I went in to look at the new trucks and found great people and a great dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the dealership was clean and inviting. Its a great place to do business. Even though it is a short drive from the Oklahoma City metro, its well worth the drive to do business with a dealer you can trust.

Damian is a scammer. I saw a red 2012 Toyota Camry on Cargurus and all the pictures indicated that the car was in good shape. According to Cargurus the car had no accident reported and no title issues. I went ahead and checked Barry Sanders Nissan website and all the pictures of the car indicated that the car was in good shape. I spoke with Damian and he said the car was a very good car and he didnt disclose any damages on the car. I applied for finance online and was approved, I drove 2 hours from Fort Worth TX to Ardmore OK just to Find out that the Red 2012 Toyota Camry had a front major body damaged to it and it was never disclosed to me. Its sad that Damian tried to sell me a car in this con artist fashion. I think Nissan is a big company and can do better than this. How can a Nissan Car dealership try to sell me a car without disclosing major body damaged to it.

I set up an appointment with Damian to see a vehicle at 5pm, and specifically asked to set me up with a sales representative for me in the event he was not available. I drove a long distance to see a vehicle that was already sold that morning. The dealership can certainly sell the vehicle at any time and does not have to reserve a vehicle but should have the decency to inform a potential buyer that set up an appointment that the vehicle you are looking at is no longer available. Cassandra is a great sales representative but at that point I was not going to buy a vehicle from Barry Sanders Nissan

They had a sale going on promising $0 down and then expected me to have money to put down. Also if I didn’t get approved for the car I wanted, which I didn’t, they promised to pay me $500 and just told me to leave when it came down to it. I will be going to Patriot Auto.

Fiance was called by this dealership multiple times during their sign and drive event. Each time they called she told them our credit was probably not good enough and that we barely had the gas to get there that if we were going to come it would have to be a for sure thing that they could get us in a car with no down payment. Each time they reassured her that this was no problem. On the last day of the event they called her five times until she finally gave in called me at work and had me take off to go get a car from them. We got there and they had previously ran my credit score two times in that day which in turn made my credit drop 56 points they again went and ran both of our credits came back and told us that they could do nothing unless we had a $5,000 deposit after being told we did not even have the gas to get up there unless I can put us in a car for sure.

My experience with Barry Sanders Nissan, lets see where I should start. I was contacted by an Internet associate named Nichole who advised me that they had an awesome credit rebuilding program, first time buyer program and 0% financing option. I advised her that I was in the market for a new vehicle but that I didnt have great credit as I am in the process of building and this would be my first financed car. I also let them know that I was lived in Dallas, Texas and I asked her if we could see if I qualify before driving the over 2 hours there, she said yes. That was Monday. Tuesday, I received a message from Alyssa stating that they had received my credit app back from finance and they had an open approval for any car up to $20K with $0 down. She stated that I just needed to send a check stub and we would be good to go, sent it and she said that it was printed and we were all ready to go. In the midst of this, I talked to Damien on the phone who stated that I was all good to go, he looked over everything. I asked, through text message, So I am all good to go right, I dont need a co-signer or anything. The reply was, nah, youre credit is ok by yourself. So we drive up there on Saturday morning, I walk in and ask for April May because on the way there, I received a text from her saying ask for her because she was Alyssas partner. Got there and April May advised me, after talking to the sales manager, that I needed a co-signer and $2,000 down. I advised her that I had text messages and a phone call that stated otherwise. She went to get the sales manager, his name escapes me at the moment, but then he comes out and we explain the situation. He says, let me see what I can do for you for about $1,000 down. He then never comes back but he tells us that Alyssa, Damien and Nichole have been fired. So we wait there another 30-45 minutes because we drove over 2 hours. So then this man walks up and introduces himself as the finance director and says that there is nothing that they can do for me for less than $4,900 down. So we ask, well were are the people that told us otherwise before we even decided to make this trip, you know the people I have been talking to all week, he said oh, they are off today.This was the worst experience ever. Not one person took accountability and its not like there were any surprises as we discussed everything before I arrived. Everybody gave me different information and I am very dissatisfied with the result of my 2-3 hour trip up there. And yes, I still have all of the messages and screenshots.

