Greeted as soon as I stepped in the door. Was quick with different selections and narrowing down ultimately what I ended up purchasing. Will go back.

I had never been in the store before and I just have to say the salesman Anthony on staff that morning was top notch! He knows his job and does it well. He asked what style we typically wear and brought us similar ones and was very knowledgeable about each brand. I didnt expect to spend $450 on two pairs of sunglasses but his personality and knowledge is what made us comfortable with the purchases.

I ordered glasses and UPS lost them. I’m waiting for sunglasses hut to reimburse me or reorder my $200 glasses. The sales lady response was oh that’s $200 down the drain offering absolutely no help to resolve the problem. Very Unprofessional and inexperienced.

My Husband, myself, and my brother in-law stopped in here on a whim the other day. We ended up purchasing 2 pairs of Oakleys, when we got home we noticed that my husbands were slightly scratched. We returned to the store and Anthony after working an Open to close was so kind and made sure we were taken care of. He was so amazing that we decided to purchase another pair for me!

Sales person Knew his stock and could get us exactly what we needed. greatest customer service any where!

Will find any excuse not to honor return policy.

They had a great sale. They have many options, and prices. Overall, a bit expensive, but good quality products...if you misplace your sunglasses often, this might not bee your best option.

I was blown away by the amazing service the young man gave us. We came in with questions about our little girls needing sunglasses to go with their real glasses, and questions about repairing their tiny glasses. He had some very helpful suggestions and even repaired her glasses nose pads for us! I will definitely be purchasing more sunglasses from them in the future. Thank you for the exceptional service!***Went back in today 1/27/19 and once again the staff was over the top helpful! We had more questions about my daughters glasses that they helped us with, and also helped me find an amazing and affordable pair of sunglasses for my husband! I went in there and I tried on a lot of sunglasses the prices is unbelievably cheap so you can go and get you three or four pair of sunglasses for under a hundred bucks which is cool with me

It was alright. Didnt find what i was looking for. Its worth a look though if your in need of a new pair of shades

They fixed my glasses that had a missing screw for free.They are patient, gentle and honest.I was looking to get a new pair of glasses to replace the broken ones and walked out with two pairsa new ones and the old ones that got fixed.Professional service.

Helpful knowledgeable staff, I have bought from Sunglass Hut before, and I will again. Good place to see/feel/try on many different brands of glasses.

I think its tolerable but the prices will make you appreciate the 5dollar pair you got from target I was more afraid to touch stuff there than at a rare art history museum but other than that all I can do is shrug
