Can’t get a real answer. Schedule an appointment for my son for contacts exam wanted to know how much it would cost because insurance only covers glasses exam. 1st call was told $49-$69 depends on prescription they said. Then they said could be $69-$89. I wanted to try this place because it was across the street from my house. But when i got there and asked if i could get an exact price they told me it is up to the doctor and they couldn’t tell me. Was not nice from the phone calls to the service when i showed up. Never even tried to ask the doctor what it could be. I told them i called a few places and they quoted me $49 and if it was more i rather go somewhere else. They said I’m welcome to go somewhere else. Didn’t even try to ask the doctor or keep me from going somewhere else. I have a family of 7 that all need glasses or contacts and i will not be returning.

The doc was fine the glasses are fine, but if you need something or change an appointment you have to go through live chat no one answers the phone. So I have to cancel sn appointment because I had a last minute emergency, and I cant do it. Because someone will contact me within 48 hours.This is horrible that you literally can not call in.Just be prepared
The front desk staff to the assistant and the doctor were absolutely amazing. Took the time with all 3 of my kids. Two of mine need glasses. The doctor informed me of all the options that should work for each child. She was very honest. The staff than helped and ran various numbers to help me with figuring the best price that wouldn’t break the bank. I wish I would’ve gotten all their names so I could name them on this review. So happy we went there!
The initial process of exam and getting glasses ordered was good. However everything afterword was disastrous. First, I was scheduled for a contact fitting. I showed up for appointment to be told contacts were not in. Two weeks passed, I called to inquire about contacts and still had not arrived. The management said they would contact me when contacts arrived. Four weeks later still have not arrived.Received an e-mail message stating After a week of having your eyeglasses we wanted to know how they fit I never received my glasses. Called the store to inquire Oh yes your glasses are in. The issue with this store seems to be keeping customers informed and keeping a stock of contact lens. With so many optometrist in the market all would be well advised to shop elsewhere.
Everyone at this location was so kind and helpful. Each staff member I worked with was very kind and genuinely cared about my experience. They explained everything very throughly, from the exam process to billing. Will definitely return here in the future!
Ordered my glasses, they arrived with a scratched lens. Was told they would order a new pair, and when they arrived they would call me. I would need to bring the scratched pair back to replace with the new ones when they came in. Never got a call. Left messages for six months- paid $600 for my glasses with scratched lenses. Taking my business else where.
I would just like to state how helpful the guys at the front desk were. I thought I had made an appointment at the Southlands location (turns out it was the one on Arapahoe and Parker), and they called ahead to the correct location for me to advise them that I was on my way and Id be there as soon as possible.They also followed up with me directly, and ensured if for some reason the correct location could not fit me in (if I ran too late), theyd ensure Id get scheduled in that evening at their store.It was above and beyond and even though it was my mistake, they tried to assist me. I know were all stressed so its kind of tough to get good out of people lately, but this was just really kind and nice, and Ill definitely schedule my future vision appointments at this location.I wish I knew their names but they were great!
The are keeping everything sanatized. Got me an appointment the next day. They have eye equipment that is up with technology. Great doctor she was one of the best that I ever had. Very through.
Terrible customer service. Cant get through on the phone to anyone, just referrals to website or automated appointment scheduling. I want a specific doctor and there is no way to do that. Corporate is just as bad.Its been two weeks since someone said they would look into this and respond to me. I havent heard a word since. Wish I could give these people zero stars but that doesnt seem to be an option

I had numerous problems, but two things stood out the most: 1) the staff are a disorganized mess. Total dysfunction. 2) Dr. Haney was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She started the appointment with a chip on her shoulder, and it only got worse. At one point she rolled her eyes when I asked her to administer the eye drops a certain way that had worked well for me in the past.Also, Dr. Haney wears gloves as part of her Covid protection. I never saw her change them. She used the same gloves on my face that she had used to touch the door knob and keyboard. I did not see her wash her hands or use sanitizer. It was disgusting. Glad she was protected, but I certainly was not!
I felt rushed getting ready for my appointment but my appointment with my Doctor was great. She was attentive, thorough, and fixed an issue I had with my contacts in no time. My biggest issue started once I left doctors chair. The people helping you get contacts and choose glasses were unhelpful at best. At worse they actively inhibited the process They messed up my insurance and now I cannot use my benefits for a month. My insurance called them directly twice and was not able to move the process forward. I had to leave and go to the Park Meadows location to receive any assistance and then when that location had to call and get the prescription and clear something up with the insurance she was hung up on by the Supervisor Tracy TWICE. Just the worst experience I have ever had at a VisionWorks. 100% would not recommend this location except for the optometrist only.
I’m very happy with this store!! I am sorry to say that this year I had to go to another place because of my insurance!! My insurance company sent me the name of another facility that took my insurance and because of financial problems I had to go to that store for testing!! I didn’t purchase new glasses there and will come to your store to purchase them when needed!!Thank you for your service in the past and look forward to seeing you in the future!!!