Seems like other people have had the exact same experience I had at Barry Sanders Nissan! I was told over the phone everything was a go I drove over an hour away to get the credit rebuilding help I needed. When I arrived I was told the person I had been dealing with wasn’t there. So I was asked all the same questions I had already answered with Damian. I asked for Damian again and was denied to to speak to him which I was told by Damian I only needed $500 down and it was not a problem that they had lenders willing to work with me. I was told that I needed 25% down or a co-signer. I again asked for Damian and again I was not allowed to talk to the person I had been dealing with on the phone for 3 days. I asked for all my paperwork back and the “sales person” came back with a manager I guess. He proceeds to tell how much he wanted to help me and again I would need at least 25% down or a co-signer. I asked again for my paperwork or to speak to Damian and that I would 100% be writing a review for my experience at this dealership. This man began to laugh at me and told me his retort would be to post my 469 credit rating that he announced for the entire store to hear! Little does he know I’ll post my own credit score cause I got no shame in my game. Bad stuff has happened to good ppl over the past year and a half and women should not be belittled by greasy headed pigs! I was never more embarrassed or humiliated. I wonder if Barry Sanders is proud of the job you guys did for him that day???

I bought my first ever brand new car tonight! Barry Sanders Nissan was amazing! They treated us like GOLD! Every single person that helped us along the way was phenomenal. I basically did everything through text with the owner of the dealership and when we got there they met me with all the keys and took me to pick out my color! Steve Sumpter was my sales guy and he had all the paperwork ready to rock for us. The best part is I got an AMAZING deal all thanks to Billy Altstatt who is literally the sweetest man alive! I cant say enough wonderful things about my car buying experience because it was truly splendid. If you are in the market please check them out!

Stop Dont Buy from here till you read this. I bought a White Jeep Sahara from BS Nissan. I flew in from 3 states away, after I got there the hard top was cracked like an egg, front suspension had lots of damage, they mailed the title off 2 months late ( I got penalized), hail damage to hood, hole in floor board, back two tires were bald ( was told they were 3/4 tread like front). They said they would refund me X amount after calling every other day about all these items and what they said they would compensate they finally mailed me a check after 3 months I gave them a dead line in which I was going to hire an attorney. These guys are the worst.

The vehicle was not in the condition described and after repeatedly having to explain what had been discussed on the phone, I was called while driving home by a manager saying he thought they could get to the deal previously agreed to on the phone.

Drove all the way from Moore, OK on a bunch of lies that Damian had told us in messages. If you want an honest car dealership this is not the place. Their own employees pointing fingers and the same guy. Not to mention seeing another individual that had also came in from out of town looking at a Chrysler 300 and it got sold out from under him while being lied to for 3 days about it, saying it went to get some repairs or whatnot before being sold. Its been about 9 months since my visit here, but I was on a trip from OKC to Lake Texoma recently, which reminded me to leave the review that I meant to leave last year. These guys were awesome when my somewhat modified and tuned Infiniti G35 overheated on my way to Texoma last September. Since Infiniti is produced by Nissan and the VQ35DE is a Nissan motor, we thought the local Nissan dealer might have a thermostat in stock (turned out to be a water pump failure but we didnt figure out that issue until we did some data logging and further diagnosis) so we had the vehicle towed here. They didnt have one in stock, but the local auto parts store did, so we ran over and picked it up and planned to replace it in the dealer parking lot. When one of the Nissan technicians (I dont recall his name unfortunately) saw that we were doing this with limited hand tools in the heat, he came over and offered his help, air tools, time, space, and expertise. We pushed it inside and had the car in and out with a new thermostat and a bled cooling system in like 20 minutes. I ended up bricking the ECU about an hour later trying to reflash it once I reached Madill and had to make another trip to pick the car up a few days later, but I wanted to give a huge thanks to this dealership and especially their technicians for helping me out and making the weekend a little less stressful.

This review refers to the service department. We were told by our local mechanic that we had transmission problems with our 2012 Nissan Quest. We called a transmission specialist in Noble who told us that we could get a new one and he would put it in. He said he couldnt even get parts for it because of the way the transmission (CVT) is designed. So we shopped around online a little. I know almost nothing about cars so we decided to start calling dealerships. The dealership in Ada was going to charge us $6000 just for the transmission (I priced them and found none that were more than $3600). We got ahold of Mr. Richard Tow at Barry Sanders Nissan and he told us to bring it in and theyd take a look. They ran diagnostics and did an inspection for no charge. To shorten this up, they replaced the transmission, changed the oil, did a coolant flush, and made some other minor repairs that we werent even aware needed made. They did all of this for the price they quoted us for just the transmission and labor which was WAY less than $6000. They also provided us with a loaner vehicle (2020 Rogue Sport which I fell in love with of course) for no extra charge. Everyone was extremely kind, very accommodating, and they didnt try to sell us anything. By far the best service I have ever received from a dealership. If the need arises for a vehicle, I will shop here first because of this experience.

