From start to finish, we could not have been more happy with our choice to go with A2B. The office connected with me for a virtual tour of our home and we showed them the furniture items that we would be taking. They guessed the weight within 80 pounds!! Just a few days later Tim Allen and his WA A crew showed up (Sadee and Brandon) and just did a fabulous job of taking care of not only our furniture, but working with us through a very emotional time as well.The next day we met Tim and his OR A crew, Shawn and Randy, and these gentleman did an outstanding job of packing the entire truck into a 10X20 storage unit with room to spare!!Thank you so much for Tim Allen and both of his crews for the incredible job they did. This move started out with a confident quote from Ryan from A2B. When he walked our house to give us a competitive bid on our move he gave us confidence by referring to his ability to accurately quote amount of boxes needed and the overall poundage of our household goods. He said that he has been doing this work for decades and would be surprised if his quote was off 1000 lbs. This confidence made us pick his bid in good faith. His justification was that typically people get rid of furniture before the move, so he anticipated that we would actually pay less than the quoted cost.Me did just that, we got rid of an entire bedroom full of furniture, packed up our largest chandelier, and filled an entire F-150 and attached 5x10ft utility trailer full of household goods. But the bottom line here is that the packing crew far exceeded the anticipated boxes needed, took two days to finish, and when the weight came in from the driver, we were over 4,000 pounds over quoted weight. Our move cost us almost $8,000 more then quoted or anticipated.I do have damage to some pieces of furniture, and missing items. Working to get quotes on furniture fixes and estimates on missing items.All in all, I suspect that A2B does this often to win the business, but relies on people to just be too exhausted from the experience to put up a fight. In fact, Jon (the moving truck driver) mentioned that most of the moves for this company are way over the quotes.

I was quoted 6 hours for my move from Maple Valley to Puyallup. A couple of days before the move, I attempted to update the estimate of boxes, furniture, etc. and was told no worries, that they wouldnt update the estimate, that I would just be charged for time. Within 10 minutes of arriving, the employees knew the move required a bigger truck and it would now take two trips instead of one. The move took a total of 13 hours and I was not charged for the travel time for the second trip after speaking with the office. Saul, Juve and Chancy were great and got the job done. But if the office had adjusted the estimate, they wouldve gotten a bigger truck and another helper to save the last trip.

Saul and Carlos moved my big furniture on Tuesday. They were friendly, professional, communicative and focused on the tasks of moving my furniture and boxes from the Bremerton area to Covington. Even with I 5 traffic it did not take them long to maneuver between the two towns. This was the first time ever that I have hired movers and they made it a great experience for me. I would highly recommend them!

Local move from apartment to house. Movers were great, very careful, and nothing was broken or damaged. The job took the amount of time they said it would so the estimate was accurate. I would use this company again. (As a note, the movers didnt bring their own masks, but I provided them with disposable masks and they wore them)

My husband and I used A2B Moving at the end of October for a move we were dreading. We had sold a 2000 sq ft house and moved everything into two storage units, one first floor and one third, and the bare minimum of necessities into a second floor apartment while waiting for our new home to be built. We did the move for our sale ourselves and had decided that no matter what we were hiring movers for the purchase of our new home.I did get a couple of different quotes, A2B was the most thorough quote-a quote based on furniture, boxes etc. instead of house size/anticipated time of job only. The system for obtaining a quote is super easy to use and professional.On the day of the move the team showed up on time and ready to go. They had the apt and both storage units empty way faster than I anticipated. When they arrived at the new house the first thing they did was lay down floor coverings. I have zero damage in a brand new house. No wall dings, no scuff marks, no scratched floors. They put furniture where we wanted it and boxes in the correct rooms.When the time for the final bill came they went over it with me. They came in under the quoted price, they work fast but not sloppy. I would absolutely hire A2B again, we had a great team of guys.

Also, the pricing was fair and accurate to the estimate we were given. Wanted to give all 5 stars, but the movers didnt wear masks throughout the whole move. Didnt bother us too much, but it did seem unprofessional during these times. Despite that, well most likely use A2B again and recommend to our friends.

I have been in Seattle for about 4 years and moved twice, I used them both times. They work by the hour and can be efficient way to move locally. I packed nearly everything. took apart the beds, tables etc. All wrapped in blankets and cardboard. They came in packed the truck, carried the heavy sofa, dresser etc.. Delivered it to my new place in less than the quoted time.If you need packing and other services, I cannot comment. But overall, I would highly recommend them. Great guys, who are prompt and careful.

