The service here is excellent. I came in for a hotspot device and left 15 minutes later with one in hand, extremely satisfied.
I had the best experience purchasing phones and setting up new service for my daughters (which is a task I normally dread) but Brandon and Anul at the Arnold location off Jeffco Blvd made it fast and easy and I left a very happy customer!! Excellent customer service and they helped me to get exactly what I wanted for our family phone plan. If you are looking for good place to get a phone and looking for good customer service, this is the location to go to!

There is a complete lack of coordination with what the online customer service says that they can do and what they are willing to do in store. There should be better communication between not only the store and the online customer help but also with the customer.

Rob went above and beyond to get us the phones that we were wanting and following up with us to make sure that we were still happy even after the transaction was done. Ryan helped us. At 1st he appeared to not actually pay attention just to us. Then he devoted himself to us directly. Was very helpful to my daughter and her needs. Was pretty quick to purchase a new phone and accessories. The main thing I didnt like is they still require a mask. I can wear one with my COPD. I just barely kept over my mouth for their respect. Clean store. Lots to offer in way of choices. Also a brand new promotion started today so her new iPhone was almost ZERO cost. That was sweet!!!

They have no idea what they are doing. No customer service what so ever. Besides the fact there are only 3 seats to sit in while you wait to be noticed or greeted or helped for 5 hours like we were, which idk why it took that long. The guy who did help us, for over 5 hours, didnt even know who I was today, this is my 3rd day in a row being here. I wish we never switched.

Worst provider there is, i was with sprint in the beginning and i sent a phone in for repair, well during the repair sprint switched to t-mobile, they lost my phone that got sent in for a repair and are trying to charge me for it. I refused to pay for their mistake. No my credit scor has dropped 30 points because they lost my phone and refuse to take care of it and sent it off to collections like it was my fault.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive been with T-Mobile for almost 15 years, through the companys bad service, to their now having so much better service, but how dare they have an employee treat me with such lack of respect. The mask mandate has been lifted where I am, so there is zero reason to treat someone like this location did when I walk in not wearing a mask. I am not some leper to be cast out on to the street. I highly doubt Ill stay with T-Mobile after such disrespect. I advise others to stay away from this location, and until T-Mobile changes how they deal with customers, Id stay away from they company too. T-Mobile makes AT&T look like saints... and thats seriously saying something.

I stopped by Thursday to get a new SIM card for my new phone. Weve been Sprint customers for years, but are staying with T-Mobile. Endi was extremely helpful to get my phone registered and everyone else was very personable.

Store was clean, well-lit, and I was helped right after I stepped in the door. Zach was super helpful. Talking to him one time was better customer service than I had in 10+ years with my previous carrier. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I wish I would have switched earlier!
Theyve been less helpful than the other T Mobile in the area (Richardson), and seem to lack the free merch from T Mobile Tuesdays (in my experience).
Brandon is very knowledgeable and professional. He solved my problem with my cell phone and also got me set up with a new tablet. He was very thorough in explaining everything as far as the 2 year commitment and taxes plus all other charges involved. Thank you for quality customer service.

I upgraded a phone on line, just due to the Covid environment, but ran into difficulties moving Android data to IOS. I originally set up my service through the Arnold store and so went back in for assistance. Anel assisted me and did a phenomenal job. It look about 45 minutes to transfer the data and for a guy that isnt high tech, it was great to walk out of the store, new phone in hand with all updated data loaded. Great job Anel appreciate the help.

Was already debating on switching because of my calls dropping and connection issues. Went in on 02/03/2021 to purchase any phone, as my was broken, but I was told they cannot sell any. What a joke.

Opened 2 new lines. Horrible horrible numbers filled with spam calls and text had to have it changed 3 times and the one I have now is still receiving garbage. Coverage for data is questionable for how much they tout it. Living in Arnold internet doesnt work 80% of the time in salvation or Goodwill.*Update* what am I supposed to do with this super generic face saving response from T-Mobile? Im not changing my number again and if I dont get coverage...dont think that will change either. Pointless. Stick with Verizon people

I went in to the store when the screen on my phone wouldn’t work. Both the associate and the manager said there was nothing they could do, had to go to the apple store, etc. I came home, googled the problem, and had the phone working in minutes. They didn’t even know how to turn the device off (all that I did) without being able to swipe. I can’t believe they weren’t able to do something so simple.
Came into T Mobile this morning to switch from our current carrier. The process was WAY better than expected. My wife and I were in and out in about 30 minutes. Anel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly identified what we were looking for and didnt pressure us to buy something we dont want or need. This was light years better than my last experience at a cell phone store.

Lazy staff not much help made me want to puke but they have a great selection and wonderfully service free Netflix only reason the got stars. I wrote this post over a year ago the manager e-mailed me said he would make everything Wright and apologized. Guess what he never followed through did not make it right went back in and was treated even worse any one who goes to this t-mobile after reading this review well you cant say you werent warned they are the worst ever
Sometimes the place is packed, weekends are the worse, wish they had more seating for customers at least for those times I tend to walk out and come back another day when less busy, but for some weekends is the only time to go., I have to say The people who work there are amazing, They know the product and if they dont they ask someone who does I admire that some places just sell whatever not really knowing the product or the details of the contract nor go over everything this place does!. If you ever Go here I would speak with Ariel she is the top notch in my book this women knows her stuff and she is very down to earth (not many out there anymore) very honest person as well wont stir you wrong.. I just Hope upper Management dont take her away from this store, Its one of the reason so many people go there.. cant say enough about this store and the people there.. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!
Maybe its just who I dealt with, but this guy really knew his stuff! I went in there just looking for a phone, didnt know what kind I wanted, and he took me through all the different phones, explaining their features, even pointing out that some are basically more expensive versions of cheaper ones, but have the same (or better!!) specs. Really great service. Selection couldve been better, but it IS kind of a small store, so thats not REALLY their fault, I suppose.

They tell you want you want to hear to get you to sign up. Then they bait and switch Anel the store manager called my wife a liar. He was extremely rude. And didnt want to help in any way. Once they sign you up they stop the customer service there, and tell you to call customer care. Do not go this store! Also avoid Brandon!! Everyone is very unprofessional!!!
Staff here OVER promises and UNDER delivers. The year I was with them I was OVER billed every single month and getting it rectified near impossible! I DONT recommend
They double talk just like ATT and Sprint. One is no better than the other. There is NO company worth a penny for customer service anymore.Told one thing just to get your business then it changes 10 times before you leave the store and ends up nothing like what you were told to start with. Be prepared to bring out your wallet more than once! The 800 customer service is worse and they are never ever on the same page as the store or have a clue. Disgusting!! I only gave 2 stars for the assoc.s efforts. Had been with them as good pay loyal customer for years.
