Great Establishment!Capital Hyundai of Montgomery denied my car when I got it towed to them. So I then had it towed to Hyundai of Auburn. They were very professional and fast. My car got dropped off Friday evening (10/8/11) and by the end of the day Monday (1011/21) they had found the problem and fixed it for me.Highly recommend!!

Who ever the lady is answering the phone is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I has an appointment today and was lost because of a road closure and Google maps wasnt helping. My wife called Hyundai of Auburn on 7-23-21 to make an appointment to take her 2020 Santa Fe in for an oil change. She was told it would be a month before they could get to it. A month!!! I called on 7-26-21 and asked to speak with the service manager. I was placed on hold for a long time before being told that he was busy and could not take my call. I was asked if he could return my call and I said yes and left my cell number. That was two days ago and I never got a call back. Poor service! Period!!! My wife was thinking of trading her 2020 Santa Fe for a 2022 model at this dealership. Now she wants to look at Honda, Toyota, and Nissan. And by the way, we took her Santa Fe to University Tire across the street from the Hyundai dealership today and got the service done with no appointment and little wait.

Several times we tried to use the hyundai dealership close to us in Montgomery Alabama and it was a terrible experience. They kept our vehicle for over 3 weeks each time, would not answer or return calls, installed a seat that doesnt match the other seats, etc . Hyundai of Auburn Serivce department has been a beautiful dream compared to Capitol Hyundai of Montgomery.!!!!!!! EXCELLLENT!!!!!! Thank you! I drove an hour with my daughter on our day off. My husband works for Hyundai, so he gets an employee discount. The associates have no issues with reminding you they aren’t making enough money on the sale to be worth it. I needed a certain amount for my trade. They overinflated the cost to repair a windshield as the reason to why they couldn’t come up to the trade amount I needed. Bottom line they weren’t going to make enough off of my deal on the front end, so they took it out the back end. Extremely disappointed. This used to be our favorite dealership, but seem to have resorted to other tactics synonymous with the reputation of a “car salesman”.

Sir; my concern is with your AU Motors. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer as is. I understand as is but cannot get over the fact they say these vehicles are inspected prior to selling. Stay away from this place by all means!!! TMy car was sent here to have my engine replaced, which was done carelessly. After getting my vehicle from them, my cadillac converter was damaged, which it was not in the original diagnostic. After returning my car to have this issue corrected, I was told I would have to pay 5000+ to get it repaired. I then had my car returned to see it was driving worse than when i brought it up there. After getting it checked by another mechanic I was told there were parts of my engine that had not been put back in its original place. This place has wasted my time and energy, and i will never rely on this location to fix anything on my vehicle ever.

Arranged a test drive a week ago. When I got here a lady tells me all the vehicles were sold out. I even made sure to speak to one of the reps in the morning before heading there. They didnt bother to tell me that they did not have any before I went there. A wasted trip and frustration because I gave my contact information so I cant comprehend how they couldnt have sent me a text or something in advance. There couldnt be just one person who knows how many vehicles they have in inventory.

My husband and I just went through the experience of buying a car. We visited many dealerships and dealt with a lot of salesmen along the way. During our time looking at Hyundai, we had the pleasure of working with Scott (and Im sorry but I dont remember his last name because we misplaced his card! But hes the one with really bright shoes!!).Scott was BY FAR the best salesman that we dealt with throughout our experience, and we talked with at least 9 of them! He was so personable, polite, kind, helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable! Scott was ready and willing to help us. He was prompt and transparent. Despite being a car salesman for Hyundai he encouraged us to further our research, test out many cars, and best of all had nothing but good words for his competitors! His main focus was for us to get the right car that best suited us, not just to sell us on something to gain profit.Although we ended up going with a different car in the end, we wanted to reach out and express our thanks to Scott for the encouragement, kindness, and transparency during this process! I don’t know where to begin. All I’ll say is that Bobby, TJ and Jackson have been phenomenal in providing an exceptional purchasing experience. I’m buying a car from out of state. Mind you I haven’t seen the car personally but from what I’ve seen online and what was sent to me, along with the carfax, I decided to buy because it was the best deal for that particular vehicle that I’ve found. They all have gone above and beyond, despite some challenges faced with a certain finance company whom everyone should stay away from, and they made it happen in end. I know nothing of the dealership so I can’t speak for it, but based on the service I’ve gotten from these 3 gentlemen, I’d buy a car from them any day. Remember, ask for Bobby, TJ or Jackson.