Moving day is an excruciating event. The crew from A2B made it SO much better! Tim, Brandon, Jeff, and Anthony were absolutely amazing. First, they were extremely efficient and professional. They didnt even let us load our own cars. Every time I picked something up, one of them was there to take it out of my hands. Most importantly, they had us smiling and laughing through what was an extremely difficult day. Our dog is very cautious around strangers. Brandon (who is a grilling expert) shared his lunch with her. Jeff was so patient with her, she let him pet her. Samantha and Cheyenne in the office were a pleasure to work with. Again, efficient, professional, went above and beyond. Kathy in accounting was truly a joy. We felt like they treated us as friends, not just customers. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!

These guys are ROCKSTARS!!!!! We had a great team to help us load our 26 moving truck. We just moved to Portland and everything arrived safely. I let them be the guide to loading and went with their recommendation for materials needed. They were awesome and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Moved with them again this past July and the guys were great! I am a single mom, so no way I was about to move it myself. From a lower level apartment in Kent, to a 4th floor apartment Seattle with an elevator - I didnt have to touch a thing. Saul and Gustavo were amazing! Got me moved and settled in within 5 hours. They even took apart my babies crib to fit it into my bedroom & put it back together for me. Highly Recommend!! Cant rave about these guys enough.

Customers beware! The federal government, according to National Van Lines, the national affiliate to A2B Moving, has mandated moving crews to wear masks. This is particularly true of military bases like Fort Lewis, near A2B. It’s best to choose another moving company if you do not want to risk getting COVID-19.Using A2B Moving and Storage was the worst decision we ever made. The company said they follow Covid Protocol. This couldn’t be further then the truth. The crew was clearly not trained in how to work while wearing a mask, so they kept taking the masks off and complaining they couldn’t see and they couldn’t breathe. One employee named Travis stood in our kitchen and told us, “COVID is no big deal!”. The crew came out with a new “lead” named Tim to unload our belongings. He grabbed and shook our hands to introduce himself (unwanted physical contact) and shortly began yelling about the “abuse of his crew” the prior packing day. When asked not to yell, he told the crew to leave. Long story short, the crew took half our belongings and placed them haphazardly in storage Where they were damaged and broken. The, Larene stood us up at the office twice And didn’t return our calls or our emails. In fact, we NEVER HEARD from them again! We went to their office to try to find a solution and were shocked to find ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE DIDN’T WEAR MASKS!We had to hire an attorney + moving company to get our stuff.

Recently moved from Auburn to downtown Seattle. A2B was prompt and punctual. However, had a billing issue that management was not concerned with at all. Delivery guys gave me $50 off because of easy move and me helping them out so much. I did not ask for a discount but they gave it to me anyways. I gave them a hefty tip for my appreciation. Management insisted I owed $75 more or I would be sent to collections IMMEDIATELY. I wouldve gladly paid the extra $75 owed without a fuss if they were more understanding. I ended up just paying the $75 because I dont want the hassle. BUT It should not be the customers fault if the employee gives the customer a discount without managements approval. I am a business owner myself and I would have just ate the cost and not charged the customer and talked to the employee about it. Theres a million moving companies to choose from that are more efficient and strive for customer service. A2B is not one of them. They apparently have too many customers now and dont really care about getting new ones. Save yourself future trouble and use a different moving company.

Our second move using A2B came off without a hitch. Ryan and his crew arrived promptly with two large trucks on moving day, shrink-wrapping large items as they went and even provided clothes hanger boxes (free) for the closet items. They then off-loaded quickly at our new house putting every box and piece of furniture in the desired location. Friendly, great folks to work with. Well definitely call them again if needed.

I have used A2B twice, once to move me into an apartment and 2 years later to move me out of said apartment. I received professional and quality service both times. In fact, on my move out, the stacking mover loaded my 4 ABF relocubes with the tightness and efficiency that could rival a space utilization software program. After opening the cubes 2600 miles later in DC, there was zero damage. These guys are good. Dont hesitate to use them.

