Overall experience was good, though, lengthy. Shellie Mix (sales manager) was an absolute pleasure to work with and was amazing with our kids. Nataleigh Faulkner (customer consultant manager) was very sweet and helpful. The actual salesman, Stephen, was not very helpful or knowledgeable, but the rest of the team made up for it. Left with a better deal and vehicle than we went in for.

I just purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot. Sebastian was a wonderful salesman. He was so patient with all my questions, and fine with me wanting to test drive a lot of vehicles. He was really laid back and had me laughing the whole time. I didnt ever feel rushed or pushed to purchase. It was a great experience. Then Bruce the finance guy looked and found us a great low interest rate, and also gave us some amazing financial advice for just regular life things. To say less than a desirable experience would be a compliment to describe.I drove for 2 hours each way to see a car that had a clean record.Fortunately I have experience with the particular car make I was looking at.Upon further inspection I saw shoddy repairs had been done to the car. Once I looked under the hood I could see the chassis and structural damage that the car had, upon lifting the plastic covers.What really bothers me is that after many calls and questions, not once they mentioned the repairs and their AutoCheck does not show any damage either.If you buy a car here that is not new, please make sure you bring someone who knows cars along. They will pretend they had no idea and you will end up with a lemon.

We were on our way to Texas to check their car inventory, but last minute we decided to stop by at Patriot Honda to see their inventory, and we ended up leaving with a car!!! This dealership will promise you the moon when they are trying to make a sale, but no follow through afterwards. I spoke with a salesman (?) named Asante Moore about some floor mats that were promised in June (they called back in June and said they were in) with the sale of my new 2021 Passport. I live 6 hours from there and am undergoing treatment for cancer so cannot make that drive just anytime. They said they could mail them. It’s been over 4 months and still no floor mats.Today on the phone, Mr. Moore could not have been more rude! After months of waiting for my floor mats, I had a friend coming through Ardmore that could pick them up today, and this guy would not even try and help in this unique circumstance. If he really cared about customers, he could have made a phone call to the general manager or someone and at least tried to help. He also claimed there was no way to look me up as a customer. Really???I regret doing business with this company. The biggest reason for the one star is how rude and sarcastic this man was on the phone. His attitude cost them a couple of stars.

We had a fantastic experience with Jaydon Eastwood and Cory Martin. We live about 2 hours away from the dealership and wanted to make sure the vehicle is available and there are no hidden charges that might come up when we are at the dealership. Terrible customer service!! I spoke to two people through text and phone call to verify certain vehicles were still available, notified them we would be driving 1 1/2 hours to look at these vehicles. At their request I made made an appointment to look at the cars the next day. This way they said they would have the cars pulled up and ready for showing. On one of the cars I received a call stating there there were issues found and they didn’t want to sell it. I was grateful for their honesty and said we would still come look at the other car. Upon our arrival for our appointment the vehicle was not on the lot. We had to be transported to a sister lot down the street. Car was located in the service department, also had hail damage that was not previously disclosed. Salesman left us in the heat for 20 minutes while he went to go get the keys. He finally emerged to say they could not find the keys!! We left and will not go back.

Bruce in finance told me the bank made me purchase gap for $1,000 which was a lie and charged me $1500 for “free” oil changes. When I called and confronted him he said “you knew what you were signing” he sent the cancellation papers though. I called back 2 weeks later for an update on my $2500 and he said refunds are only processed quarterly. I guess he wants his commission that he stole first. Good one Bruce!!

It turned out that it took a few days for the part to come in, and consequently, my son fell in love with the car he drove home. Although it was a bit out of his price range, Aaron made us a great deal that was too good to pass up. My son is very happy with his new car and we could not have asked for better service. Called on a car they had posted on cargurus. Spoke to 2 different workers, told them we were looking for a safe dependable cash car for my 16yo daughter. They told me that this specific car was a great car with no issues...drive and hour and a half to look at it. The salesperson that I made the appointment with was to busy to help me so another worker helped me. Took us to the car and it was trash, like literally trashed in the inside, had open drinks left in it from the trade in, soda spilt everywhere, it was a mess! The passenger side had no door handles and you couldnt really see that unless you zoomed real close into the picture online which before hand I did not...the worker that helped me was very apologetic and tried to help us find something but it did not work out.

Very friendly staff. It took a little longer than planned but only because they were working hard to get us in a car. Will definitely come back for another vehicle.

True to his word, I got a check in the mail about 5 days later. Thank you for calling me personally and making things right Mr. Tulley!Very, very poor experience! I was looking at a 2019 Kia Forte for my son. I live in Fort Worth TX area. I communicated with Brad (a manager of the dealership) and Sierra about driving all the way up from TX to Ardmore OK (this was over 200 mile round trip). I was assured this car was in good shape and ready to buy. My wife and I get there and the sales person and Brad hurried outside and opened all four doors wide open to cool the car down. However, when we got to the car I could smell the very strong smell of cigarette smoke coming out of the car. It was bad. Secondly there were several burn marks in both the front and rear seats (those were not in the pictures of the car on the dealership website). Going for a test drive was worse. Before we even got out of the lot a check engine light came on the car. I tried to pull out of the lot and the engine was sputtering and something was clearly wrong. Another light came on and the salesperson in the car said we need to return to the dealership right away. I agreed! When we got back to the dealership Brad stated that the car had gone through an extensive multi-point inspection and he had no idea why this car had engine issues and suggested it might have just happened. We were shown several other cars. Two others had major cigarette smoke smell in them and one had a cracked front windshield that went all the way across the entire windshield. Brad was very nice and said he was sorry this happened. We drove the hour and half home with regrets that we took a chance on driving this far to see a car. I called Brad a few days later and I stated this was a very poor experience and due to all the miles we drove, time and the car not being even remotely ready to sell I think I should get some small compensation for my gas and time. I suggested 25 dollars which seemed reasonable to me. Brad said that would be fine. He promised to put a gas gift card in the mail the next day. Five days later and no gift card. I am hopeful that he was being honest with me. So far no luck. I will post a follow up in a few days to see if I have received a gas card or not. Although Brad and the sales people seemed nice I at this point would not recommend their pre-owned cars.

Sarah done a remarkable job, she put us in a vehicle we was looking for. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles in the past but I got to admit she was the best sales person I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. She shows the drive and determination to sale cars without filling people with lies. I can’t stop there Cory done excellent with getting the price we wanted and including additions to the vehicle we purchased. With no doubt we will continue to do business with those two!

The sales professionals are really nice and helped me get a car within my budget. If you want to get a new or used car ask for Joseph he is a really nice guy.

My husband and I had a great time shopping here. Our car salesman Ryan (Peanut) was honest and easy to work with, as well as everyone else there. Everyone there from the finance manager Brad, to the sales manager, to really EVERYONE at this dealership was super nice and friendly. We drove here from Ada, and really we would drive here again from anywhere. They really took care of us. We truly enjoyed our experience and our new vehicle. We will definitely be coming back to shop with them! 😁🤩 10/10
