We called for help about issues with our Brother printer. We were so frustrated and had already spent over $400 on replacing things like the ink, waste bin, and followed steps for fixing it on YouTube a hundred times with no luck. We spoke with Cary over the phone at RAM and he was so helpful! Oh my gosh, he suggested several things we could try ourselves. We ordered the belt on Amazon and will try the other things he suggested. He is knowledgeable and willing to help even though we did not buy anything from him. He is honest and wanted to help us get the best solution for the lowest price. If these things don’t work we will have him out for a service call.I would definitely come to his shop again for help on any computer issues. He has earned our trust and confidence.
