I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN & FEEL THE SALESMAN WAS VERY DECEPTIVE IN OUR INTERACTION...I FOUND A (MATTRESS) THAT I LIKED & WAS ASKED IF I could do without he cooling feature, if so, he could save me 600.00, as he had the same bed wi/out the cooling top in the back. Natually, I accepted the offer & the delivered bed & platform has been a nightmare. I later found out these people have their own designed line, which Im sure they try to sell first. This experience has BEEN a real nightmare for me & one I will have to live with as they want $540.00 additional dollars for the bed I ACTUALLY LIKED alledgely wi/out THE COOLING COVER. DONT BUY THEIR PERSONALLY DESIGNED StUFF...ITS A RIPOFF. NOV 8/2021...The owner is currently working with me. I will be adding an update within the next weeks, hopefully with an acceptable resolution bring reached.

We shopped here after visiting Mattress Firm and were able to buy a mattress, box springs, bed frame, sheet set, and delivery all for less than the price of a single Mattress Firm mattress. So I purchase a custom mattress from this location about a year ago. I took it home and I didn’t like the bed. I wanted to return it. It just wasn’t a good fit. I spoke with Tom who said informed me based on my size and the length I had it, the manufacturer wouldn’t allow a return. I was upset. But, Tom told me that he would do everything he could to make it right.Today I bought a new mattress and had Tom helped me again. He kept his word and went above and beyond to make sure that I have a mattress I was happy with.Honestly with any product, there’s gonna be times where things aren’t the way the customer wants them. Mattress shopping for me always feels difficult. I feel like all a business can do, is work with their customers to find solutions for the occasional hiccup.Tom was one of the most professional and knowledgeable salesmen I’ve dealt with. He really takes the time to show the different options, and talks about sleep position and body size and how each of those mattress are made. I am very pleased with the new purchase And would absolutely recommend this store.

You wont find nicer people to do business with. I ordered one of the cheapest mattresses they carry. I arranged for it to be delivered and we had to reschedule once. The next delivery date, by some fluke, they did not have my mattress in stock. So rather than make me wait a few more days they sent me a mattress worth a couple hundred dollars more than I paid! This was the first place I checked out when I decided it was time for a new bed, and it ended up being the only place I went. Tom was helpful, friendly, and did a great job explaining the differences between the various mattresses they had out and let me lounge around and get comfortable so I could decide on the right one. It was the second week of June, but their Memorial Day sale was still going on, so I was able to get a fantastic deal. Which means I went home with a way better mattress than I could have afforded otherwise. They also offered free delivery. Great place, amazing service. Highly recommend.

I have the cliche of I never leave reviews, but this is an exception. My wife and I just moved to the apartments across the street and didnt have a mattress. We looked all over for one but couldnt find the right one. So she went to work and I was home alone. I was hungry and tried to find something to eat and this place was on the way. I stopped in and the guy there had 16 years of experience and was crazy helpful! I ended up doing the SNAP program which is great! Purchasing a new mattress can be a daunting task, but our experience at Sleep Solutions was pleasant. After visiting multiple stores, we happened across Sleep Solutions. Tom, the sales associate who assisted us, answered all of our questions, directed us to the best fit mattress for our needs, and worked within our budget. Our experience was such that we will confidently recommend Sleep Solutions to friends and family.

I stumbled across Sleep Solutions after going to another place close by. They were very helpful and hooked me up with a great hybrid bed for a reasonable price.

Of all the mattress stores we went to, Tom and the staff at Sleep Solutions was the best. Not only were they friendly and helpful, but they were extremely knowledgeable of their mattresses and the mattress industry in general. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else.

My wife had the best mattress buying experience ever at this store. Travis was knowledgeable and helpful and I never felt he was pressuring me into spending money which is very rare when mattress shopping! We had a situation where we needed a mattress right away, the mattress was delivered and my old one was taken away within a few hours-same day! I highly recommend this store!

I went to this store in Aurora to look at a new bed and ended up meeting the most knowledgeable sales person who was extremely polite and friendly. It was refreshing to meet a younger person who takes pride in his profession. I would most certainly recommend anyone looking for a new bed to visit this location.

We didnt even know shifts mattress store existed when we were out shopping. We didnt feel pressured to buy the most expensive model. In fact, it was quite the opposite. We were shown lower end mattresses until we asked about others. We didnt but the lowest priced or the highest priced mattress, but somewhere in between. Doing that enabled us to get the adjustable base I have been wanting to try. Travis was very helpful without being pushy. We had a fantastic experience and LOVE our new bed!