I went in for my appointment that I had confirmed. They said I wasnt on the schedule. I showed them the confirmation that my appointment was for January 9th, 2021. The lady in front said I didnt, that it is something everyone gets sent out as a reminder. That today a year ago I came in. But I didnt I had my appointment last year in December. Place would get 5 stars but the dudes that work here are rude and dont belong working with small children. They should be a little more gentle and charing about appointment times. waiting 15 minutes over the schedule appointment time. 3 kids and 3 different schools. Be a little more concerned about your patients or dont work at a job like this!!!!!
I was a little leery of going to a big box eye doctor. Ive always had a better experience at smaller businesses when it comes to things like this, but I have new insurance that most small groups wont touch, so I took a chance here. I was very impressed with their office staff and with Dr Bounkhong. She was awesome for both my tweens and me. She worked to find good solutions for everyone, didnt want to change things for no reason, and didnt try to sell us anything. The young man who helped me when I asked about purchasing contacts was ridiculously patient with me and helped me figure out my insurance, which was super complicated. Im very glad I took a chance on them and will definitely return!
Bad first impression. I booked online and scheduled for a same day appointment at the end of the day. I go in and first Im told the doctor is pregnant so shes not there, she was there yesterday (not sure how that helps me at all) but not today. Im also told they never book 5:30pm (the time I was offered online) and that 5:15pm is their last slot. Ok, well then your website needs to be updated. They offer to reschedule my appointment but theyre booked the rest of this week so the soonest is next Tuesday. Fine, do that. So it wouldnt be a wasted drive, I ask if I can fill out the new patient paperwork now. The young man is very hesitant, shuffles around papers and mumbles how that would be pointless as they will probably lose anything I fill out now by the time of my new appointment. Wow, really? Another young lady comes up and offers to email me the paperwork so we do that. I get home and look online and they have appointments first thing the next morning which the young man never offered. I have since scheduled with another office.
They are great. They just need help cleaning and sanitizing the glasses so they could put them back on the floor other than that they’re great
With my appointed time everything ran really smoothly in a timely manner and they were very very helpful

Horrible customer service here I went for an eye contact exam 2nd week of December 2020 was told I would receive my contacts in a few weeks never got anything I called the first time and they told me they had the prescription wrong so I waited a few more weeks called mid jan 2021 to verify if my contacts where In yet was told I would get a call back at 1pm never heard anything called today 3rd time was left on hold for 15 minutes just for someone else to answer me and tell me how can I help you not happy at all!
Absolutly terrible! First husband and I had an appointment same day at 11 and 1115. He was taken to the back for an eye exam and I was left in the lobby ( I didnt need an eye exam because I had mine earlier in the year). I wondered the lobby for a good 20 minutes before krystle asked if I needed assistance, told her just needed to get frames already have an eye exam. Husband got done and we both ordered our glasses and was told it would be 2 weeks. Second two weeks past checked their website husbands were in but mine could not be located, called the location and Brian answered and informed me that there was a shipment that arrived and there is about 5 boxes in the back but could not go look because there was only 3 of them there and maybe could get them by Monday. Husband called spoke with Tracy the manager and she said they would be there after 1pm. We went to pick his up and see if mine wwlere there, husband was told no. I went in demanded a refund and they were on the counter! Third we got.home and husband was complaining about his glasses the hinges were broke and had the wrong prescription in them. He entered back to this location and spoke with Tracy again and saw the optometrist to confirm it was the incorrect prescription and was told they would be over noghted but husband had to call TracyTuesday to remind her to send them. A month after the first visit still dont have his glasses fixed. Asked for a refund and employee didnt even apologize or anything. Save some time and go elsewhere

