Decent prices, good Table Top service, and a good indoor selection.Bad Online Contact, takes several weeks to make contact/receive an answer on average.But if youre looking for something they will help you find it! Often have good prices on certain parts or items, so do stop in from time to time!

This is strictly a customer service review. I have tried reaching out to them for a couple months about various products Ive had to purchase elsewhere. They will not reply back. Oddly enough they will reply back online to a bad review which I find hilarious now. To put it into perspective I work 70 hrs a week 3rd shift and raise 2 small children so going gun shopping is a bit tough to do. So I tend to reach out before hand to shops and 99% will always reach out in return within a couple days these people wont unless again you give them a negative review then they have all the time in the world to reply back and argue. Ill try to post the screenshots. I have been in the market for 1.5k to 2k in products that I had to buy elsewhere. Its odd that a local gunshop will turn away or not accommodate customers with deeper pockets beyond stimulus money. I use to go to a southern Michigan shop 60 miles or so away a family business as thats what I prefer no bigger of a place than Auburn arms they have revenues of a million a month sometimes and will always answer emails or facebook messages and phone calls again thats how you stay competitive in a ever changing economy. I hope this place will change their ways but from talking with people this seems to big a thing with them and its unfortunate. Kinda like the guys who talk down online to a new gun owner that asks questions or bow hunters to crossbow hunters they seem like those people

Shipped a firearm from Alaska to this firearm shop. Was able to recieve it without issue. Great selection of new and used firearms. This place is worth the trip.

Drove from Defiance Ohio for some ammo. Called before I went. People in the store were friendly. Selection is awesome. They have a great selection of firearms, ammo, targets and AR parts. I would definitely go back if I’m the area again.

Is not a good dealer. Tried to buy a couple suppressors from him. Then found out we had to move out of state for my Job. Said he would refund my money but never did. Out almost $800. There are far more reputable dealers out there. There are good dealers and bad dealers. You choose what one you want to go to. But you’ve been warned!!!

Wayde is a patient and helpful member of this team. He answered questions and guided me through the process for over half an hour. Im very happy with the transaction and the deal I got.

Wayde is a good guy, helped me find the proper gun and the right ammo that I needed. Shop could use a bit of a clean though... and isnt the most up to date.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service here. Ive been in twice and they were so friendly each time I was in. My first visit I was upfront that I wouldnt be purchasing that day. The guy still took the time to show me different handguns and walk me through the differences. Today I went in with the intention of making a purchase. The woman that helped me was very nice. She was not pushy at all! She helped me pick out a holster and showed me how everything worked. Went over some safety points and told me to come back any time I had questions. And I will. Auburn Arms definitely has my future business.

I would say that they are extremely helpful, in particular to people who are new to the gun world, and are trying to understand all the different terms and how to conduct themselves in a gun store and while handling firearms. They also have a decent selection of hand guns and assembled ar-15s, but their selection of ar-15 parts is pretty standard for a gun store. If your looking for specifics as far as ar-15 parts go, youre probably better off ordering online.

I came to Auburn Arms based on reviews, to purchase my 1st hand gun. I had visted there a few times prior, staff was very friendly & helpful, even to a newbie to hand guns like me. I went in there to put money down on a new Glock 19 through their lay-away program during their black friday sale of this year ( Nov 2018 ). All was good. I watched the owner himself take my Glock out of the case, put a sold tag on it w/ my name on it as I was putting the required 1/3 money down.Two weeks later ( I get paid every 2 wks ), I went in there again to pay more money on my Glock. Again, it should have still been in the back, marked as sold w/my name on it. Today on 12-21-19, I went in Auburn Arms to pay off my Glock & get it out of lay-away, because I was planning on going shooting this weekend.There was a mix up. My pistol didnt make it to the back & got sold. I was pretty upset, to say the least, and walked out of the store after I did some paper work. I called them the next day after I calmed down, and spoke to Wayde himself. He apologized to me for the mix up. He then informed me that he had already ordered another pistol for me and was going to get it here as fast as he could ( given the holiday season ).They called me on Chistmas Eve informing me that the pistol had came in already. I am impressed how fast they got another one in for me.Just before I left w/ my new pistol on 12-24-18, Wayde & I talked and all is good! I WILL definitely doing business with Auburn Arms again. In fact, I purchased some ammo along with a few other things before I left. They were once again very helpful.I want to thank Wayde & everyone else at Auburn Arms for being so helpful and getting another pistol in for me so quickly.

Make sure you know what you want when you buy a gun from this place. Ive tryed dealing with Wade, and would not recommend anyone doing so, if you want to mess around with a gun that you thought youd like. He wont let you trade it, or get a refund, so be sure its what you want. Ive spent alot of money in his shop, and have never been given a break. Ill never buy another gun from him.I would also add that HD charged me 450 dollars for a S&W 380 bodyguard. That same gun can be bought about anywhere for 250..Didnt find out until I done some research.

I wanted a spikes The Jack lower, he told me he had an anderson, I said I didnt want a cheap lower can you look up a price, he said there 59 bucks if you want an anderson. Wouldnt even look it up for me!
