Used to work for Starbucks; Awesome company! Ive been welcomed every time I walk in its nice to see that, even when I dont feel like saying hi and I just want my coffee. Kudos to the team especially Garrett. That guy has a genuinely great attitude everyone I see him work he always takes time to greet every person that walks in. He also good about calling out the customers to let us know where our drinks are at. I used to do the same thing so its refreshing to his work ethic and customer service connection is superb. The team I can tell is a good one Im glad they have made adjustments since I had last seen them. Im happy to come to the store more because of attitudes like that especially with Covid and all.

Strange how people file into Starbucks at 5 a.m. & plug in. $3.00 for a 50 Cent cup of coffee & $3.00 for a bagel? But nice people.

I really like Starbucks its one of the best places to get coffee! The only deal is that its practically full all the time and it takes a very long time just to get your coffee but overall this place is great.

My coffee tasted good but both of our breakfast sandwiches came out with the egg cold.

Drink they made me was ok. Usually when I order my usual, its made to order and yummy but this time it was a bit too robust. Like they maybe forgot to add equal or enough milk.

He was rude. Had to wait 20+ min for a drink that was behind the counter most of the time. I saw the drink 10 min after I ordered and they called my name up for my cake pop. People after me kept getting orders before me so I decided to ask when they were going to make mine and then I found out it was the one that was waiting there for 20 min. Guy with red hair I believe was especially rude and blew me off and didn’t apologize. Guy who was at register with dark hair and glasses was nice tho

He’s always busting out drinks when I arrive, yet still has time to keep his workstation clean and connect with customers. Terrible slow service I ordered on line I went there after 8 mins and I still have to wait for 20 more mins at the store just for a simple nitro and venti pike when I ask for half and half for my 2 drink they gave me 1inch of the little cup I ask for more and denied saying that they cant give more these lazy employees need costumer attention training the drive thru line was long and inside the store 7 people waiting for their drinks Ill never come back to this store again!its sunday 8:30 pm

They gave me the wrong drink in the drive thru. I came back and went inside to get the correct drink. It tasted bad, with a burnt taste, not like starbucks usually tastes. Yuck. Ill go to a different location next time.

Very nice Starbucks with convenient parking. Fast and friendly service. Open until 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving day. Nice little to table outdoor dining area. Everyone very covid-19 safety compliant.

Who doesnt love Starbucks? The holiday flavors are soooo good! Peppermint mocha is my all time favorite but the creme Brule is a close second!

This is one of my Favorite Starbucks in the 5 Cities area that consistently makes my drink perfect and knows me by name. Only negative thing is that the parking lot and drive thru are both way to congested, People are always cutting each other off to get in the drive thru line. Not the most thought out design for the location.

My son ordered ice blended mocha and they give him a white chocolate mocha, my wife went back and they give us the right coffee. They are very nice and really care for customer service.

Customer Service is always amazing as well as the beverages/food. But reconfigure your drive thru. Its freaking terrible.

The drive thru could speed up a bit, granted every drink order are different but I dont think there should be a 15 minute wait from the time you place an order till youre at the window. Just my opinion, but still polite and courteous staff.

This Starbucks is like any other Starbucks. Nothing special except for the drive through.

This place is always fast, friendly and CLEAN! Come on, whats better than that?! Plus theres not that many coffee shops around here so this is still your best bet.

Went during a very busy time yet the time from entering the store to enjoying our coffee and cookies was less than 10 minutes. The tables were clean and the person who took our order was polite and fast. Will be coming back!!

Just order a simple latte with one shot. Pretty hard to mess up. Therefore, they did a good job.

The drinks are terrible. Whenever I mobile order it they don’t start making it until I go inside. They aren’t very polite either.

Service is very poor everyday I come here and pay 7$ for a drink that have to wait at the least 20 mins for everytime Also the coffee is never made right. Coffee bean is the way to go trust me you wont be sorry.

Actually one of the nicer Starbucks in the area. Pro tip, if you see the drive through really busy as often is the case here, just go inside. Trust me its a lot faster. Larger inside than some of the other area Starbucks and also very clean.

Don’t go here in a hurry. Longest drive thru ever, inside isn’t any faster. coffee always tastes like it’s been sitting out. I’m over trying to let this Starbucks redeem itself.