On Decmeber 10th I bought glasses. Two weeks later I picked them up (after not having been told that they were ready) and the frames were scratched and nicked. They tried to put the lenses in another identical set of frames they had on hand and were unable. The manager said he would need to order new ones. I call back two weeks later and find that absolutely nothing had been done and that now they need to order new ones again. Ridiculous. I should have gone to LensCrafters to begin with.I tried calling the 800 number in the post below. After fifteen minutes of them asking me to remain on the line every 25 second (literally, I timed it) I gave up.
My Wife & I had eye appointments on a Saturday. The Visionworks Staff was very polite & efficient. Masks are mandatory & we were able to maintain social distance inside the store. The Doctor was also polite & efficient. We felt safe inside the store.
Super friendly staff, extremely helpful and everyone there made the experience painless. Was in and out in an hour and I got everything I needed!

Good O.D., good support staff, good price and thankfully very flexible. Will be back for sure.So I did go back, to pick up my new glasses. They were handed to me and upon first review, one of the side screws was 2-3cm above flush, and there were no nose pads installed. They attempted to fix an issue on the nose pads when installing and after 20min, I asked them to call me when ready. I returned later that afternoon and took them home. Put them on the next morning and had to move them up the bridge of my nose to scratch, and was surprised to find that there was a protruding screw that came to a very sharp point (facing the inside of course). I will drop them off and pick up again when they tell me theyre fixed. Hopefully I wont have to edit this again with more bad newsFinal update - Visionworks did what they needed to do up to including a complete rebuild of my glasses. While the new set wasnt needed, the offer was appreciated. Thank you Visionworks for taking care of the customer.
Do NOT go to this Visionworks location!!! I have been a customer there for years. On my last visit, they recorded my prescription incorrectly. I order my glasses through a different site due to Visionworks high frame costs and when I received them, obviously they were blurry. I contacted Visionworks who said Whoops, youre correct, the Doctor gave you the wrong prescription. I asked if they would pay for replacement glasses since the error was neither mine, nor the provider I ordered them from. They said no (even after I escalated it), but they would give me a free re-do exam to make sure I get the correct prescription. Well, now I am out over $100 on glasses that dont work for me...and they werent willing to make it right. Stay away!!!!

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: Visionworks contacted me for additional information and had Tyson call me. Tyson was very professional and he made my bad experience much better. I will be returning to the Southlands location due to Tyson.If I could give minus 10 stars I would. I picked up my glasses and once I wore them for a while I knew something was not right as my distance was blurry. I called them and it took me a week to be able to get in for another exam as their policy is the same doctor has to give the 2nd exam. Tracy, the manager, was very detailed in explaining this to me and also assured me that the remake of the glasses, if needed, would be able to be rushed in a two day turnaround. I asked if I could talk to someone who was higher up so that I could voice my concerns regarding it taking so long to get back in for the correction. Tracy told me that she would have her manager, Tyson, call me as he was not in that day. That did not happen. He never did call me. When I finally was able to get in for the 2nd exam the doctor retested me and very flippantly told me that the problem was that my left distance vision was 1/4 off in the prescription that she initially wrote but that should not make too much of a difference. Let me tell you it made a huge difference. That was like saying it was only a little wrong. They remade both pairs of my glasses and again I was assured they would rush the order. One pair was ready in 5 days and the second pair was ready today, after 14 days. The rush did not happen. Needless to say, I will not be returning as the customer service was non-existent, apologies were really never made, the doctor was very nonchalant over the whole incident and I was not offered any type of compensation for my inconvenience. I will also be contacting VSP, my vision insurance provider, to provide them with this feedback on one of their providers. My whole process in getting an eye exam and glasses made correctly started on September 23rd and ended today on October 29th. Quite the timeline.

My wife and I are returning customers. We attempted to schedule eye exam. A gentlemen put me on phone with a female associate who took down my wife and my health insurance information told me they would be calling back briefly after contact insurance carrier. They never called back by end of the day. I attempted to call store again today and was on hold for 28 minutes not one employee attempt to pick phone up. I got tired of waiting I really didnt want to give them a 1 rating I couldnt give them the 0 they deserve I bought 3 pairs of glasses in my past doing business dont waste your time trying to buy glasses or do eye exam
Dr. Megan Kirchner was very professional during the exam and made sure I understood the final outcome. She was also nice to talk with, she made me feel like we had been friends for quite a while.
The staff was amazing from the moment I scheduled my appointments for myself and my family. They were able to get us in the very next day and were prompt and professional once we arrived. They have an array of frames and Dr. also fit me for a new contact lens which feels amazing and less drying than my last prescription. Dr. Jerome Beagel is amazing! He was direct, informative and kind to my children and myself. My optometrist of many years retired a couple years back so we were looking to find someone new and closer to home. Doctor and his staff are wonderful and have nothing but great things to say about this location.

