Very helpful young woman helped my wife and myself pick out the perfect mattress that was in our price range. Went out of her way to make sure we were getting what we want at a great price. We went to a “super store” first and were not happy with our options, we gave both places our budget and mattress firm was able to get us a bed in that budget and the adjustable frame came free with it. Very happy with the service can’t wait for it to be delivered.

My fiancé and I came in to look at the mattress’s! We were greeted by a lovely young man named Patrick, he was very educated in all of the mattress’s and first started us with finding out which level of firmness we liked and then we went on from there. We found the level we enjoyed thanks to Patrick, and then we went to look at what was available in queen sizes. Patrick was very patient and very enthusiastic about find us the best one and giving some great personal reasons as to why it would best suit us. We found the one we loved! We got approved which was amazing and we were able to get a new bed AND FREE ADJUSTABLE BASE with our purchase! We came in at the right time! Huge thank you to Patrick Bownes, you’re the man!

Mom went in to get a new mattress. Stacey was rude and condescending from the start. She didnt want to get up out of her chair to help. Just pointed and generalized. She was short and brusque in her responses, like she didnt care if we bought something or not. My mom is having serious neck and spine surgery. She needs to know what shes looking at. We finally decide in something. Delivery gets changed without warning. Funny thing is they delivered right next door to her. Stacy says thats not her problem. We are never told about exchange timeline, restocking fee or exchange delivery fees. Luckily someone looked it up for my Mom, before her time ran out as the doctor told her that the one she got was too firm and was causing her more issues. Mom went in to talk to her about it and once again Stacey was rude and condescending. My mom wanted information so that she could make a good informed decision. Instead she got attitude and treated like she was a bother. Shes 63 and not internet savvy at all. Your job is to help, ESPECIALLY as the manager. Called corporate to file a complaint. Turns out she has several, so all these 5 star reviews surprise me. Horrid woman. We will never buy anything at this store again and likely never from Mattress Firm either. Get a better manager. This lady is truly horrible.

Customer service was good. The sample pillows they have you put your heads on had hair clearly on them which to me was gross and even more shocking with Covid.

I’ve been looking for the perfect pillow. I finally found it. It’s the tempur pedic cloud. I’m a stomach sleeper and always sleep with the pillow between my arm and my head. This is perfect, not to thick and not to thin. I love it. Stacey was super nice.

He was very open and honest and patient which we loved; because we brought our two you children in and his other salesperson Tanya was a dream at helping keep our 4 year old busy so we could properly look at mattresses and hear the information we needed to. I had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Auburn. As soon as my wife and I walked in, we were helped out by Patrick, who showed us the different varieties available. The whole process was very smooth and streamlined, and Patrick was knowledgeable about the products and options. The delivery and pickup of our old mattress was a breeze; the movers were good-natured and quick at their job.

Bought a new bed today and I couldn’t be happier! The store manager, Sam, was very experienced and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to dodge the tough questions and was very honest with his answers. He was able to tell that I was a restless side sleeper before I told him and had some great recommendations on what could help. After a really bad experience with a competitor, this was a refreshing change.

In February of this year we needed a new mattress. Shopped a few of the competitors, didnt care for the price-quality selections. So we tried this new store in Auburn, Mattress Firm. I am so glad we did. The salesman was working alone but was so professional. He was able to equally help all of the customers in the store in a very balanced way. We each received personal attention and then a little alone time to try different mattresses.We bought a queen size mattress for just under $1,000. The purchase included the adjustable frame with the wired controller and adjustable head only. We didnt care for or want to spend money on the wireless and foot adjust.Delivery was a week or two later. The delivery guys were quick and efficient. Not very chatty, but I dont need them to be.Its now been about 6 months on the new mattress and frame. Although we thought it was kind of stiff in the beginning, I have much less backaches now. I guess my old mattress was just too soft. We adjusted the head area up just a bit to try to eliminate snoring, which works most of the time. I unplugged the controller once we found the right position. Even though this is a motorized bed frame, theres still plenty of under-bed storage.Overall, very happy with our experience at the Auburn Mattress Firm store and the mattress/frame we purchased.
