Great service, good products. Highly recommend.
Bought a brand new ride on husqvarna mower here last year. Took it in for service over a month ago and absolutely no service. Going to pick it up and move to another company. Horrible.
The location was rather easy to find and well marked. The parking lot was accessible and clean as was the store front. The best part of the experience was the staff. They were welcoming, pleasant and extremely helpful. They took the project in and provided a reasonable time expectation. All questions were answered.I would recommend this shop for small power tool (gas/electric) repair or sales.
Excellent service. Excellent work. Front desk staff cheery and helpful.
Nice people, great service
Outstanding.
Only place Ive been able to find a stump vise for sharpening my chainsaw
New generator had issues, out of the box. Sierra Saw was closest contracted repair center. Showed them the issue and waited for call. Repair tech called, couldnt duplicate issue so I walked him through it on the phone. Went to pick up the unit and Sierra Saw charged me, saying it wasnt a warranty issue. Paid then and there or they would have held the generator. Upon getting unit home, it STILL is malfunctioning and manufacturer states Sierra Saw should NEVER have charged me. Turns out Im not the only person Sierra Saw has done this to. Apparently charging a customer at the counter is easier than submitting a PO or bill to a manufacturer for warranty service. I not only find this practice lazy and dishonest, but criminal in nature. Sierra Saw upset me enough that Im pushing my manufacturer to cease warranty service with them. Ill also be contacting other manufacturers as well. This is not the way to conduct honest business and gives Foothill shops a bad name.
My wife and I have been coming to Sierra Saw, off and on, for over 20 years. Three years ago they resurrected a valued Shindaiwa Weed Eater after I thought I had burnt it. Excellent service and timely delivery. last Saturday (7/27/2019), I went to get a new string head for the same Weed Eater. I came in at 12:20pm, and they took care of me right there and then before their closing time of 1:00pm. And in addition they cleaned and greased the motor. Very personable and knowledgeable staff. Thank you.
Very unhelpful, I asked about old mower parts and they turned their nose up at me! Go somewhere else!!
Good folks. Quick and efficient service.
Grest service desk very helpful. Good work done there
Wow! One of the few saw shops in our small town of Auburn just ripped me off. Warranty repair on brand new Husqvarna blower turned into bill the customer for absolutely nothing. Sadly I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
They were very helpful Very polite
My father and I have been dealing with Sierra Saw since about 1980. They have ALWAYS been tops. They have gone the extra mile for all our familys power equipment needs. Going in to see them today to purchase a chain saw... and I have every confidence they will provide me with the best saw for my needs.Thank you Sierra Saw staff!!Reed DahlbergAuburn, Ca
The best service and great people to help you with all your out door needs
Good knowledge for repairing equipment!
Terrible service..took 6 weeks for a repair, wrong part ordered had to wait another week then still not repaired correctly. Wanted to charge me $51.00 for a pickup that was covered under my warranty. Back in the shop to a different repair place. On my invoice it said, customer rude. What kind of good business practice is this?? Need quality repairs and good customer service? Call someone else.
They do not answer calls, they do not call you back when you leave messages. They are very very slow on servicing your items do not recommend ever to anyone. Dont know how you can run a business like this. Hopefully Ryobi gets a different service center because this is total BS.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Repairs have been completed in a timely manner and they have always treated me as a valued customer.
I have been a long time customer of Sierra Saw for years having purchased lots of equipment here. Not sure what has happened with the service department. They have had my riding mower for 6 weeks now and claim they are still waiting for parts (a muffler-really?) that I can get on Amazon with overnight delivery. When the parts get there I am told I will go back in the queue. Probably what is more irritating is the attitude when I called for a status. Basically tough beans. Really disappointed.
