I arrived at 9:00 pm since I saw they close at 9:30. First I was told “piercings are done for the night” so I explained how I didn’t need a piercing to be done I just needed to purchase a ring. Then the guy changed it up with “we’re done for the night”. He then proceeded to come out to smoke outside with someone else. Very unprofessional. Will never return here again. You have a bunch of signs on the door and is it is dark and raining it was hard to read them at the time. Maybe a simple change in your hours to closes at 9 would help misunderstanding for your future customers.

Just called with a few questions about piercing my nose. assumed they would be happy to answer my question considering they’re gonna be responsible for punching a literal hole in my face but the owner sounded super baked and was beyond rude for no reason. was gonna go here because i wanted a last minute piercing and all the other places were booked but definitely not worth it. -100/10

Unfortunately i called this located before they closed, i ask if they do sneak eye piercings, the wonderful lady on the phone said yes and we are doing half off, since I’mNew to ATL i didn’t know how far they were, but my friend who was listening to the conversation said they are down the street, the girl on the phone had wonderful service and laugh and said if you don’t come down we close in an hour. So when we arrive we ring the bell no one answered, i called the phone number at 8:26pm a guy answered and said well we close in an hour can’t do piercings, with a nasty tone, i kindly said well your worker mentioned we can come. He just didn’t care . Welp they won’t get my service ! Don’t come here if you are looking for great customer service

The owner was SUPER rude. Everyone pulled up late for one of our appointments and refused to acknowledge the fact that he and his employees were late and instead said it happens. We clearly the shop and our tattoo artist and no one answered their phones to tell us that theyd be running late. We were all excited to work with our artists, but the owners customer service was horrible.

I come here for all my piercings, which means Im here fairly often lol. Their prices are the best in town, and their staff is always so friendly.

So I got my Nose piercing from here about 2 months ago and I love it. I was so nervous that I would get a keloid or something but i didn’t. I forgot who pierced me but she told me to use antibacterial soap and witch hazel to keep it clean and it’s been working perfectly fine. They are also cheap so i would recommend. They also had a tiny stud just like how i wanted. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is bc the wait was a little long and my piercing is kinda at an angle so it’s kind of hard to put it back in if it accidentally gets pulled out. But then again it’s not fully healed so maybe i’m just being soft😭

I got a nice piercing. They were incredible. Fast, insanely kind, and very safe and taking covid precautions. I showed up thursday and it turns out wed thurs and sat are 10 dollars. I have a very low pain tolerance and was nervous but the pricer made it such a breeze. 100 percent recommend it here.

Had my nose pierced for my birthday 🎉, my nose was pierced incorrectly had to remove my piercing. Studio was nice & clean, that’s was pretty much the only good thing. My piercing on the other hand was not. Probably should’ve used saline solution instead of witch hazel, bad idea 👎

Donny was super funny and was able to get my tattoo done extremely quickly. They are super safe with both the tattoo process and also have great covid protocols.The pricing was fair and Donny was very thankful for the tip. Something you don’t see often from tattoo artists who just expect to be tipped.The shop was maintained well, the parking was tough but someone from the shop helped direct traffic.Overall super happy with the whole experience can’t wait to come get another one.

My friend and I came to Studio 219 so she could get a septum piercing. Today, I called at noon to confirm the times they were open, I am well aware that piercings are walk-ins only and I am fine with waiting since it is seemingly a great deal. We arrived at 3:30 PM and waited in the line until the person at the front door told us to come back later. Unfortunately, they did not specify that they would be closing from 4:30 PM-6:00 PM for their lunch break. At 4:50 PM, we saw the sign on their door that said they were not going to do any septum piercings and oral piercings. Upon seeing this sign, I called to confirm that they did the septum piercings and Marcie told us yes. She even had us on hold to confirm. Since it was raining, the person at the front door felt bad and let us inside to get shelter. After waiting for 2 hours, we finally got to do our paperwork. After submitting our paperwork, we were soon told that they do not do septum piercings and that “they could not help us today”. From my understanding, this business was going to start doing septum piercings sometime DURING the WEEK of May 16th. This IS something staff was directly telling their clients, because I was here the Tuesday before for my rook piercing. Therefore, the comment by the owner below is false. In addition, the sign on the door was not reliable information considering I talked with a young lady who had her smiley pierced before me (an ORAL) piercing.I understand that this business must create safety protocols for COVID-19, but they did not have to lie to establish these rules. Not only did I waste my time, but I wasted my gas and my energy. With that being said, if you want to experience unprofessionalism, Studio 219 Ink is the perfect place for you!

The Poked Wednesday special is a great value. Be prepared for at least a 30 minute wait cause it’s quite popular. The staff was very efficient. Heather was very personable and gave me great after care instructions and advice on future piercings. Will definitely be back for more piercings.