I found an add on Facebook for a Ford Expedition and called the dealership to see if it was in stock. They told me it was so I let them know I would come on my lunch break to see it. On my break I met my wife at the dealership to see the car but they told me it wasn’t ready and they would call me later in the day when it was ready. Before I left the salesman asked me how I found the car and I let him know I saw the add on Facebook. I got a call telling me the car would be ready to see about 3:30. I left work early and met the wife at the dealership. The car had not been washed or vacuumed, the salesman handed me the keys and instructed me to drive to the gas station to put gas in it because it was bone dry. Other than it being dirty and out of gas I guess it was ready? The car did drive nice and after arriving back to the dealership I was ready to talk price. The salesman went and met with his manager and came back with a price of $7,000 more than they had it listed for on Facebook. Remember, I had told the salesman I found the add via Facebook. The salesman came back and said they could sell it for $5,000 over their Facebook add price and I then told them to have a good day and walked out the door.I’m an Ardmore local and was hopeful to try and build a relationship with a local dealership but I refuse to do business with people with such low character they resort to bait and switch.

My car was making a noise, so I dropped it off at Ardmore Nissan and ask them to please fix it. They did have to order the part. Even with that being said the car was done the very next day. The sales and service staff were very nice. I did not feel rushed, the facility was clean. I generally do get my car vacuumed out after it being serviced. I had my oil changed as well as some other stuff. They did get my car done very quickly and it was done very late in the evening it was just a few minutes until they closed so thats the reason the car wasnt vacuumed Ive never picked it up and it not be cleaned. Overall wonderful experience as is always. Happy Nissan owner

If I could give a lower star than this,I definitely would.we had an unprepared sales man right off the bat,he was friendly,but not professional.We test drove the Explorer that we thought we were buying,but after all our paper work was signed,we were informed that the car we just bought was similar,but not that exact one,I was very frustrated about this,so since the car we bought was on the lot that is what we drive home,Why we did not drive that car instead,who knows!Mind you we just signed for a $25000 car that had not been detailed,and had a completely empty gas tank.Every time I call the Dealership to inquire about my Title I still have not received,I get the run around,the temporary tag expires today,and I live 2 hours away,instead of bringing me one or meeting me the best that they can do is mail one,so what about if I get pulled over until I receive that?I wouldn’t advise anyone buy a vehicle from these guys,and I myself will never do business with them again.I can not believe this was our experience,on my dream car.😭

We purchased the vehicle December 14 here it is January 21 they have never sent us a title so went back up there its never been mailed. We are getting penalized ever day over 30 days. Thank you to Kelly Savage of Nissan for your immediate response in rectifiing my extreme displeasure in the work repair and subsequent neglegent damages on my rogue while under your care by Solleys collision center. While Im still unhappy the radio monitor screen was broken Im thankful it was still under warranty. As for the mold growing on my backseats Im still disgusted and appalled that this could even happen. While Solley s did offer and pay to clean it and they did a pretty good job on the surface. I can still find mold on the lower ends of the seat belts that only come out to the service when in use. As a germ phobe I feel my car was ruined. And im very sad that the trust between nissan and myself has been broken. I do appreciate everything Kelly has tried to do to make it right. I will never use Solley s in the future.

Two thumbs up for this dealership.I got a flat tire and I couldnt change it because I lost my locking lug nut key. But Nissan sent someone all the way to my house, south of Lone Grove with the tools I needed and helped to get it fixed and driveable.Way to go!

I had a good experience from these guys. My parents bought there last car from them and got a great deal and had an all around great experience. They were all courteous, it took a little longer than I would have like to get my initial quote (about an hour), but they were busy so no biggie. Their initial offer was not competitive with an offer I had received from another dealer, but they tried to meet it. About 20 minutes after I left the dealership, they texted me with a better offer. Its a tactic I dont particular understand, but I get that both sides are trying to get the best deal from them. They made me a couple of offers, tried to play with the numbers as best as they could and were always extremely courteous and up front about everything. In the end, they just couldnt match a deal I got from a dealer down in Texas (which was the best deal I found in a 200 mile radius, so would have been surprised if they could have), but I will definitely try them out again any time I need to purchase an automobile and would recommend them to anyone else as well.

CHARLIE BROWN was the best sales rep that I have ever had the pleasure working with. He found me an amazing car that met everything on my check list because of his good listening skills. He kept me company through the long negotiation process with some very funny stories. He even took the time to teach me how to use every control in my car. I had my juke Nissan for an year and half and it’s has been here 3 times within that time period because of a censor. And here it is the 4 th time broke down I’m gonna to take it somewhere else and soon as it is fix I will be selling it. I will never buy or recommend a Nissan to anyone

I only gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. Worse buying experience ever. There was problems hidden on the car and when I went back to try to solve it, what Ive got was the statement: there is no money on the deal for us to fix it. Worth it to spend few more bucks and drive down to Dallas or OKC area to certainly get a much better deal and a trustworthy Nissan dealership.