I took my Craftsman pressure washer in for warranty repair they said it would be 5 weeks. (Anything bought there was 1-2 weeks.) After delays, excuses, and many phone calls, it was finally repaired at the 9 week mark. It needed a$7.00 part that required less than 45 minutes to repair. Very poor service to raise middle finger to equipment not purchased there. If you dont want to offer possible new customers great service then I guess Sierra Saw doesnt need my business ever again. They obviously dont want any new customers. NO PROBLEM!
Very nice staff and very knowledgeable
Wow buyer and customer beware. Had our equipment for over 6 weeks, while part of that was due to back ordered parts their was NO communication regarding the unit. When returned they attempted a bait and switch. Removed and damaged blades that were not necessary to replace the broken part it when in for. They then refused to put the blades back on stating they were originally installed correctly. However we wouldnt have been able to mow 3 acres weekly with backwards blades. Beware. Slow. Distrustful. Uncommunicative. And down right awful. If you want your machine back in worse shape then it was when it was picked up then use sierra saw.
If youre a professional, go elsewhere. If you are Joe home owner who has below average expectations, these are your guys. Went in to buy a box of large files, didnt double check what they gave me and got a box of small files. Went in to get the right box and the lady who rang me up says I thought you wanted smalls. Then they pull up the receipt and she charged me for larges. Either shes a liar or incompetent, I dont know which is worse. As a professional in the tree care industry Ive never had as many problems anywhere as with these people. Nothing is ever in stock and service on equipment takes forever.
Bought our mower from them. Very courteous. Got lots of personal help and attention. Very pleased with this family-run business.
Fast, knowledgeable service. Thanks!
Take it somewhere else, especially warranty work. After months on the phone with aierns, they agreed to pay all repairs for riding lawnmower and I made the mistake of bringing it back to Sierra saw, they blew it out with air, took the warranty money and charged me $80 to get my broken mower back
This family run business is fantastic. They are all very nice and know exactly what they are doing.
I had warranty work on a Poulan chainsaw done here. The turnaround was quick and the staff was friendly. I now take my chainsaw chains here for sharpening. The price is right and the turnaround is only a couple of days.
Sent in Husqvarna Tractor for warrantied transmission repair.Came back with $999 invoice for other repairs not under warranty. I authorized repairs on the one warrantied item.I was later informed that the tractor was disassembled for purposes of finding other warrantied repairs - none were found.Sierra Saw then stated that the tractor was complete.Upon return of the tractor it was missing 3 main pieces and was not functional. I spoke with the owner Wally and he gave a response referencing how he could not reassemble the tractor due to liability. The tractor came back unoperational.Sierra Saw was not willing to assist further. There seems to be a warranty racquet in the auburn area where lawn tractors break down, the repair shops do the bare minimum or possibly damage the tractor further.Sierra saw was professional in there communication.I spike with Wally and asked if he would like to add anything else to their process, he was content.I would like noted that both Wally and Mark were present at my private residence when returning the tractor.More to come with photos.
If you need a mower repair I would recommend Baghdad Power Equipment Center in Iraq as you would surly get your equipment back sooner. Bad service, no return calls, and nothing but excuses as to why it was not ready, Promised at least seven times to call me back and never did. It took over two months to get my mower back.
People are more than Helpful
Service department unreliableTook log splitter in for service. had to return three separate times to have fixed .made to believe it was bad batch of gaskets, and gave them a second chance with a weed whacker.Last June, returned twice after not working and fuel leaks and then they ordered a fuel tank, supposively a 2 -3 week wait, never heard from them until I called in April, and then they said it was supposively fixed lst year, but they could not start it and had to replace several parts, came home it would not start, no fuel going into primer, they blamed gasket again, brought it home again and made it through two gas tanks, then next day would not start again NEVER AGAIN will I itake equipment there and I will never buy anything there. THEY HAVE PROVEN THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS UNRELIABLE
Service is always excellent.
After waiting over 6 weeks for the repair, had to wait another 6 days before they would deliver the repaired mower as they were too booked picking up other units (to sit in their lot to wait for 6 weeks to get fixed) to deliver my repaired mower!!
