Nobody greeted me as I came in, which ok but no customer service as I was browsing through the store very poor management, felt like they didnt want me their.

Customer service was great. We even found a defect in a pair i was gunna buy and they tried cleaning them first still had a flaw. But they swapped them out. Customer service went above and beyond.

They do not like the Judeo-Christian symbols that make up my necklace so they have taken it upon themselves to not allow me to have the sunglasses that I purchased nor the money ($174) that I paid for them.Edit (12/24/20): Devin called me to tell me that I could come get my sunglasses this past Tuesday, which were sitting there since 11/30/20 (closer to a month) that Rufio (receipt shows Richard) wouldnt let me get without a phone call from him. It only took my contacting a foreign government concerning this issue.... but I will bump my original rating of this store from one to three stars now because Devin reached out to me.

Great variety of sunglasses and apparel, buyers beware, if you are trying to fill a prescription for sunglasses or regular glasses, be prepared to spend some time at the store

Luxottica ruined Oakley. I tried to return a pair Flack Jackets. The manager said there was a scratch on the lens. I couldn’t see it but he wouldn’t take them back because “He couldn’t sell them as new.” Which means they could have already had the scratch when I bought them and they are admitting that they are selling used merchandise as new. Its buyer beware.

You cant beat Oakley glasses. The employees were extremely helpful.

Overpriced, the one outstanding moment? The young Hispanic man working there, took the time to chat and make us feel welcome.
