Woman on the phone was outrageously rude. Was told that my business was not important and she had someone to talk to in the store. Tried calling back and was greeted with the same short tone. Safe to say my commercial purchase will be going to another vendor.....

We have purchased carpet here a couple of times and plan on going there for future carpet needs. The people there are very helpful. They were able to answer any and all of our questions.
