Fantastic folks!!! They didnt have what I wanted, ahaha. So get this, the clerks there found me a great coupon, and arranged for the model I wanted to show up at my house. So I scored free shipping too, which totally rules because I am getting a heavy thing.

We came to buy a mattress topper. We found one we liked, but then we rounded the corner and came face to face with a wall of My Pillow Mike Lindells faces staring at us from shelf after shelf of My Pillow products. Ick. Dropped our mattress pad right there and left without buying anything.Outside of that, the store isnt the cleanest and everything is about $5-$10 more expensive here. There is the convenience of having so many items in one store, and they have a nice variety of kitchen products, but for us, its just not worth it.

Rough! Not sure exactly what the merchandising standards are with BB&B but they are either not followed or just plain horrendous. You would think being the only specialized store of its kind left it would be tight with nice displays, product striped and shelves filled, but apparently not. Dont give me Covid-19, this is just sloppy. Perhaps Im just too picky and expect too much. If I was the DM I would lose my mind! At least the cashier was super nice!!!

You can find anything you need for your home here such as blankets, shoe organizers, frames, pillows, etc. I bought a set of two pillows and blanket for $30 and great quality. Would recommend to others!

I was shopping Xmas gift for my son at store in Auburn. I bought a season brand king size comforter in the Dedham store on Black Friday. The sales associate their was so kind and helpful approached me as I explained I left my 20-25% coupon at home. She gladly obliged me with a substitute for the discount and I was on my way.When I inquired about the chance of getting an in store coupon from the gentlemen on duty in the store yesterday he told me that the girl in Dedham who gave me the coupon should have been“Fired” I said for what? Just a poor explanation and customer service response. I mean the comforter was listed at $280 and buying 2 in this age of retail seemed like the brand was definitely going to be the beneficiary. Just disappointed at the lack of knowledge and support at that time.

I was MORE than disappointed! There was many empty shelves and the stock they had was pathetic. The prices werent very good either. One queen size flat sheet was $60.00. WOW!

I love this place for all my house accessories and supplies from a variety of kitchen items, gadgets and accessories to plush bedding, down comforters and pillows, luxurious sheets and a plethora of pillow options to lush bath towels, shower curtains and other bath items..... and so much more. This is one of my favorite household stores. The pricing might be a lot higher than your average department store, but its definitely worth it and they do have a lot of great deals! The quality, uniqueness, and diversity of products is unmatched when compared to a regular department store or super center.

Looking like a going out of business sale store in empty, shelves are empty. If want something youre better off ordering it online.

They need to re stock more there. Disappointed in my visit this time.

Interior has been redesigned to accommodate the Bee and Willow line of Farmhouse style home decor. The difference in layout is a vast improvement. Much easier to find what you are looking for and more comfortable to browse. More deals to be found in clearance section. Better variety of products from as seen on TV. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good selection of miscellaneous items/products, however the employees their doesnt seem all that friendly. If youre looking for service with a smile, you need to look elsewhere. Parking is quite ample!

Had what I was looking for (better pitcher than Brita). And it was at a reasonable price! The new one is s Zero Water and even has a spigot on it. The water has less taste than Brita, so exactly what I wanted.

The service was prompt. We found what I was looking for and the price was reasonable. Parking was sufficient, not much else to say.

Excellent pricing and wonderful services. I could not find an item one of the team members went out of her way to locate the item in the store. The Auburn store always has an excellent customer service experience.

Love shopping here for my home and for gifts needed. The past few years its been great for college shopping. More than that the fact they let you use coupons which have expired is a big plus!

Great staff and selection. There can be deals if you are patient and find the 20 percent off coupons that they have in the paper. If you can find enough of them or wait till you have enough you can stack them with the sales..

Usually we have a get experience, this time we were looking fir something specific. The signage listed what we were looking for but there were non on display. Looked as though only the best sellers were in stock and you would have to go on line for the needed size.Found another in the size we wanted, but when we washed it to use it we noticed it really wasnt what we were looking for.So it wasnt our favorite trip. More and more stores are puttung out only the top selling sizes....the attitude is they can get it on line but if you are in youre nineties that really is not a option to consider. Im sure someone would have done it for them but after walking the store for so long not finding what they were after....they were too tired to consider that.

I went in a couple times this week for college and noticed that there is good selections but whenever I walked in, I would be judged and looked up and down. I felt very uncomfortable, it didnt help that when I would go to ask for help they would not assistant me nicely and the employees didnt really care if I was satisfied with my service.

There is so much merchandise everywhere it is unpleasant to shop. Not to mention the absurd prices on some of the prodcuts, which walmart has for 1/4 of the price.

Just stopped in for some minor items. They had exactly what Iwas looking for, and I found them easily. Checkout staff was a little overwelmed woth check oit volume, but the Custimer Service staff stepped up to assist.
