I used to favor this place when previous people work here but since they hired couple new guys and changed gate hours and started raising rental fee and that makes me saying I gonna get out of here. A youngster in the office have no courtesy, Muted more likely, should I make these comments while still stories my things here? Why not, I say how I see it, same goes for the so call manager, big deal! Ill be sure get my stuff and take off before the 3rd of November.

The manager Arcy always made sure my things were safe and secure. I had a couple of issues over the few years my items were stored there, but Arcy fixed everything. If you have concerns or run into problems, let her know and she will make it right. There’s climate control units, elevator access and an area to park. Thank you for everything Arcy! Take care!

We used STOR-N-LOCK when flying between Minneapolis and Denver (back when flying was safe and convenient). It was conveniently located, secure, and very well managed by a congenial, on-site staff. We highly recommend this facility.

I have had my things stored here for many year now. Its kept very clean, well lit, and comfortable. The manager at this location is fantastic. Always friendly and greats me with a smile, and her staff is awesome as well. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

We just move into town. Saw this place on Yelp. The facility is cleaned and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even gave us tips on local sites to visit.

The establishment is cleaned up nicely and I have no problem at all with the office crew when I clean out my storage! The woman in the front office is extremely respectful and makes me feel welcome! I love this storage unit!

This place has a great staff! They have worked with me a few times when I was down on my luck. They really value their customers and I appreciate that! You dont find customer service like this these days, its rare. The facility is nice and clean as well.

I have had several storage units over the last seven or so years. Barry has been the manager most of that time and he is so pleasant to work with. He is very accommodating and concerned about helping however he can. Pere works there two days a week and is also good to the customers. I would recommend this storage facility to any and everyone. In fact, I recently moved my store right next door. How convenient is that!

RC was wonderful. She was very helpful and accomadating. The storage unit was clean with enough lighting. They even had large wooden carts for their customers to use. Very good experience!

Easy move in. Nice staff. Had a couple instances with my lock being cut and tagged for non payment when it was actually paid on time. Good thing I checked on my lockers frequently since I use it for business.

Great management at the site. They is always somebody there daily if you have any problems.Well kept and clean. Never have had any problems and I have stored there for over two years. Highly recommend them because they will work with you and get you in for minimal cost. They also offer a referral program which I have used a few times. Great people. Love them!!!

We had been with this particular Stor-N-Lock for at least 3 yrs. The management is Excellent and they will work with you if the need arises, the Employees are Excellent. Our belongings were never messed with, we felt that our stuff was safe and secure which it was. If in the future we need storage again we will go back to this Stor-N-Lock without thinking twice.

Place is pretty clean compared to other locations. Great spot for anything you need to get out of your garage!

Storage unit was exactly what I was looking for, it fit exactly what I needed to store. Property was clean and the office people were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent a storage from Stor-N-Lock again.

The customer service is great. Barry does a wonderful job. My things have been stored there almost 2 yrs. The units are clean and secure. Carts are available to help move items and the area is under camera surveillance. It is the best storage unit I have ever used, and even has music piped in. :) I recommend Stor-N-Lock for ones storage needs.

Our rent got raised several times but the worst part was the mouse activity. There was tons of mouse dropping all over our items. We did not noticed this until we went to move out of the unit. Everything was great about the property until we saw the evidence of mice. My husband has 18 years in the pest control industry and stated that the service was not adequate for the property. My Husband stated, they should fire their pest control company. I think we rented the unit for an estimated 18 years. The staff was great but pest control is a very weak at this location.

Nice place, friendly staff. Its exactly what youd expect from a place like this. It had 24hr access when I first got it, and less than a week later they changed the access to something like 7am-7pm. Thats kinda a bummer, but you cant beat the price.

I feel my things Are Safe and Secure at all times. I once lost my key to storage unit - and was quickly assisted in re-opening it and re-securing it with no questions asked. Thats dependability you just cant get everywhere.If I were to ever need to store something again.STOR-N-LOCK hands down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Rated for at 110% - excellent.

Moving is super stressful and this storage unit company made our move way less stressful ! Arci, the women who works there is so helpful, professional and friendly ! I couldn’t be more impressed with how great she was and super sweet! They were able to accommodate our “upack” to be dropped off there so we could load it for our move across country. This was so helpful! Not many storage units are willing to work with your situation . They also got us a unit close to where the upack would be dropped off so we didn’t have to haul things too far. The dollies they provide are also super helpful to move a ton of boxes at once . I would highly recommend this place. Thank you guys for helping make our move a little less stressful!

Reason I rate 3 stars. Is because one I did not receive an email, text, or phone call about rate increases. Secondly, when I moved all my things out of the storage unit it took them a month or more to take me out of there system. I kept getting emails about late payments and fees. They finally go to this resolved after having to call them several times about the issue.
