Didnt have any plush pillow top twin beds for our kids

May 2021. We went to the location for a purchase of a mattress. They asked us to wear a mask, while we can clearly see two employee (including the one asking us to wear a mask) not wearing a mask (the other female was having her mask in her chin), while asking us to wear a mask, bc is store policy. None being 3 or 6 ft apart.I work on a company which requires us to wear a mask, but we greet the customers with our mask on. This is the prime example of preaching with your pants down. Greetings a customer w/o a mask and asking them to ware one bc its company policy.There is a vaccine out, apparently there is 40% of adults with at least one vaccine. Its time to chance the policy of a company or at least lead by example. Taking my money somewhere else. Dont complain the brick and mortar store is dying with this type of service.In summary for those lacking reading comprehension. Im upset at being asked to wear a mask, when 2 out of 3 employees in the store not wearing one. If they had a mask and asked me, I would have gladly accepted one and or get one from my car.

He guided my wife and I through the entire experience of qualifying, demonstrating and selecting the mattress that best fits our needs. Great experience. Told the gentleman exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was. He immediately showed us our options and helped us pick the best one. This is a complete different experience from when I went to the Mattress Firm Outlet down the street by Rooms to Go. Staff there was rude and unhelpful.

I purchased a mattress from them about a year ago - 10 year warranty - my house flooded - the company that was packing and removing the salvageable items would not take the mattress because it was already breaking down - we wrapped it in plastic and put it outside until I could take pics and go through the steps they required - I went back to my house and the contractors had thrown it away - I called today to see if they would accept the pics from the moving company so I could get another mattress - they said theres nothing they can do if I dont have the mattress. What are they going to do - resale it - did I buy a used mattress? Where is customer service with most of these retailers??? My situation is a bit unique - I was also hospitalized during this time and unable to stay on top of the job. This wasnt my first purchase with them but it most definitely is the last.

I went in to ask about Mattress liners for the 2 bed sets my wife had just purchased.
