We used All Care to move the contents of our 4 bedroom home that was in storage to our new home about 6 miles away. The three man crew led by Sloan showed up on time at at the storage facility and proceeded to work continuously for six hours under brutal weather conditions of up to 104 degrees. They excellently packed the truck and then delivered all the contents to the right places in our new home. They were very professional, courteous, careful, and patient with our stuff. The price was fair and didnt have any hidden charges that Ive experienced with other movers. We couldnt have gotten a better crew and job performance, and will definitely recommend them to others.

They did a great job moving but told me $680 then charged me $800. 4 hour minimum and it took the 2 hours. Great guys, the office needs work. If they quote $680 they should charge $680. Plain and simple. I even tried to tip the movers but couldn’t as they didn’t quote me the correct amount. They blamed it on the owners but I never spoke with them. As far as I’m concerned they owe me $80. Get everything in writing is the moral of the story so you don’t get screwed. $140 lesson learned!!!!

Sloppy & Expensive!!Sloan & 1 other guy were only able to move a few larger items & then charged me $1K for 6 hours. He made excuses why they couldnt move my frigerators & set them up. They did not cover my mattress & it arrived dirty. They did not reassemble my bed frame with tools, only hand tightened the parts together & claimed it was shakey because of the molding on the wall?! Sloan was not honest & they were very slow. Sloan even went across the street & visited my neighbors on my moving time!! When I called the company with my concerns, I got no response! I left a message & received no reply. I felt ripped off by this company.

Due to complications with another moving co, appointment, I needed to find a moving company. Moving is stressful and with only a short notice, All Care Moving was there to help. They showed up early and were ready to go. Professional, hard workers, with two sets of stairs to move some very heavy pieces of furniture down, they did a fantastic job! No time for chit chat or breaks. They met me at my new location before I did, (couldn’t find my keys at the last minute), and even though they didn’t have keys to get in, they were unloading the truck anyway.Once in, everything was put were I wanted.Very efficient crew. Although I don’t plan on moving again, I would hire them for other jobs as needed and would recommend All Care Moving to friends or anyone that needs a responsive moving company.

Best decision I ever made- The Service was amazing. Hired the company to load and unload all my vintage inventory for an enormous Vintage Show. They were prompt, friendly, & extremely professional. Everything arrived in great shape. They returned after the show and loaded all remaining inventory for me. They were extremely accommodating and I will absolutely hire them again for the next big show. I highly recommend this service to any vendor preparing for a large trade show. All Care did a great job moving a large upright piano from Grass Valley to Nevada City for me, they were super responsive and delivered promptly and with clear communication. Their rates are fair and the team was totally professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for capable movers who take good care of their customers and products.

All Care saved us from so much stress!!! Ive accumulated loads of stuff over 13 years in San Francisco and about 15 roommates. After four days of sorting, reliving memories and packing we were at our emotional limit when Tyler and Matt showed up cheery and ready to go. They loaded all our possessions and helped us finish packing what we hadnt finished. We compared costs with a one way Uhaul rental. For an extra $100 we got two jolly, professional movers and didnt have to deal with a truck. Thats right, just an extra hundred bucks. Best money weve ever spent!!!All Care should also list emotional support as one of their services!!!Smiling and cracking jokes the entire time, they also pulled us out of the downward spiral of a really rough 2020. Our old vacation home in Napa had burned down two weeks previously in a wildfire. The sky on moving day was orange with ash. Work had been relentless the past couple months. Social isolation during the pandemic already had us on edge. We found out last minute that our destination storage unit had an earlier closing time than expected. Enter two great guys and their locally owned business. They hustled their butts off to get us loaded and unloaded ahead of the shortened deadline. And suddenly so much weight was lifted from our shoulders. We both slept ten hours last night and woke up happier than weve been in a while.Thank you All Care. We used All Care Moving and Storage on 2 different occasions for my in-laws. First we moved out stuff to stage the home, then once it was sold, the guys moved the rest of their stuff. It was a HUGE job between packing decades of treasures and moving it all into storage. Both times they were communicative, professional, helpful, strong and friendly. They treated our stuff with the utmost care and got it ALL into storage...not an easy feat. Their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend their team.

Great movers! I used them to move a Baby Grand Piano. They were very professional and helped me out same day when I was in a bind even though they had a very busy full schedule.

The two workers showed up 15 mins ready to work. What can I say they worked fast and hard and moved our 2 bed 2 bath half garage duplex out in 3 1/2 hours. These guys are the way to go if you want a fast successful move from one place to the next

Total lifesavers!!!!! I was sick right before my move and was completely unprepared on moving day, these guys showed up on time and were able to call an extra guy out on the spot to make it go quicker. I did int get a chance to even start packing due to being sick but these guys were like no problem, and went right to work. They were careful, organized and professional and at the end there were no surprises, no hidden fees and were dead accurate with their estimate. I will definitely use them again. I needed help moving several large cabinets and work station counter tops that were being trucked from Redding to Auburn. I hired the folks at All Care and even though I had to change the time I needed them to arrive 3 times, Trenton made sure the help was here when I needed it. They were efficient, polite and I would hire them again in a minute if I had something else to move.

Using All Care Moving & Storage was the best moving experieince ever! The moving crew members were experts for sure. All Care moved us from our home that we sold, stored our furniture and belongings for over a month, and then moved us into our new home. NOT ONE ITEM WAS BROKEN!! Thats how careful they were. We had A LOT of artwork and glass and for the larger works of art, they were professionally wrapped by them and packaged.