Rose, who answered the phone when I called, was a rockstar and a guardian angel!!! I hired a moving company to load my trailer in Kent for my move to Alaska and they did not condense my trailer, accruing me an additional $4000 in moving charges. I was already in Alaska physically. I frantically searched moving company in Kent to find someone to go fix my trailer, and Rose took immediate action and walked me through it!!!!! She had a quote for me within an hour and was able to have their crew out there in two days!!! Rose and her manager got me through it, and even took photos of the trailer when their crew was finished. They wrapped fragile items in blankets and paper. When I unloaded my trailer in Anchorage, I was blown away at the service!! Please consider A2B with your next local or loading a trailer move. You are going to get white glove service!! From the moment I placed an email to inquire about rates/availability, the staff was nothing but professional and courteous. I love a2b! I did a long distance move with them which was a new experience for me. They had an easy online tool for me to estimate what I was moving. The estimate came in right quote. They weigh empty and then full for long distance and provide you with the scale receipts. I had shopped around and compared long distance rates per lb. and they were less than the ones I compared. The best part was that they took extreme care with my belongings as well as protecting walls and floors.The move went off without a hitch! I would highly recommend them!

Did a great job, on time and took care. One box was dropped (only a small ceramic pot was broken) and a large scratch in my dresser were the only casualties which was very good considering the longer move I had. I really appreciated the time and care they took. Would recommend.

A2B was recommended to me by a friend, and Im very satisfied with the job they did. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They disassembled and moved all the furniture, then reassembled it with zero issues. I always hear of people having bad experiences with moving companies, and this was exactly the opposite. They showed up on time, and cleaned up before they left.

Worst moving experience ever! The broke 2 of my mirrored nightstands and a crystal award I received from a previous job. The drivers stacked the nightstands in an effort to save time with nothing to hold them in place. Upon pushing them up the hill things went awry and the both took a tumble. The mover apologized and assured me that they would be replaced. However, upon closing the move I was presented with paperwork to sign and the head moved told me I had to sign the paperwork to finalize the move. I told him I didn’t feel comfortable doing so until I spoke with someone at their office first. He was pretty insistent I do so. Showed me the seeds to sign. Only to find out that he had me sign the insurance that it covered my items by weight. I had over $1000 worth of loss between these three items and I received a check for $38 dollars. I called the office multiple times and spoke with a couple different people and I was told I would someone would get back with me. No one has called me back, I have been dealing with this since August of last year. I do not recommend this company. They have deceitful business practices and have the worst customer service! I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

This company is absolutely great! We have used them twice now. Once for a move to storage and once for a move to our two story townhome. The guys had to go up three flights of stairs and it was hard work! They had such great attitudes the whole time and worked so meticulously to make sure that everything was right. They make sure to keep track of their time so that you arent paying more than what you should and they are excellent.This will be the company we use for all of our moves. Very professional, friendly, and great people.

The guys were super friendly and nice, and moved the stuff out really quickly for just the two of them. The only reason they have four stars instead of five, is they seemed to be really rough with our boxes marked fragile--they stacked the fragile boxes on their dolly and rolled the dolly down the stairs, so Im just hoping nothing is broken when we get into our storage in six months. Maybe Im clueless about moving, and everything will be fine. Overall, they were still great.

Very friendly & accommodating service. Our three movers worked their behinds off helping us. They were very careful in packing & moving our furniture. We were very satisfied in A2B Moving, including estimating, planning & execution.

The guys that moved me were nice and made sure my furniture was properly put in the truck but they did not finish the job. Their was a piece of my couch they did not get in my apartment and had to drive back to my storage unit . Fortunately someone else was able to get the piece of my couch in my apartment but I feel I shouldnt have had to pay the full amount for a job that was not completed, I also noticed some damage on my coat closet door from them moving it in. I will most likely go with a different moving company next time.

They were on time; they were courteous; they did a great job; nothing broken or missing and the price was less than the estimate!

Im glad I chose A2B Moving last weekend. My move from Bellevue to NE Tacoma was awesome! They showed up 30 minutes early and finished earlier than the estimated quote I received. They even moved extra stuff that wasnt previously mentioned. These (2) guys worked quickly and were very careful with my furniture, etc. and had no problem working with my 2 dogs running around the house. They came prepared with blankets, plastic wrap, boxes, etc for protecting my valuables in transit to their final destination. To be fair, I did a great job at packing/planning everything for the movers so to make things as easy as possible for them to get in and get the job done. I also moved my own TVs, fragile dishes/glasses, glass shelves, lamps, and expensive picture frames. I cant believe it all went as smooth as it did and I spent LESS THAN HALF the price of all the other movers in the area. I also paid cash to make sure there were no accidental charges. Couldnt be happier with this move!

A pleasant experience. They were timely, were able to save a bit on materials (fewer boxes etc than quoted), and none of our belongings were destroyed or broken in any way, and of course, none of it was stolen! A pretty affordable price compared to the competition and they got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend them.