First time here. Got a nose ring for the Saturday sale they had, $10 for a simple stud and $12 for a hoop.

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE! & I honestly am glad I came here. Raven is awesome & so is the amazing lady that pierced my nose. It took all of 20 seconds. By the time I felt the pinch, she was already done 😂😂 this was my very 1st piercing. From paperwork to payment, I was out in 5-7 minutes. Y’all HAVE TO CHECK THEM OUT 💙💙

I called to see if i could buy nipple rings and was told yes by the professional gentleman on the phone. Upon arriving I read on the door to call for entry i called and a man came to open the door, i purchased the rings and inquired about their tattoo service and he went into great detail of the process and made me feel at home. I will definitely be going back to for tattoo work and the establishment was clean pleasant and inviting. A must visit hidden gem call and make an appointment today.

Great place, clean shop and great service i am going to get a tattoo here soon but my trip was just to get a ring for my nipple. However the gentleman behind the counter took the time to explain all of my questions in detail for pricing and how they charge to the work of the artists individually. I really love this place, it looks like its closed but trust me it is open for business you have to call to enter because of covid-19. This place is a diamond in the rough stop in and check them out.

My piercing was done fine and all, but it wasnt as clean as the other places I normally go, there was no paper covering the table, no straight rubbing alcohol used, no saline spray after, and they used the same needle for both lobes. Also the after care instructions are really bad! Please never use witch hazel! Any APP certified piercer will tell you to do that, they just say to use saline. Its very obvious that these people arent the most professional or experienced piercers.

Got my nipples pierced last night and they look great! Heather was so nice and inviting also did it very quick and almost painless. afterwards she gave me a lot of info and aftercare advise. she dealt with my nerves like the pro she is, i will definitely be coming back for more in the future! thank you!

Unprofessional. My sister and I wanted to get multiple piercings one day and they were closed. We ended going to another place for our piercings. Even though it was more expensive, we were glad to spend our money at another studio than here.

Got an industrial piercing here and removed it only because the swelling was really bad and the pain was getting to be unbearable compared to my friends. My piercer was great and did what I wanted but I still feel like they should tell you what way the piercing lays would be best for your ear. I went somewhere else today to get it re-pierced and she told me the it wouldnt work due to how it was pieced before. also if I left it in it wouldve cut into my ear.

On a Saturday I decided to go to Studio 219 because of their special. I called ahead of time because I know it’s a pretty popular place. The person I spoke with on the phone told me that they weren’t that busy and as long as I got there before 10 PM I was good to go. When I got there the guy at the front desk was extremely rude and rushed us out because we didn’t have an appointment, although there was no mention of booking an appointment when I spoke to the person on the phone. When I went to look on there website I realized that the rude front desk attendant was the OWNER! I was extremely disappointed considering that my first experience was amazing and I love my tattoo, but I will definitely not be returning.

Which is fine, but instead you tell us we had to be in the parking lot for you to give us an update. Like 10 people walked out.

Do not come here for piercings. Environment was clean, the piercer was kind and professional, but ultimately the work was not good. Got three piercings almost a year ago and they are still very sensitive and raw. The jewelry is not good quality (necessary for new piercings) and my piercer pierced my ears at an angle that has caused bumps to form—I cannot put any hoops in because the back hole is a little bellow my front hole. My advice—you pay for what you get. I can’t speak for non cartilage piercings, but get your cartilage done at the more expensive places with the more expensive jewelry. I’ve gotten piercings done at such places and have never had healing problems like I do now

We went on a Tuesday night for the $10 special. And our piercer named Zari was bubbly and friendly and easy going. She was very flexible with my daughter changing the position several times of the piercing, who was getting a nose and 3rd lobe done. I would definitely recommend them. Might go back for a tattoo. And they had 2 waiting areas so that made it comfortable waiting our turn. Their artwork on the walls was very diverse and eclectic.

I got my septum and belly button done here. Great service and affordable!! The wait was expected since we went on a day that they had a special going. Staff is so friendly.

I’ve gotten two pretty detailed pieces at this shop, both by different artists. They both charged me the minimum ($50 for a regular day and $30 on one of their deal days) for something that deserved way more than $30 or $50, and made sure that my tattoo was perfect before I left. They are friendly, kind, and really do care about you as a person and not just a customer. By far my favorite place to get ink. There is very limited parking, maybe 6 spots, but you can park across the street in a well-lit subdivision. There is also quite a bit of wait time, but I was told to sit in the lower lobby, where there was a tv. We waited an hour and a half, but given the fact that we walked in without an appointment, I am grateful they even let us in the door.

Went on a Tuesday for their great piercing deal. The line moved very quickly despite the place being packed. Staff was very nice, good vibes, try to go early to avoid lines.