The Dr. was okay and the techs were very nice, but the manager was really rude with poor customer service. To begin, I called to schedule an appointment and informed them I had two insurances. I spent half the day on the phone prior to my appointment trying to get all the insurance information that they were requesting. Once I had all the information, I called and provided it the day prior to my appointment. I arrive and again wanted to clarify that I have two insurances and wanted to be sure they were both verified. I was assured they were fine. After my appointment I’m picking out glasses and working with the manager, and she informs me I’d have a copay plus owe a bit for the glasses. I explained that that doesn’t sound right because I have two insurances. She just kept saying “well I only have the one.” At this point I was very irritated because anyone with good customer service would have apologized and quickly offered to verify the insurance. She even asked me “well did you tell them your other insurance needed to be verified.” I’m sorry, but that’s not my job! How would I even know what you have verified and what you don’t?I informed the office while I was making my appointment, when I confirmed the appointment, AND before I was brought back when I checked in. Not to mention, they didn’t even take down the information I called to provide. Finally she said she could call the insurance if I really wanted to use the secondary insurance, which they did and it ended up covering everything. She acted like it would be a big inconvenience to call the insurance and again didn’t apologize or anything. I also overheard this manager speaking to the techs, and she was ridiculously rude to them. If you want people to keep working for you and do quality work, try treating them like actual human beings. Even your customers notice the manger doesn’t speak to the staff properly. I felt bad getting irritated over the insurance because she was clearly taking it out on the techs. Which, honestly, it wasnt even so much about the insurance not being done as it was about her poor customer service and the way she spoke to her employees.
Very thorough eye exam. Good presentation of options available for eye wear. A bit more expensive than expected but it has been several years between visits. Comfortable experience.
Theyve treated me great! The two doctors I worked with over the years have been phenomenal! So polite, kind, humorous, and knowledgeable! I never felt like I was rushed out even when there is a line. Prices hurt, but they definitely worth it!
ZERO STARS!! Worst experience ever. I have gone to this location several times in the past. This time has been an excruciating let down. I am at the three week mark now and still do not have my sons glasses. I have called twice to follow up and have been told its the labs fault both times. They have not offered any solution to expedite this matter and the general manager has not taken the time to follow up with me herself. I will not do business with this location in the future.
I came in to just look at glasses. There was noone in the store but I was advised that I needed an appt even just to look so I made an appt for the following week. I came back with my daughter the next week. We picked out glasses and sat down to order them. We were assisted by Cody who stated that my insurance already had an authorization. We called my optometrist to cancel that authorization but he stated that he couldnt order the glasses and stated he would call me in the morning to process over the phone to at least get the glasses ordered. After calls to the store with no reply, I went to the store. I was told that Cody was not available and that they just closed, even though the sign on the door said I still had 30 minutes. I will not be completing any purchase from this store as this has already been a headache...I can only imagine a nightmare to further deal with these folks. Hope others have better luck with them then i did...
For the most part everyone was great. The doctor was very friendly and explained everything she was doing and how my new prescription might take some getting used to. The only complaints I have are 1. After they brought my current glasses back to me, after checking the prescription, my glasses were filthy with fingerprints all over the lenses; please clean them before you return them to the patient and 2. One employee only asked in passing if I needed any help in picking out new frames. I had my daughter there to help me, but it would have been nice if one of the employees would have come over and offered insight a couple of times. Other than those two things I was very pleased with the service I received and the selection of frames available.
They could screw up a one car funeral. I was told my new glasses would be here in two weeks or less. Three weeks later, they have no idea where my new glasses are. They canceled my order but won’t refund my money for two weeks. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else. I wish I could give them zero or negative stars.
Made appointment and didnt have to wait once I got there. Friendly and professional and efficient which is a big plus as I dont have much free time for appointments but was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time and no hassles with my insurance. I go back every year.
So we have been a customer of Visionworks for nearly 10 years now. It has been the same runaround year after year and is so incredibly inconvenient. I pay for our eye exams just to be told that they will not release the prescription until we come back in for a follow up appointment. They try to do the follow up appointment so they can make sure you order contacts and glasses from them. It is inconvenient because when you order contacts from Visionworks they make you come back in to do a follow up appointment therefore taking more time from your schedule and when you have a family of five and you have to come in 10 different times just to order contacts it’s a pain! I don’t know about you but my time is very very valuable so every hour in a day counts, every time I have to take the kids out of school counts, every time we have to take time off from work counts and they just do not value time.In the past they have released our prescriptions (I’ve had to press)and then I order from 1800contacts just for mere convenience and time sake. It is roughly the same price but it’s about convenience. If it’s the exact same contacts that we are ordering, then why should it matter releasing our prescription? We have already PAID for the exam fee just give us our prescription that we paid for! Today the medical director, Thompson Sowash was in the store Iat Southlands and he would not budge but said it was policy and a liability issue. BULL! Why then have I ordered from Costco and follow ups are not required??? Are they skipping corners on liability issues? I highly doubt a powerhouse like Costco would skip corners!Just FRUSTRATED and will be looking for a new family doctor that we can actually have a relationship with and not get the run around!If time is IMPORTANT TO YOU, Visionworks probably isn’t for you.They made me wait almost 30 min to talk with Mr. Suwash who was in the back of the store. Enjoyed all the people we met. Dr. Jerome Begal was very informative and did not rush the exam, explaining the pictures and what he saw in the pictures. Brian was very helpful in choosing the frames. I have yet to pick up the finish product, so that will determine if the five stars stands as my rating.
I went to Visionworks while looking for a pair of glasses, and I was shocked as soon as I walked into the doors at how many different frames they had to choose from! I ended up buying a pair of glasses I LOVE for a decent price.The only reason Im not giving five stars is because the young employee helping us didnt understand that talking about his terrible home life was inappropriate. He ended up complaining about his parents the entire time I was trying to order my glasses. He also kept apologizing for every tiny inconvenience, including when my husband bumped his knee on the desk; it was a very awkward experience.
The staff here was very friendly. They took me right in for my appointment no long wait. The guy that done the first party of my exam didnt look to friendly but was really a great person and friendly just have a serious look about him. The doctor was great. Explained everything before she done it. I highly recommend this place. Great job

