Texas and they did it same day, faster than anticipated, and free of charge. Ill see them again next time Im visiting.

Ive been taking my 2013 Passat to Piazza for service for the last 3 years and have always had a great experience. When it was totaled two weeks ago Piazza was my first choice to replace it. Sue Choi was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions and didnt try to pressure me into a sale. I ended up driving away in a 2019 Jetta SEL Premium. Ask for Sue next time you go in. You wont be disappointed.
I had a perfectly pleasant experience buying a used 2017 Jetta here about a month ago, but a few minutes after driving away from the dealership I noticed there was a tear in the rear window tinting that wasnt there before and part of a window sticker that was half torn off. Clearly the detailing people tried to rip the sticker off of the window, realized that they tore the tint, and stopped halfway through. On my part, I should have checked out the car before driving away, but its completely unprofessional to leave the car like that and not tell me about it before I left the dealership. I called back when I got home and the option they gave me was to bring it in and take all of the tint off. I said, nope, I paid for this car with tinted windows, thats what it should have. Finally after a day of calls back and forth, and an email with pictures of the damage, I got them to approve a reimbursement for me to get the tint redone.Now, a month later, I get a call from them again saying that they made a mistake in issuing my license plate and they have to send me a new one. So Ive been driving around for a month with a license plate that was also issued to someone else?? Today I have to take time out of my work day to go back into the PPA office in Philly to get a new parking permit for my new plate. I just dont understand how this established dealership can be so incompetent.
Rob was extremely rude. I’ve always taking my car there for service. Will be going to another VW dealer. Also my husband was interested in the atlas. Will be going somewhere els to purchase. That’s a sin Bc we really wanted to give Sue from sales our business again. Not anymore based off of service and robs “customer service” or lack of.
To whom it my concern,I brought my car into the dealshership because my tire pressure censor came on. As I expected, they added air and told me it was due to the drop in temperatures outside. Two days later, I returned with the same tire and same issue. They brushed it off again to the change in temperature. Two days after the second visit my tire light came back on. When I got out off the car I heard the air leaving the tire and I saw a screw sticking out . Needless to say I took my car to a different Volkswagen dealership and they replaced my tire. The second time I came back they should have inspected my tire and not brushed me off.
Do not order anything from this business, they are so rude and theyll also send you a bad item knowing you cant return the order, because thats their policy. dont ever do business with them. theyre scammers.
We just bought our new Atlas. It was a particular model that I searched for and we traveled from NJ to see it so I was hoping that rude and unprofessional staff I experienced many times in different dealerships wont stop me from doing business there. We were very pleased with our visit. Highly recommend Randi as a sales person - she was great. Also kudos to Rocco and Tara who helped close the deal
Easy to schedule a service and easy to get a loaner or alternative transportation to get from/to the dealership. Vince and Sean are a pleasure to work with and always keep you up to date with the progress of your vehicle and when the service is completed. Own now 2 VWs because of the great service experience we get (and because the dealership is close to our home).

We worked with Dan York and the General manager Jon to lease our new Atlas. They were both great to work with and very responsive. When we picked up the car, Dan made the process quick and smooth. He gave a great overview of the functionality and features in the car so I felt comfortable driving it off the lot. Highly recommend. Easy, friendly, and not pushy at all.
Rich the parts Manager informs his employees not to give other service facilities part numbers so we can verify fitment against our current part. The employee there said he was just doing his job and listening to his boss, which is understandable so I cannot fault him. Part numbers are not classified information. From business to business this is terrible customer service. If they verified the part number we would have ordered the parts and moved on. Instead, I will have to use a competitor.
The people here made my car purchase a seamless process and ensured that the car was up to standard. I didnt feel pressured nor did I feel at any point in time that there were shady practices afoot. Im happy with the service I received here.

Genuinely some of the worst service I have ever dealt with. After a terrible experience here at the VW of Piazza I went to a different dealership the next day and bought the same exact car. The service was night and day. If anyone wants their time wasted go here, if anyone wants to buy a car go somewhere else.

Very Disappointed in the service department!! I have been a customer at this location for over fifteen years, but not anymore!! I received some information in the mail about a recall that pertains to my vehicle. I contacted this dealership and attempted to make an appointment. I was told that the service department would have to call me back to schedule my appointment for my recall. Two weeks went by....no call back. I called again, and was told the same thing. This time I indicated that I was told that I would receive a call back but no one called me. The woman on the phone assured me that she would put that in the notes and that someone from the service department would call me to schedule the appointment. That was two months ago and still no call. It is obvious that all good things have come to an end. I have taken my business to another location where I am appreciated and appointments are scheduled asap. Shame on you service department!!!

We shopped here for a 2017 Golf, and though we eventually decided on another car that better suited our current needs, our experience here was very good. The atmosphere was relaxed and professional. Jaimie Manley worked with us for our test drive and made sure we had a adequate one to properly judge the car (which was very impressive). We eventually bought a Mazda from another Piazza dealership and had a similarly positive experience there. I wouldnt hesitate to shop here in the future.
I used their service for the first time today even thought we didnt buy our VWs there. I called and asked about having a bulb replaced. I was told to come right in and was waited on immediately when I walked in. They were busy but I was out in about an hour. I received great customer service. Thanks!!

We went in on a Saturday afternoon in zero degree weather. Dan York helped us get settled and sat in the cold as we looked through a couple vehicles. The whole experience was great. Not pushy, did not take a long time, and I left with a car at a good price.

Cant speak for the showroom but I brought my car into service for an unusual noise- unsure if it would be covered under warranty or not. I requested a loaner and one was provided at no extra cost. The part was ordered overnight shipping and was ready the next day. They werent able to wash my car so they gave me a coupon for a free car wash down the street, understandable. Cant imagine it going any smoother.

I have come to this dealership for my last two VW services, state inspections and recently leased a new vehicle. Compared to experiences with other dealerships in the area, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable and nobody tried any funny business (just look up my other reviews...).Dan made the leasing process super easy, and he had an answer to any question I threw at him (and believe me, being a German who worked as an automotive engineer with a different brand, I had lots of detailed questions like number of speakers in the different models, specific feature questions).What I appreciated the most is, that we didnt have to do the usual sales-dance. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and will come back for my services and inspections.

I’ve never had a good experience here. Leased a 2018 Volkswagen - had sunroof problems and they screwed up my service reservation THEN when I wanted to turn it in at the end of my lease the sales manger gave me a hard time about bringing it to them. Said they had no “spaces” left. That’s the oldest trick in the book when they don’t want to deal with it. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
An excellent experience. We went to Piazza to replace my sons Jetta, which had been totaled, and he had walked away from the accident without a scratch. (We bought the first Jetta from Piazza 10 years ago after my cousin, an auto mechanic, had recommended it for safety.). Our salesman quickly recognized that we were familiar with the car, filled us in on new features, and we did a couple of test drives. We made our choice, and the whole process was fast and easy. Everyone at the dealership could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We will continue to be Piazza customers.

The care and attention and responsiveness are much higher than what Ive experienced at other places. You can tell that service is a priority. Simple things like email reminders and online appointment booking are helpful additions. I also appreciate the follow up phone calls to confirm that there were no lingering concerns.
