I’m a colorist and I spend all my money here. I love this location and these ladies in particular. They’re super helpful, order things for me when they aren’t in stock, give me samples and know me by name. I’ll drive out of my way to go to this location over locations like Renton.

I dont like Carolines attitude.. her customer service skills need work.. as a customer spending $200 I would like a better experience..

Employees helpful and delightful, shelves well stocked and a great selection.

This is my home store and I love to stop in here and stock up! Theyre great to us stylists and the staff here is very knowledgeable. They always know what is on discount even if I dont, and they are always happy to let me log in on the store iPad when I forget my card. Theyre easy to make returns too, and Ive never had an issue with a refund. Great place to shop!

Best beauty supply ever

Not a lot of stuff for nail techs plus cashiers are always just kind of hidden like they dont want to help until youre ready to buy. Also, they arent knowledgeable in the products there

They are very friendly and Helpful. I also love that I can head strait there after dropping my kids off @ School.

I Googled and called to ask for a hair priduct,they had it. I asked them to hold it, Ill be right their. Got there and the sales person tells me they only sell to licenced beatitians. Oops ok from Auburn to Bonney Lake SallysBeauty. On of those days...;(