I have a hard time getting answers! I tried to order my contacts and they kept saying they will call me back. It happened about four times. I finally went into the office and they order the contacts for me and told me they will be ready for pick up in two weeks and they will call me to come get them. That was on January 8, 2019, and i still have not received a phone call or the contacts that are already paid for. I called this past Saturday and I was told they have to call me back and still have not received a callback and it Tuesday!
I am from out of town and I broke my eyeglasses. They quickly repaired my eyeglasses and thanked me for coming in! Great place to buy glasses and be serviced with a smile.

Dr was very nice. However they failed to inform me that I was a month early for the exam to be covered by insurance. This should have been told this prior to the exam so I could have chosen to wait. I will not be returning. This is very poor customer service.
I would have been a new patient but I arrived 6 minutes late after driving across town in rush hour traffic and they cancelled my appointment. I didnt bother rescheduling.
Staff was very rude, not friendly or welcoming. The lady supposed to be helping me with glasses didnt believe me when I told her my insurance covers both contacts and glasses, acted like it was a problem to call the insurance to verify, will never go there again after I get my glasses. The Dr. Was nice, just the other stuff was horrible, not professional at all!!!

I dont know why Ive taken so long to write a review of the Southlands Visionworks store... Ive been getting my glasses from here for years and had such an awesome customer experience I had to get off my rear and write something. So here it goes... I lost my glasses in Mexico and had to scramble to get them replaced. When I went in the shop, I explained my situation to Cody and Carlo. They were super cool and immediately got to work helping me out. Cody found an eye appointment for me the next day at the Centennial location (their shop was totally booked) and worked with Jesse to make sure everything was ready to go for me. He also verified my insurance and found out they would only cover the eye exam but not the frames. Despite that he and Carlo hooked me up with their latest insane promotion (60% off) and saved me over $400, and found my old frames (which I totally loved and got tons of compliments on), and put them on hold for me. When I came in the next day to wrap everything up, Carlo and his manager Joanna were insanely helpful and hooked me up with a pair of killer Columbia sunglasses as well for an unreasonably excellent price. Although my lenses werent in, they offered to try to get them expedited (although of course no promises could be made).The process was painless, they helped connect me with their best deals, were patient, and provided Nordstrom level service. These folks were exceptional and Im grateful for the insane $$ savings and for destressing a totally annoying situation. I had a lot of fun working with these folks. Give this shop a visit, they have a fantastic crew...
The doctor at VisionWorks at Southlands accidentally BROKE my daughters glasses by dropping them. They were deemed unfixable and the manager only offered a 25% discount! I will never do business there again! Walmart gave my daughter a new frames that fit her lenses for FREE! VisionWorks has negative customer service!
Our entire family go to this visionworks. The staff were very friendly. My children are 5 and 6. They were able to get us in one after the other. This was the children’s first eye exam, so they were a little bit scared but the staff and Dr. Lauren were amazing. She made my children feel comfortable and was very patient with them. She worked with them trying her best to get the right prescription. She informed me of the treatment plan with the glasses and answered my concerns, and explained the importance of having the children wear their glasses as much as possible so their eyes can correct themselves overtime, hopefully.
