I called a few pawn shops and figured I’d give these guys a shot based off the experience on the phone. I wasn’t disappointed Nick was helpful and we went through the items I wanted back and ones I didn’t necessarily care to have back. Friendly all around and I will be definitely be back.

Dont bother taking anything here unless youre willing to sell it for some ludicrously low amount. Insulting. Go to any other pawn. These guys are scummy and the black guy with the accent is the worst. Just stupid offers. Yes, I know its a pawn, but when you get 20% more from any other place... These people should be ashamed of themselves. Absolute scum of humanity here, taking advantage of people in bad situations.

Looked at a Firearm and once the short indian/middle eastern attendant realized I wasnt going to purchase it he became very rude. When I was leaving I waved at both the manager and the person that helped me and said Thanks, both of them ignored me. I have given this shop a ton of business over the last 4-5 years and the manager even knows me but he still completely ignored me. My Father purchased two guns here and I have purchased 3 guns and several other items. We wont be coming back. The short indian/middle eastern employee is also VERY Unprofessional, he had his family in the store during one of my visits and his son was riding a dirt bike around the parking lot that was an item for sale in the shop. Dont give these people your business.

Took my laptop for a loan until payday and was irritated when they told me they couldnt fund the serial # therefore not able to offer the loan. It was a Saturday and were about to close until Monday, but allowed me to try n locate the serial #. I googled where to find it and duh... Its within the operating system not physically on the outside of the computer. I turned on my computer n there it was. They were able to put together the paoerwork and $ for me within the 6 min left before closing. Saved the day!

Nick and Mike REALLY helped me out when I needed them! I wont go into specifics but I will say the level of customer service and respect these two gentleman gave me is beyond anything I was expecting! I will definitely do business here again!! Go to US PAWN and ask for Nick or Mike!!

Unfortunately I was in desperate need of money for bills, but I was horribly ripped off for a 25 cal Air rifle with the case and pellets and scope and a prop stand, a rainbow sharp sword with two throwing knives (all rainbow and actually sharp) with sheath and a nice heavy cosplay sword. I will never again take anything to this store. As much as I would rather avoid ebay, I would deal with the internet any day rather than pawn anything at this store.

Ive been a customer for many years. Ive never defaulted on any of my loans. Lately I have been offered very low for my items. I understand they have to make money but offering a fair amount is a fair deal. Not sure if the new staff have been properly trained. At least they shouldnt treat a returning customer like a new customer. Specially if the customer has always paid or paid off their loan. With the proper training from management to the staff, this pawnshop will have limited complaints.

I went in to the shop to purchase A laptop and was in the market for a couple other items. I waited kindly in line while no one addressed mean sale be right with you. While I am very understanding and can be very patient I waited in line for my turn. I was in a great mood until I was greeted with somebody who is extremely rude to me and told me what was wrong with me for not listening after I explained to him several times that I want to spend under $300 because I have other bills to pay and there would be tax. Long story short.. awful customer service.. not very cool to treat ANYONE rudely.

This is the best pawn shop in town. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I cant even count the amount of times that Nick has been willing to work with my fiance and I when we were in a tough spot. Pricing is very fair and clear expectations are always laid out when buying or pawning something.

These people were professional, fair, and really helped me out with the pawning process since i needed a little extra cash for vacation. They deserve the hype their reviews get them. Would trust their business.

NOT MILITARY-FRIENDLY.I stopped in today to look at possibly picking up a firearm for home defense. The very polite man at the counter asked for my ID, in order to show me the weapons I was interested in. I am a Military Dependent (Spouse is a U.S. Air Force Officer stationed at USSF Buckley Garrison), with both a Military Dependent and Retiree (served 23 years myself) ID Cards, a valid Florida Drivers License (our home of record), and a Florida Concealed Carry Permit (reciprocity in Colorado) - all of which I presented to him. He then stated that, without a Colorado ID, he could not show me the firearms. He then went to the back of the store to check with the manager, who told him that he could not show me the firearms without a Colorado ID. I, again, explained that we are a Military family and are not required, by both Federal and State law, to change our licenses and registrations when we arrive at a new duty assignment. The gentleman apologized and stated that store policy prohibited him from showing me the weapons. He seemed genuinely apologetic, but could not violate their policy. I told him that I would take my business elsewhere and thanked him for his assistance.To have a business less than 2 miles from a U.S. Military base and refuse to sell to Military personnel or their families is a very poor business practice and is a slap in the face of those of us who have and are still serving.