Nice friendly staff. I went on the $10 special day and waiting a few hours (not a problem it’s a special day of course it’ll be packed). Finally went in and got pierced. About a month later my piercing rejected because of negligence to put in a proper surface piercing (the staple shaped one), instead I was gives a curved (bellybutton like) piercing and it literally slide its way out of my body. My experience itself was great I just wish they’d be more knowledgeable about surface piercing as I literally wasted my money when I could have simply went somewhere else. They’re good for traditional piercings but I can not say the same for surface piercings.

Servers was very nice. Explained menu items to us, spent time with us to make us feel comfortable and welcome, despite how busy it was. Food was also very good. Loved the Boutin.

Last summer, I went to Studio 219 to get my 2nd helix piercing. Ive heard okay-ish reviews about the place prior to this, but wanted to see what the hype was about regarding their $10 piercing Saturdays. The piercer was kind but not as communicative as I wouldve hoped; nevertheless immedietly after she put the earring went, I started bleeding uncontrollably from the cartlidge of my ear. Given that I already have a helix piercing directly next to the new one that did not bleed whatsoever when I got it done, I was skeptical when the piercer told me that this amount of bleeding was normal. The immense pain and bleeding continued overnight (again, nothing close to the small pain I experienced with my first cartlidge piercing), soI ended up getting the earring taken out at a different shop the next day, where I was to find out the earring was meant for a SMALL GAUGE. The earring was way too thick for a cartlidge piercing, and nowhere did I request to be pierced with a gauge. I tried getting refunded at the store the next day but the line was incredibly long and at that point I decided to give up on getting a second cartlidge. Long story short, if getting pierced at Studio 219, be sure to check what kind of earring they are piercing with.

Their customer service is horrible. We had to stand outside in 90 degrees weather to do a consultation the tattoo artist was dry as hell. I guess the building manger was dry and rude..Just wasnt friendly at all I rather pay full price else where for better service than come here for a special with horrible service . Wont be back!

Absolutely amazing! Got my snakebites done, and my fiancee got her shark bites done a couple weeks ago. Heather (I think thats who pierced us) is very personable, easy to talk to, and a fantastic piercer! Will definitely be going back for more!

A little odd to get in, you have to call them. But once youre in, it has a good atmosphere. Heather did my helix piecing together quickly and she walked me through it while she was doing it. Very easy going and nice atmosphere. And you cant beat their prices. Will def come back here again

I got my lower eyebrow pierced the lady who did it was awesome here persona was awesome the atmosphere was cool to I felt really at home.

Piercing started healing poorly, most likely due to bad quality metal in the one available jewelry piece (was not given an option to choose from any others). the piercer also put a nose screw meant for a right nostril in my left nostril piercing.

I went with a family member. I would never give them my business from my experience. Parking is horrible and the waiting room is small. Now the reason why Im giving this place a one star is because of the man at that front. His attitude is horrible and uncalled for. He talks to you like youre beneath him and doesnt care how he speaks to anyone. Dont waste your time unless you want to go off on the front desk attendant.

I had been looking around for a reputable shop to get a snake eye piercing done. I checked out all the reviews for studio 219 ink and was impressed . I called and spoke with someone tht said on Friday night they run a special on piercings. Heather was my piercer. She answered all my questions and explained what and how she was going to do my piercings. A great experience and awesome staff. Will be going back to get some ink work done.

Studio 219 ink needs new management. I called and spoke with the manager himself and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. Von not only got smart with me but when I told him that the customer service was not good he proceeded to tell me that they do not offer customer service they are a tattoo shop. What business does not want to provide good customer service to make sure that the customers come back!!? He didnt care that he was rude and unprofessional. This is a place that definitely will not get any of my business!

Hadnt ran back to get it but I guarantee that this spot with these people are laid-back chilled and cool that Id recommend this first out of any for great customer service in piercings and tattoos! By my birthday month (March) if not before I AM going to get my nose ring back and for good! Thank God for these group of HEROES!

Im giving this place 5 stars based SOLELY on my tattooist Corey.He was attentive, professional, patient, funny and talkative (which is a plus for me when Im about to do something involving pain)I went with my sister to get matching yin yang symbol tattoos. Corey took his time to make sure we both go them in the same spot, the same size etc.In conclusion, Id recommend Corey to anyone.Now the spot, Id give 3 stars. It looks kind of sketchy. There are old broken down cars in the very small parking area. You have to call them to say youre at the front door for someone to unlock the door. It was cold and raining the day we went. We didnt stand there long but rain and cold only takes 5 seconds to piss me off.In conclusion, I would recommend studio 219 but with a caveat it looks really sketchy but they so great work in there.
