I am in love with the customer service I always receive from the staff at this location. The employee who helped me went WAY above and beyond for me, and I am grateful for the level of service I received regarding my pro points I was trying to redeem. In order to resolve my issues she spent 30 minutes on the phone getting everything worked out and I left a very happy lady!! Best game stop around!! Shop here with confidence and know you will get great customer service!! Im convinced the staff love questions, so go hit me with the best ones you have and youll see what Im talking about!!

Robbie is excellent at helping me with product info and letting me know about upcoming promotions and items

Google maps didnt take me on the best route, just the shortest and though multiple parking lots. I had to add an additional stop to make maps use the best route

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BRETT!!! Went in looking for a xbox 360 and was informed they no longer carry that console. Brett gave me a business card for a place that repairs them, but after talking to him for a few minutes and explaining what I was looking for he helped me find something similar along with other options. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth going to if youre in the market for any type of gaming device.

Staff removed 12 dollars from my trade in because of an almost unnoticeable hairline crack at the top of the system.

Guy at the counter is nice

Nothing special. The employes are very kind but if you sell things to them they rip you off. Other than that could use more bored games and card games. Its called game stop for a reason they should be bigger and have way more than just video games.(they have some plushies, games, hats, etc... but I just assumed they would have more variety in the game section)

It was supposed to open at 1200. We waited for 20 or 30 minutes past the opening time and it was still closed. Several customers came and left due to this.

Had excellent help from the employees and I would recommend other to come to this location :)

James was a great help. He was able to rattle off games I was familiar with in order to help me decide on games I wanted to buy. I would definitely shop here again especially if everyone is as helpful as he.

This location is my favorite! I had a ton of old trade-ins and they patiently went through the mess to help figure out what they could and couldnt take. Always check the current promotions too. I do wish they would price match with nearby competitors. However, overall a good experience and I would recommend if you need to trade-in or ask their advice.

I like the place and the people and even sold my cell phone here. I got way more than Verizon was offering by the way. I hate the rewards I am a pro member but never get my magazine and I definitely told them I wanted it delivered!

So Im changing my review because of the service Ive had here from the last couple of months, they have really polite associates that are very knowledgeable and friendly, the store manager is really nice, and knows his games very well, unlike other locations that will argue with you about misinformation they provide. They have been very helpful and made this my main store for collectibles. Honesty is a plus.

This place has every kind of game imaginable. I bought a new Xbox One S and it came with two games and a controller. The customer service was excellent and very quick to service you. Although the store is very small. Thats my only complaint, otherwise would of gave 5 stars.

Found what I wanted and then some. Always good to go to GameStop with a game plan, :-) so as to not break the bank. The employee wad heolpful and courteous.

Always get great service and helpful advice on systems and games alike. I visit both the Arnold and Fenton locations and will continue doing so. Highly recommend both these stores.

They seem to have WAY more used/pre-owned games and stuff than new items. Guess the times have changed. Im not mad about it; those non-new games are way cheaper than new ones. Customer service was great, though; kid working behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. :)

Staff here is awesome. But I hate the prices and the buy back at gamestop. The only cool thing about this place is the rewards but Im not sure thats worth degrading yourself to try to sell them games, even newish games dont have value here.Id much rather go to a local store than this chain of stores.

Great GameStop! Was away from gaming for awhile and the employees suggested great games for me! Will always return.

Employees will straight up lie to make a sale. They care way more about their numbers than the actual customers. They had pleasant employees 5 or years ago, but they were all let go. I recommend going to bodachs on jeffco. They always treat me great and the prices are usually better.

People there are always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and Courteous.

This is my local GameStop. The guy who helped me exchange/upgrade form XBOX 1 to an Xbox X was amazing. Helped me back up to external hard drive wiped old system etc. Just amazing job and great customer service!

I had a preorder for Octopath Traveler yesterday the 13th. I showed up at 8:00 p.m. to pick up my pre order and the bonus cards etc., the clerk put the game in the bag and didnt mention that I didnt get any of the pre order stuff. As I walked out I noticed he said they didnt get enough to fill my order. I asked a refund and they gave me cash saying that they couldnt put it back on the card. Game stop has always been a rip off, I gave them another chance and got burned.

Hire employees who have a general understanding of customer service.

Not coming back again,Trying to charge me a refurb fee for a game because it doesnt have a case when I just traded in last week with no case and never got hit with one, And have been multiple times before and never had a problem here or other GameStop till now.