I made an appt the day before I went. Everyone at this location (receptionist,eye doctor and Emily who was very helpful and knowledgeable) were very professional and personable. I had a bad experience with the last optometrist I went to so I really appreciated going to visionworks.Ps. But I’d like to have the free puppy. 😂
I came into the store in an awful mood having just left Lens Crafters. The entire staff was wonderful, kind, informative, and efficient. If youre looking for a great experience I absolutely recommend them!

The ladys at the front desk were polite, but the actual eye examiner was terrible. very rough, kept bumping his chair into my knee when making adjustments. when checking my retina poked me in the eye... they said that my eyesight was not any different and then tried to sell me frames when I have perfectly fine glasses. They seem knowledgeable but I wont be going back to them for an eye exam....returned a couple weeks later for contact fitting and they took care of me. pleasant experience.
I got to the facility right when they opened on Sunday I had something in my eye and needed to get checked right away. I did not have an appointment and they got me in regardless of the already packed schedule. The doctor Susan Allen took amazing care of me and got the foreign object out. I am so thankful for the team at visionworks southlands. You all are truly the best. Thank you!!!

I can say I truly regret ever going here. 1st and 2nd visit went well, but 4 flipping visits to get contacts is ridiculous. Mind you the 4th visit and still no contacts or prescription !!! They didn’t have my paperwork ready and let everyone go ahead of me. I had to walk out after waiting 30 mins for something that never should have required a visit. I will never ever do business with this company. Here’s a tip. You need to train your office staff while people are waiting what is appropriate to say in office setting. There is no reason for half of what they said while kids were present.

Emily helped me from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. She was super friendly in helping me pick out my glasses and giving me all my options so I didnt feel pressured into anything. Dr. Sowash was also very friendly and I felt very comfortable and she answered any questions I had during my exam. The tech that helped me pick out my colored contacts was also wonderful and he helped me pick a color that best suited me. I went during a promotion and definitely got my moneys worth. Overall, I left extremely happy and I will reccomend this location to my friends and family. :)

Good place, nice people, good doctor. But high prices......They supposedly have a Bogo promotion, my wife progressive lenses (no sunglass effect) was about $800 including new frame and mine also progressive new frame and sunglass effect about $950. (More expensive frame). So, We shloud must pay for the most expensive ones and second par was free. I decided to take prescriptions to Costco and we came out with a total of $590 for the two pair of lenses same characteristics different frames and very similar quality. So, If you want to pay more overthere is your choice!
Bad experience in this place got a person who did not know what they are doing. Glasses took forever to come . I wont go back
They don’t answer calls
My wife and my daughter bought their glasses at this VisionWorks just a few months ago. When my wife brought it back they refused to work on her defect frame (see picture below). And now my daughter who had bought the exact same frame and also ran into the same issue as my wifes glasses but again they refused to fix or replace the frame. We will never come back to VisionWorks. Horrible customer service and warranty.

Done with this location. Every time Ive gone in to pick up its been a pain. Scheduling and the appointment is a breeze, but I have yet to have an easy pick up. I just sat in an almost empty waiting room for 15 minutes to pick up a single pair of glasses. Was interacted with a total of 90 seconds, and was given an apology for the wait 5 times in that minute and a half.