I had to visit this place twice in the last 7 days and both of them were really pleasant. All the people were kind and supportive. They fixed the problems exactly what I expected to be like. First I feel this Hyundai dealership deserves no stars, because it has taken advantage of my son who is in the military, but I had to put a star to be able to make a post. On May 16, 2017 my son was driving from Mississippi to Atlanta to have his car shipped to where he was being deployed. His 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe broke down in Alabama. Over the phone with him I determined it was probably a bad alternator. My son had his car towed to Hyundai of Auburn AL. My son explained to the service advisor (Wesley Jones) his situation and that he was on a time crunch to get to Atlanta, Wesley agreed it was the alternator. Wesley was able to get the car in pretty quickly, but they did not have the alternator on hand. Wesley told my son he could get an alternator from the local car parts store ( I believe Auto Zone ), he said it would take one and a half hours, and the cost would be $400.00 with a $30.00 discount( See attached photo of location of alternator ). Well it actually took four hours and the cost was $444.81, needless to say my son did not have time to ship his car that day. The next day my son drove to take his car to be shipped and a block away his car battery light came on, but he still made it to the place his car was being shipped. Now my son will not know if there is a problem with his car until his car shipped to him in 2 to 3 months. I did some research and discovered the cost of the alternator was around $170.00 from the parts store plus the maintenance labor time he should have been charged should have been for 1.5 hours. The dealership marked up the part price at least $70.00 dollars and added another $50.00 for labor. I believe the total cost should have been closer to $315.00. I am very disappointed in this dealership. This was an opportunity to show how the military is appreciated and this dealership FAILED.Aug 2, 2017 - So the story continues. My son received his vehicle in England and it still has problem that was supposedly fixed at the dealership. He took it to a Hyundai dealership in England and they determined the alternator that was changed at Hyundai of Auburn was defective. It has cost my son an added $700-$800 dollars to resolve this issue. He had to have a new alternator shipped from a US Hyundai dealer and get it installed by the England Hyundai dealership. He went through Hyundai Consumer Care to try to re-cooperate some of this added cost, but they say the dealership will not honor any warranty out of the USA. I must say this is crazy. I have contacted the dealership with no help what so ever.

My wife and I were travelling through the area from Mobile on our way for a weekend trip to Atlanta. We had an issue with our Hyundai Santa Fe on the interstate, but it was after the dealership had closed on a Friday night. I decided to call anyway to see if anybody would answer.To my surprise, someone did answer even though it was after the dealerships posted hours. We were able to explain the problem, and they told us to bring the vehicle in first thing on Saturday morning. When we got there Saturday morning, we spoke to the Service Department Manager, David, as well as Robert. They were both very helpful, and told us that they thought the problem had to do with a knock sensor which was under a nationwide recall. They told us they would try to have the car ready as soon as possible, but that the part needed was on back order. Thankfully, we had some family staying near Auburn as well, and we were able to borrow their car to drive to Atlanta for our trip.After our weekend in Atlanta, we were able to stop by the dealership on Monday morning. David and the service department were able to get the part we needed and able to install it so we could leave Monday with our car headed back to the Mobile area.I cant say enough about how helpful and professional the staff were, and my wife and I were very thankful that Hyundai of Auburn was able to fix our vehicle in a timely manner so we could get back home.

I was willing to drive to this place from an hour away because their phone customer service was better than the other more local shop. However, the service manager refuses to answer e-mails or bother to call people back and I am fed up with inadequate service. Dont waste your time here. He will reach out to you to try to get 5 star reviews, but wont respond when customers are having actual problems. They sure will still send you spam e-mail weekly though.

Got a letter from Hyundai showing software update was needed, covered by WARRANTY. Rode in, very polite and less than forty-five minutes later I was out of there. Robert especially, I had an appointment on Tuesday for my car check up, but on Monday my check engine light was on and I was on my way to Montgomery- scared to go with the light on! Robert got his little machine plugged it in and told me everything was good, no major problems I could go to Montgomery and he would look more thurly the next day at my appointment! Next day again Robert went out of his way to be very professional and helpful- even washed my car for me, friendly service department! I’ll keep going back! 😁

If you have a service need at this location you can save yourself some confusion and headache by contacting Mrs. Stephanie Cummins. Before I was able to speak to her during my engine replacement for the camping 953 things were not clear at all. I would ask one question and get four different answers. Mrs Stephanie handles things very plain, clear, and professional. She saved my experience from going completely south to going acceptable. Overall the dealership is doing their job and I have no issues with them it was just a little trouble with the communication initially.
