I had received quotes and had met with a number of other people about my home office project but Garrett was the only one who understood our needs and come up with a design that is not only functional but beautiful. A very enjoyable experience from beginning to end. We did not really understand the precision required to install our wall bed. Not only was that process completed to perfection but it was done with smiles on the faces of the installers, who gladly accommodated our requests. It is a beautiful piece of furniture that we are proud to own.

Garrett and Jay were communicative, timely, professional, and easy to work with. The installers were efficient. They evaluated and replaced one misalignment. They cleaned and vacuumed after their work before leaving. We definitely will use this company again and will gladly refer them to our friends and family.

The team showed up to the install date/time as expected, with a full crew to install it, such that they were in and out in a few hours.There were a couple minor items (scribing at the bottom and one missing shelf) that needed a little work, but the team stayed on top of it, returning promptly on another scheduled day to resolve.Highly recommend.

We moved a few months ago and contacted Northwest Closets to design and install the closets for our new home. We used Northwest Closets to design the excellent closet systems in our last home, so for our new home, I did not bother to contact other companies for bids. I asked for similar closet designs for our new house, as our former systems were attractive, high quality, and beautifullyl functional.I appreciated that the designer and the installers made sure to work with me for specific requests I had, such as the height of the upper hang bar and the depth of the drawers. The designer and I did a few tweaks in the process, and the results are excellent.The company offers a wide variety of materials for their custom closets. I chose a light grey/white with darker grey (faux) wood grain because my master closet doesnt have natural light, and I wanted to use a light-reflective tone. New since Northwest Closets did the closets for our former house are soft close drawers, which are now standard.Custom closet systems are a big investment, so I chose a company which gives great value and which stands by its work. It is a local company started by the current owners dad, who designed the closets in my former house (but has since retired). I highly recommend Northwest Closets and Wallbeds!

Northwest Closets helped design and build custom carpet displays with shelves and drawers for our flooring showing. They turned out beautiful. We had struggled in trying to source racks that did not look cheap and could not find any pre-made ones that looked nice. We contacted Northwest Closets and they helped us with the design and they turned out amazing. I then had them help design my personal home being built and again they turned out great. The design was great, they were neat and clean during the install. I would highly recommend them!

I love my closets! I had to have custom closets because my water heater was in an inconvenient spot. The quality is better than the big box stores too. Also, they did what they could to get my project done sooner than the original quote because I was in a rush. I am happy with price, quality, and customer service. What more could you ask for?! We’re thrilled with our new wallbed! I had high expectations, and the final product and installation exceeded those expectations. It’s more beautiful and functional than anticipated. Our minimalist townhouse needed some roll out kitchen shelves. I called several companies and decided on Northwest Closets and Wallbeds. What a great decision! They did an exceptional job on our kitchen roll out shelves & the price was reasonable. The shelves really helped with storage in our minimalist kitchen. NW Closets also has great customer service. Customer service seems like an after thought more and more these days. I would recommend them to anyone who needs custom closets or roll out shelves!

Wow! I cant say enough positive things about the owner Garrett and the company. They really go above and beyond to make sure your project comes out great. We started just having them install a wallbed in an extra bedroom and were so happy with the project that we had them redo all of our closets as well as adding another wallbed and cabinets to my office. My wife is usually the picky one when it comes to house projects, but having done a lot of fine woodworking over the years I have to say that the quality of the installation exceeded all of my expectations. I had Northwest Closets and Wallbeds create custom storage for my childrens playroom. They were exceptional from start to finish. They contacted me quickly, and Garrett was extremely helpful during the initial appointment to figure out what would best meet our needs. The plans that were emailed were very detailed and easy to read and I felt the pricing was very reasonable. I was able to to pay my deposit simply through their website and the project and installion were quickly scheduled. The day of installation went very smoothly. The gentlemen who installed our storage cabinetry were very friendly, and made sure the work was completed to our satisfaction and that all our questions and concerns were answered. I could not be happier with the exceptional quality of the cabinets, its installation, and the customer service throughout the process. We will definitely be using them for our future projects.
