I broke my glasses and called. They said come on down. I was there in and out the door in five minutes with my lenses in a new frame for $25. Excellent service and great prices. Always a great experience.

If the comments are too good to be true then you have every right to be suspicious. The people in the front were fantastic but a little bit to persuasive which is fine. The doctors were little bit questionable... Normally I record if theres no chaperone because Ive beem screwed over before. That and to not forget any important information being said. I personally felt like I had a bad experience with Dr.McGee. He swears a lot, he kept saying Spanish phrases to me like I couldnt speak English in which I clearly spoke English. But what really bothered me the most was when he said, We dont know much about eyes and in fact were not even the best... I understand bad days happen and this doesnt justify who he is but when it comes to my eyes I take that seriously. Especially if Im having eye problems. If there is anybody else thats going through this as well, please let me know. I do believe in second chances and this comment is not intended to be negative but rather to raise awareness to those that are not as intuitive as they believe they are. That and for facilities like this one to not bring scarcity onto the table for the people like me. I hope this is helpful for you newcomers.

I have been going to Oxie Eye Care for about 5 years now. Its been a great experience trying new contact brands and trying out new different glasses. When I come here I always feel like Im being help and the customer service is great.

So I thought I was getting a good deal at this place. Everything was all fine when I got my glasses. Within a week of having my frames they chipped. So they were willing to replace frames. Then about a month later my glasses got dropped and the lenses were completely scratched up. Im talking deep scratches. Ive had glasses since I was 6 months old and Ive never had to get a replacement for lenses due to scratches. The quality of these lenses is not good at all. I called to get a replacement. The lady said I could purchase a replacement. But I would need to bring in my glasses for them to send in. I told the lady that I dont have a backup pair. She told me that they cannot send the prescription in to get a new pair. They cannot get replacements unless I leave my glasses with them and wait 3 weeks for my replacements. I told the lady not only can I not see to go 3 weeks without my glasses but its also illegal to drive without glasses if they are necessary for you to see which for me they are. The lady apparently owns the company and that is the only option she would give. She was rude and condescending. And overall not helpful. Her excuse was that she has a small business. And my response to that is...Im sure it will stay that way. No business will last or grow by not taking care of their customer.

When my glasses were broken and I was told I had to purchase new ones by my normal eye clinic; Oxie was able to repair my glasses within 24 hours and only $5! They have just earned a new customer. Literally saved me hundreds!

Amazing and excellent customer service! ! I told the owner, Mia, that I am autistic and all the special things I needed for my glasses. She helped me every step of the way. My insurance didnt cover the glasses but they were still more economical than pairs I have bought in the past with insurance! I dont usually leave somewhere and feel the need to come home and write a review, but I did today. Oxie Affordable optical was excellent! The prices on their frames is great, and they have a good selection of frames! They truly offer superior customer service! The owner is almost always there, and everyone Ive worked with was knowledgeable and friendly. I also was notified that my glasses were in by a text message, which I really appreciated. The icing on the cake was the glasses came earlier than expected, so I got them before I left for vacation! They also told me to come in whenever I need adjustments or my a nos piece fixed etc free of charge. I highly recommend Oxie Affordable Optical!

I had to order contacts so, I called them and let them know my situations and right away they took care of me! Theyre very experience and they know what theyre doing! I wish I knew about them earlier. I am a dad on a budget who broke his glasses about a year ago but the lenses were still alright. They managed to repair them for free????? I didnt purchase glasses there but stopped in to have my glasses adjusted-they were super friendly and didnt charge me. They had a nice inventory of super cute glasses. I will definitely give them my business when I need new glasses.

All of my experience with OXIE was great! The girls are all nice, they helped me with my pick of frames. I didn’t feel rushed or felt that they were trying to sell me extra add ons. The doctor was also friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lot of frames to choose from and even without insurance they are affordable, not to mention top brands. I was able to get a brand name frame for no cost with my insurance. I highly recommend this place. I have found my new eye care place.

I got a couple pairs of glasses from them a few months ago at amazing prices and one of them broke. I figured I would be paying out of pocket for a new pair since I was responsible for breaking these wire frames but they told me that they broke at the weld so they were defective and gave me an emergency frame so I wouldnt be stuck with my prescription sunglasses for another week and a new pair was ordered at no cost to me. I have never been to an eye care place with customer service this good. Wonderful owners and amazing support. They even let me come in a few minutes after closing to take care of all this. I wont be going anywhere else from now on. 10 out of 5 stars.

Fantastic Customer Service, great prices!We only went here to fill our prescription after having difficulty finding reasonably priced Miraflex glasses for my 4 year old son. They were fantastic with him. Drove 30 minutes just to get his glasses there. Miraflex frames are great because they are flexible- he has 2 pairs now and both are in great condition. He has managed to scratch one lens after 6 months, and ordering a replacement was a breeze over the phone- a nominal charge for replacement (shipping/handling/paperwork fee I assume, still under warranty). Thank you for your great service!!!

I dont even have the words for this business. Its DIFFERENT. A one stop shop for your eye care needs. I came across this gem last year and got some replacement glasses from them. Very affordable, variety of styles, annnnnd very affordable. Now they take care of my sons eyewear needs. I love this place.

I have Aetna better health and because of my insurance I wasnt expecting Oxie to accept it. With that being said, I wasnt going into Oxie with high expectations only because of my insurance but boy was I wrong. I fell madly in love with Oxie. They treat you with the upmost respect and have tons of affordable lenses to choose from. Its a clean and friendly environment and the doctor himself was phenomenal and made you feel like you were at home. The variety of trendy lenses was perfect for me (19) and my mom (52). Not to mention how affordable they were. She was very accommodating to the price values and let you do payments in order to pay them off. I cant stress enough how much this place satisfied me. From the warm welcome and vintagey feel, I will always come back here.