Coffee good, staff polite, making a noticeable effort to move the drive through window orders quicker. This location has a lot of early morning traffic and parking lot is tight for larger vehicles so consider parking in adjacent parking lot. Inside I havent found very comfy. Hard chairs no comfy chairs. Still maintaining free WiFi for all. Several outside seating areas however right next to the drive through driveway. Better that than nothing.

I paid $6.75 for a Venti that came 2/3 full. What is the point of ordering a large that comes with the top third empty? And how much more would it really cost the business to give me a little more coffee in my cup when i paid nearly 7 bucks for it?

There are days when the drive thru is faster, and other days when it is super slow (during hrs. that would normally not be busy). I would have to assume that today was one of those days where someone is being trained or they are just understaffed, because it was ridiculously slow, and one of my items was not the right pastry (didnt realize it until after I had driven down the road). I just didnt like the fact that I ended up wasting more gas (more than a 10 minute wait) Probably should of just gone inside (though it was raining). I usually like going to this Starbucks (friendly staff), but it was a gas waster, today.

Poorest drink I have ever had. Requested a vanilla cold brew with sweet cream. The drink was foamy! Like shaving cream - not whipped cream... it was very dark. I took a sip.. it was absolutely horrible... I asked the barista if she would add sweet cream.. she searched frantically around then, she turned her back to me, reached in the fridge, pulled out a gallon of milk and poured milk in my drink and walked off. I almost gagged -that bad. Cant blame that they were busy... they only had 8-10 customers in there, most of them already served. Steer clear of this location.

Leo was very rude !! They didn’t close the lid off the latte well and it fell on my husbands legs. She didn’t even apologize. This was 4/25/20 at 7:38 pm .

I went to the drive thru to order a simple Venti iced green tea with no sweetener and a water but when I got to the window they took forever to handed me a grande hot drink... I told them I wanted it iced and when they came back with my drink it was an iced coffee drink...so on the third try they gave me a grande iced green tea with sweetener and the lady seemed very annoyed like it was my fault. This has been the second time. Once I ordered a venti strawberry açaí and got a hot chocolate....

Current location huge improvement over old digs. Large, clean store with convenient drive-thru. The best part: great service each visit so far.

I used to work at a Starbucks years ago for a few years so my standards are a little raised. Whats funny is the employees are always awesome, still great customer service everywhere. Its the other customers there with me that are a#$holes. Everytime Im walking in a store inevitably someone will fast walk cut me in line lol, inpatient rude people.

A regular cup of coffee is way over priced and doesnt taste nearly as good as 7-11 coffee.. and Id rather camp out at Krispy Kreme to charge my devices

When this location first opened, there were several issues. They were slow, staff were unfriendly, etc. For the last several months the store has completely changed. Staff are engaging the customers, they concentrate on making drinks food fast and tasting great.

I bought the January cup so I could get the Peach Tranquility Tea. But they hardly have it, always say they ran out?I think they do it on purpose. Will not buy their January cup again.

Was passing though town after a day at pismo beach. Never a let down, Starbucks delivered a good Frappuccino. It was a huge building and everything was like brand new so it is a nice place to kick back and relax when drinking coffee.

Totally hit or miss depending on the employee you get. There are a few more than cheerful and pleasant baristas, however, there are also a couple people who seem like they would rather be doing anything other than their job. Mobile tipping is convenient and the rude employees are missing out!

One of the worst Starbucks Ive ever been too. Sat in drive thru for over 15 minutes, was poorly greeted with a unhappy employee (who didnt even apologize for our extremely long wait), still had to pay for our beverage, the activity inside was clearly unorganized and I am beyond upset. How is this a functioning place? What happen the Starbucks from 5 years ago when everyone was cheerful, pleasant and understanding?!?!?! Very VERY disappointed.

This Starbucks has no business having a drive thru in such a small location. Its always packed and obstructs the parking lot. They always mess up my order when I go there. You guys really need to do something about your drive thru times.

This location seems busier than some of the others that are very, very close to it. As such, my order is messed up here more than any other facility. That said though, the coffee is good and the staff all seem friendly.
