I visited the store location in Wichita, Kansas, back in September and received the best experience to-date with any range in Wichita. The staff was tremendous in assisting what I needed, in particular, an Rainier Arms associate named Jordan. This individual went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with my purchase and training options the store had to offer. I am local law enforcement and SWAT, and Jordan assisted me in ways that aren’t too common these days. Since then, several of my co-workers have visited and trained at Rainier and Jordan assisted us with anything we needed, even when times were busier than normal. Glad to be a Patriot member and life-time supporter!

I found a threaded barrel for my hellcat. Shocking because they are on back order everywhere for months or even over a year. I was surprised at how quickly it shipped also. I was expecting at least a week and a half. I ordered my barrel Sunday and received it Thursday. I also am very pleased with the packaging. I can tell Rainer Arms cares about the customer because my barrel arrived packed great and undamaged. I am going to order more from them in the future and I would recommend this site to others. My brother is also now shopping here because of the quick and efficient service.

I haven’t seen the carton that I received from Rainier arms yet. I am in Columbus Ohio and had the ammunition shipped to my brothers house in Phoenix Arizona. I called him when I was alerted that it had been delivered. I asked the condition of the carton and was informed that it looks just fine.I had originally requested that the ammunition be shipped to me here in Columbus, but then I realized I would have to carry it or ship it again from here to Phoenix. I contacted Rainier‘s customer service as soon as I thought of it and they were very kind and professional and told me that it would be easiest if I just canceled the order and placed a new one to go to the correct address, which I did. All I know about Rainier is that their customer service is very good, very professional and very helpful. I will be purchasing more ammunition from Rainier as I need it.

Ordered ammo from them at a way better price than I was able to find anywhere else. Initially the shipment received was not complete.... Appears to have been partially lost or stolen in transit. However their customer service was outstanding and immediately resent the part of the order that was not received. Great customer service and great company will definitely use them again.

Their armorers are some busy people, but they were still able to finish a job I asked them to do without too long of a wait. And it came out superbly done. Had a bit of trouble getting status on it, but that was due to my cellphone service provider and NOT the staff at Rainier Arms. Ill be seeing them for more business in the near future!

Purchased AR from them and they swapped out the bolt carrier group.... thought I was getting a complete Griffin armament rifle everything was griffin armament except the bcg which they replaced with there own made bcg... kinda misleading

They had a great deal on ammo, but not the floating forward that they showed in stock. The deal on the ammo was good enough to not be too upset though. .308 168gr Igman for .59 per round. Pretty damn cheap.

I purchased the DFNDR ARMOR QRC PLATE CARRIER - MULTICAM BLACK in a size Large based of the measurement the page gave me for sizing guide. Once the plate carrier arrived it was way to small and no matter how far I let out the side straps still didnt fit right. On 9/3/21 I reached out to company about this mis sizing and was told I would receive a email with a return label. I left the country for some time and upon return my wife informed me she never received the return label so today 11/4/21 I reached back out to Rainier arms and explained the situation they told me I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. I will never purchase from them again and will make sure my fellow servicemen do not either. horrible customer service and unwilling to help with issue on a item that is normally sold out1

I see a lot of great reviews on their shipping times, however the few times I chose the shipping option, I never got notifications of a ship out for up to two weeks. At that point I just got impatient and went to pick up in store since I’m semi local.Has anyone else experienced this?

A difficult to get and high demand item I was searching for came into stock at Rainier Arms. They listed it at MSRP and did not hike the price way over MSRP unlike other vendors so I truly appreciate Rainiers business practice. In addition, they shipped it overnight!