I stopped in here to check the place out. I’ve been looking for a decent sound bar for the right price for weeks. I ended up going with a Samsung they had in there. The price was so good, I didn’t ask for a lower price. I hate when pawn shops try to sell at retail prices. These guys definitely don’t do that. The guys working were friendly. They even took time to show something to one of my kids. It was just a great experience all around. They also seemed to know and be friendly with most customers that were going in and out. I will check there first for anything I’m looking for from now on. It’s close to the house and they seem like they enjoy selling their inventory, rather than asking retail and it sitting there for a century. Thanks fellas!

I researched my items pricing and asked for 60% less than used resale. They offered me half my asking price. Both items just like new in boxes. If your looking for a respectable establishment with fair pricing - look elsewhere.

I was at US Pawnshop a week ago and my personal experience was very satisfied. Nick the store manager was supper friendly and was able to help me. Post reply edit: the laptops are stored behind the counter and only shown upon request. Viewings are monitored by employees. It is not possible for a customer to have switched the tags.They had advertised a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 tablet PC online on Facebook for $399 and I went in to check it out. When I went in and asked to check the version number, the employee was hesitant, but did allow me to check it. We had to do the lengthy setup process just to check the version number and all the while he was trying to convince me it was a 6, it was a great item, he would prefer that one (which was somewhat beat up and stained) over the others (which looked cleaner). It turns out it was actually a surface 4. He then claimed someone accidentally switched the tags and tried to get me to buy another surface pro, priced at $279. When we checked it out, he said that the price was actually $399, but he would give me $10 off for my trouble and he would throw in a great bag for it, which was heavily stained. I refused.I guess there is a reason why pawn shops have a shady rep - would not go in again.

Had to edit this down because of there long term customer service. Will never again spend that much money in this location. Literally all the 5 star reviews are from them asking customers to 5 star for a better deal. Thats where my last 5 star came from but the deal wasnt worth it.

Great place to go if you’re looking for honest people that will help you. I went to sell my jewelry and when I walked in I was greeted with the smile and was shown respect and great customer service. I spoke with Mark and Nick and they were very helpful answered all my questions and gave me a really good price for my stuff. I went to people’s pawn before here and they were dismissive and did not bother to take their time to explain anything to me they gave me a ridiculously cheap price for my stuff.I got three times more at US Pawn!I recommend US Pawn and will definitely be returning there in the future.

Purchase 2 rings from U.S Pawn, owner is nice and willing to work with you if your a serious buyer. The shop offers a good selection of jewelry and fire arms have some okay Xbox 1 games and it’s in a easy to access place. Will come back to buy again.

I went in looking for a Mothers Day gift. The staff was very helpful and I got a great deal on a pendant. Selection was good for jewelry, guns, and various other items I happened to look at. We dealt with Mark and he was amazingly professional, helpful, and nice. I have dealt with pawnshops in the past and Ive never had as pleasant of an experience as I did here. They helped us with a top dollar deal. Way more than other pawn shops would give and you wont have a better experience anywhere else. Also you will be impressed with the variety of their inventory. Gorgeous jewelry in excellent condition, and probably the best gun selection Ive ever seen. They even had a Ruger handgun for an extremely affordable price. This place is a joke. My lady and I were not greeted by anyone. We were ready to spend lots of money on some jewelry. As we circled the display we found some interesting rings the we could have bought. No one offered to help so we left. Do not go here

I would give 0 star if I can. I brought a computer from there, the seller told me the computer works perfectly. When I brought it home, the computer kept crashing. Apple said it would cost 600-900 dollars to fix, coz there is something wrong with the logic board. Employee knew this issue and decided to lie to me. I spend 680 dollars for a used apple computer, now its useless and they dont allow to return. If you wanna buy a computer from this shop, i recommend you to think thoroughly
