This was a great store. The customer service was outstanding. The sales advocate Matt McClune was wonderful. He showed me phones with all the new options that were a good fit for me but did not over pressure me to buy something I didnt need. He took all the time I needed to get my phone set the same as my old phone. He even helped load some apps to get my text over to my new phone. When I came back the next day he even remembered me. I would tell anyone to go to this store.

I went to Fenton to upgrade my phone but their computers went down. I called the high ridge cricket but they never answered. Lastly I called the Arnold location and Stacia answered and said their computers were up.. I hung up and was getting ready to go there when she called back and said their computers just went down. I called the next day and she said they were up and running. Stacia had excellent customer service, helped me with every need, concern and showed me many options. I felt cared for. I was surprised she wasnt the manager. That will be the store I go to from now on.

Hey Arnold location on Vogel is hands-down the best Cricket store in St Louis. The store staff was so friendly and had all the devices powered up and ready for demonstration. The store is clean the staff is knowledgeable and I walked out with a fully functioning phone, super affordable, and kept my original phone number. Nice work ! Dont change a thing !

We had to pay our payment on our other plan to transfer the Number to cricket because the computer system went down all over and it was late and they were not gonna be up before close 😞 we would like a 25 credit But as for our experience Shelby Leonard was so helpful ❤️😇😃 she worked so hard to try to solve the issue. So polite we came back first thing and she got our new phone perfectly. We are excited about our new phone. Truly Diana and Tom Hemme

I had really good service and the girls name was Cassi. very informative know what shes talking about took care of my problems left me with a smile. And I also say she had some beautiful eyes.

Very helpful and friendly staff at this location. Phone selection was not the greatest, but they did have quite a few sub $100 Android smartphones to choose from. Made complete sense to move to a plan with lower costs, no overages and no additional fees. Went from having a $120/mo bill to $70 with increased high-speed data per line.

Zach is a great employee he deffinatly deserves a raise or something! He sold me a LG2 and it is amazing I love it. He is so honest and an amazing seller. Best cricket store ever.

I normally pay bill with auto pay but my bill was due and I didnt have enough money on my card so I took cash in to pay my bill and I was charged $3 to pay my bill. Im sorry but being charged to pay my bill is ridiculous. Im considering changing providers.

I just bought the ZTE X4. I bought a case. The case holds the power button down and it makes the phone useless because it keeps resetting. Cricket in Arnold, MO. Will not replace my defective case. Waste of 25 bucks. Dont buy and acessories there, they refuse to replace broken products that come broken.
