He answered our questions and told us all the different options, etc.He went above and beyond the call of duty and and was SO HELPFUL!Although we didnt purchase a mattress that night, we will definitely be back when were ready to close the deal! Not only did we get an amazing product, but we were far more impressed by the outstanding and fantastic service we were graced to have while we were in Gerardos care. I personally was not there when the mattress was purchased but my husband was and he isnt very fond of people. He was so impressed by Gerardos personality, knowledge and friendliness that he has not stopped speaking about it. After two days of listening to how impressed he was with Gerardo, I called the store to find out who this young man was. When I told him that my husband had visited the store, Gerardo easily recalled my husbands name, the mattress we bought and even the make and model of our truck! I hope that Mattress Firm knows the treasure they have acquired in Gerardo. We stopped in to shop for a mattress for our toddler, and were in and out with everything we needed in an hour or less! Kenneth was super helpful, informative, and definitely helped us pick the right mattress. The other two employees that were working were also friendly, and interacted with our wild toddler, got him a balloon, etc. :) we were nothing but happy with our visit and will definitely return in the future!!!

We went shopping for a new bed not expecting to find one, but *man* this place has some legit mattresses. A lot of them are really expensive, but they have a decent selection of inexpensive ones too. Their salesman Gerardo is excellent, and he gave us a lot of options, as well as being friendly as all get-out.If youve got a bed thats not giving you a good nights rest, and youve got okay credit, give em a shot. We ended up buying one, and I dont believe well be getting out of it for at least a week.

Gerardo (sales) was amazing, delivery not so muchWe purchased our bed on Saturday and it was delivered on Sunday. The service from our salesperson (Gerardo) was great. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He truly wanted to understand our wants and needs. He was thorough and professional the entire time. When the delivery team arrived it seemed as if this is going to be a smooth process. When we heard a loud bang from downstairs my wife and I look at each other but didnt think much of it but when they had us come up to show us how the base works. This is when we noticed the scratches and damage on our bed frame. We believe they would not have told us if we did not notice and that is shady. Mistakes happen but own up to them.

We purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress from this store because the website indicated the store had the model we were interested in on the showroom floor.Our salesperson, Kenneth, was friendly and listened to our needs. He did indeed have the model we were interested in on the showroom floor. He did a good job explaining the features of the different models to ensure we selected one that fit our needs. We purchased the model we originally came to the store for. We left the store confident in our purchase.We have a glitch in the delivery of our mattress. We were notified by the warehouse that our truck was on its way so we rushed to prepare. Unfortunately, the delivery did not show up during the morning delivery time frame. Unable to speak to anyone at the warehouse, we contacted the Auburn store and spoke to Geraldo. He was sympathetic to our situation and tried very hard to still get our delivery the same day.Well, to make a long story short, our delivery team arrived at 6:30pm and even though we were the last of 15 deliveries for that truck, the team did a great job removing our old mattress and installing the new one. They made sure everything was set up properly and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks for the extra effort from the delivery team and the concern from the store that we obtained delivery on the day promised.

We did not come into the store but between text and phone they were able to work with us over a couple days to give us information on different mattresses and match up our current mattress to the latest model equivalent. Very responsive and polite. And the online pay was an added bonus rather than giving my credit card over the phone.

He was not pushy, open to questions, and didnt start worth the most expensive of the comparable. I ended up saving a few hundred dollars and got a better bed.

Great selection, not what I would call cheap, but I think with a mattress you tend to get what you pay for. Our sales rep was Kenneth. He was super knowledgeable, easy going, let us test out almost every bed in the store, answered about 50 questions then let us buy the mattress we liked most. No pressure at all. He energetically complimented our badass truck, and then went ahead and got us straight into the comfort of the mattress that we ultimately purchased. We went ahead and set up delivery of the Kingsdown Malbec mattress to our domain and we were good to go. Morgan was the absolute best. I had a warranty replacement only because of his diligence in making sure I knew it was worth pursuing because of the age of my existing mattress. Well $2000 credit to my name after the warranty claim was approved and I was certainly glad he pointed me in the right direction!! His customer service didn’t stop there! I came in twice with tons of question, tons of laying on beds, comparing and contrasting options for my specific situation.. All answered with a smile genuine appreciation for my questions and reasons for asking with helpful information back. He took my needs and concerns into account giving me ideas on which would suit me best. What more could I ask for?? I know free sheets!!!! No luck. ;-). His coworker Robert even got in the mix and was helping me with information in the time it took me to lay for a bit on almost every firm mattress in the place. Neither of these gentleman were getting a commission because it was a warranty sale. I still got white glove treatment. All I can say is outstanding service and really looking forward to my new mattress!

Info about myself: Side-sleeper. A bit of a cooking mattress was what I wanted.Wendy did an awesome job helping me choose a mattress that I would like for the next 15 years or so, hopefully. I thought I was definitely getting a medium firm mattress, so naturally I thought that getting a Casper or a Purple (gel mattress and has holes to create a cooling effect). After Wendy let me try out each mattress, she was able to assess a more appropriate mattress fitted to my needs and wants. A Tempurpedic Pro Breeze mattress isnt as super cooling as the one other Tempurpedic mattress, but it does have a cooling foam that feels not only cool to the touch, but also has a cooling feeling during the 10 minutes ish I was lying down, both on my back and especially my side. A wholesome 3 hrs of trying the mattresses out, but fruitful because I was able to find a mattress that would replace the Costco mattress I had for 4 years, and thought that a mattress topper would be the solution, when in fact it was just a bandage to a wound effect, of partially appeasing to my needs! 😀

I came in with my mom for mothers day and was greeted by two amazing gentlemen, Christopher and Art. They both were attentive to our every need. They changed out several mattresses for my mom to try, even switching between the same two a few times at the end just to make sure she was happy. Feeling the love, my wife and I decided to look for a bed ourselves and were treated with the same kindness. Once they saw we were serious about buying they worked out an amazing deal for us I doubt wed even get close to for the same products elsewhere (verified by checking online). Great store, if you need a safe place to shop for a bed Id recommend coming here.
