This place never has what I need is under staffed and what staff they do have are not held accountable for misinformation this is the same for auburn Camillus some of syracuse and the surrounding areas . I once drove to auburn was rudely turned away called Camillus only to get there and find that they were closed despite the man I spoke with telling me to come in and east Syracuse agreed to mount and balance my tires however they put the directional tires on the wrong way and didnt put them on the car for me as well as over charging me . Walmart auto you get 1/10 step up your game and be accountable for mistakes . 😒

Needed new tires for my car, they gave me enough choices to get good tires at a good price.

Every time you go to Walmart auto you get different staff. Today I had great staff, quick and pleasant. I do not say every visit will be this good.

I got what I paid for but the front desk associate was being very difficult. Claiming that they were not going to put on my tires because of a bit of surface rust on the under carriage. Its upstate New York of course its going to be rusty. The technicians were excellent at their job and recommended to look at the front end for wheel bearing replacement.

Moved here from LI and was so dissaponted when i came to my local walmart for auto service. The wait times are INSANE and even for an appoint they want you to drop the car off or wait 4 hours. My old walmart was a Nascar pit stop in and out for an oil change and tire swap in less than an hour while I shop with no appointment. Camillus needs to step up its game.

Had 4 tires put on. So far all is well. Went back for the 50 mile retorque of the lug nuts at about 150 miles and they were good with that. Customer service was very good and quick.

They said they cant change oil for BMW, either they dont want to or maybe they dont know how, both options are bad.

Worst technicians ever said my lug nuts where swollen and couldnt put tires on so I went home and took tire iron to lug nuts and they came off with no problem. They need to hire better trained people

Though we needed an older style tire the gentleman working wasnt super helpful. I asked him if he could possibly call Walmarts in the vicinity to check and see if they had them, he wouldnt so I had to stand there and make the calls myself and be the 3rd party between the two stores . Very dissatisfied

Used to work here, they tend to balance tires using an old method that isnt correctly balancing tires. Other then that usually long wait times because Walmart never staffs enough people for the department.

The automotive department is clearly a joke. They should hire people that have a good work ethic.

It was horrible. The tire tech guy had a very bad mouth. He swore and was very unperfessional . Not the place I would go ever again!!!!!!!

Went there to get my tires changed to summer tires and when they put my tires back on they snapped two of my lug studs off harys up the road came and towed me to there shop to fix it definitely going with harrys from now on

Poor service long wait times, its not worth the $2 savings for the amount of time they make you wait.

They told me they couldnt fix my light bulb...and that they were NOT mechanics! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!
