Awful experience. Manager went through my personal vehicle, and proceeded to make comments about it. Clearly none of her business. If they could just do their job, they wouldnt have wasted 3 days of my time for a simple hitch install.

They give you a rental thats on empty with no gas pump on site. And the clerks answer is look at your contract. Umm okay. So that first thing I have to do is go get gas and then Ill have to get gas after Im done. Poor customer service. They also allow you to reserve equipment and then when you show up they dont have said equipment. Had I known that I would have made reservations else where. Dont waste your time here. Also the guy working called me bro.. Definitely not your fing bro.

Dana is a rockstar who helped me in a dire moving situation when I couldnt find a truck anywhere else. I dont know what I woukd have done without her above and beyond service.

Try a different location... gave us a truck almost on empty .. no gas at this location.. service was ok since he could notdo anything about it... but this is not how to do biz... will go to different location next time!

My experience here was great! I rented the 26’ Truck and it was great! Easy to find location and there are signs guiding you to the correct entrance. The staff were very helpful and, even though they were busy, took time to walk through everything about the truck, rental agreement, and options. They made sure all my questions were answered and they gave me helpful tips and instructions on driving such a large vehicle. I had to return the truck after hours, but it was a very simple drop off and I got a detailed list of charges in the morning.

I made a mistake by going to uhual.I should have bought a tow bar instead.I was quoted a price around 270 for my 3 day rental.When I came back I was charge around 30 more totaling up to 300. And not only that but my return date was one day before I came back home. I specifically told them this date, not the day before.Plus their tires kept popping (as seen in photo) and had to refill.It only takes one experience to never use them again.

Worst customer service I’ve had with U-Haul the lady that worked there first complained how we parked and continued to to have a bad attitude once we entered the store so we decided to drive an hour away to Colorado Springs and received exceptional customer service

They dont accept debit card to rent a pick up truck!! Really? They assume all people use credit cards! I drove to several U-Haul locations and no one of them accepted debit card. Bad policy for such a known company! They only care about protecting themselves not to accommodate customers! Very disappointed!

Small location with a few trucks and some supplies. They didnt have my 26ft truck and changed my reservation last minute to the 615 Havana location- thank goodness they did!!! What an amazing upgrade Havana is!!! I highly recommend it over this location for ALL your needs it is 100% NICER than colfax!!!

Made reservations a week ahead of time and was informed 2 days before pickup that truck would have to be picked up 15 miles away. Drivers mirror was so loose it wouldnt stay in position even after tech tighten it. Got loaded and went to original uhaul to pick up car hauler trailer only to be informed it would not be available for another 1 1/2 hours IF the other customer returned it on time. What good are reservations if uhaul doesnt honor them.

Best customer service. I needed boxes and paper. Not only did they help me load them they also answered my questions on getting movers through them. They told me to keep my receipt because I can return any unused boxes for some money back. They did all of this with a smile.

The man with tattoos all over is very rude I was setting in there more then 10 minutes hes working on prop gas and refused to help me I asked him was he going to help he said yes thing said let mr help them they was here before you when I was I. Here the whole time the manager said sorry. And I ask for a better uhaul that has respect for people coming in ..

I’ve used this location several times in the past and have found that Dustin is always there to help and provide the best information possible. I’ve used the truck rental with no issues, and they also have a propane filling station which is helpful 👍🏽Good people and great service here

Rented a truck on Sunday for 24 hours. I returned my rental two hours early on Monday morning. Even return my truck to the assistant manager he looked over my whole truck and told me everything was fine then on Tuesday I get a call from the manger saying my truck wasn’t returned. And they charge me for two more days and the whole time they had the truck back In your possession since Monday. Now I have spent hours on the phone with no answers. The way I see it they illegally charge my credit card for two days of rentals after I return the truck. I don’t know about guys but that’s not how I do business. To make matters worse the manager wis ask to call me by co corporate and I still have not Received any calls from the manager hope y’all have a great day

Young lady in the in the U-Haul store 225 had the worst attitude and told me we could not use my credit card if it said debit even though less than a month ago we use the same card but she said they dont keep the card on file fine think she was ready to go we came in the store at 6:30 she had attitude but Ill be back there in the morning

I have been to this store 3xs so far. Each time had been amazingly pleasant. Everyone is friends and helpful. They have even loaded my car each time without me asking.

Went to buy propane, asked for about $15 worth, he said he could only do full fills, which is the exact opposite of their corporate policy. Then he said if I gave him a specific gallon amount, that could be dispensed, but he only knew the rough estimate of gallon price, and acted as tho textes added are random numbers, and not 8 percent. (please remember, I always said ABOUT not exactly 15) i said its be like 3 gallons, but he started telling me his manager was only going to allow full fills anyways, so I said fine just go it, this is frustrating. While hes in the middle of filling it, he says heres 3 gallons Ill stop it right here for you and I thank him, and he keeps doing his thing for a second, and then disconnects. We walked in, and he told his manager it was 4.7 gallons which when I was asked to pay and saw the amount on screen figured must have been a mistake and asked to double check. He came in and claimed the other guy (my coworker standing next to me) said it was okay and to keep filling..... We only said thank you. So now the manager again is telling me they cant estimate dollar amounts, I explained again, I had already, and it was understood and ignored. There was no apology, just blame placed on my coworker, and attitude thrown immediately. I only went here because my usual u-haul where everyone can do elementary math closed and 5, and my torch ran out in the middle of work. Ill be sure to check before 5. Aside from the 15 minutes before being acknowledged, this place is just ran terribly, and has no customer service. Only uhaul I was treated bad at, but it was very bad.

The staff were super helpful in our truck rental. The truck windshield wasnt clean, but I have no other complaints. We were in and out fairly quickly and they were fair and courteous.

I have rented from this location a few times and I have always had a great experience with Dustin the Store Manager and his team.

I am at this location about every 2 weeks for 40 lbs of propane. The service is generally slow but the manager is always extremely nice and friendly. There two others i deal with on occasion. One is rude and generally acts like its a bother to help. The other one classifies himself as the assistant manager. Last weekend I got 2 20 lbs propane tanks filled and reserved a trailer. I planned for a 5 x 8 cargo covered trailer. They didnt have any for the following weekend and he provided I would have to pick it up at the Buckly facility. I said no i.didnt want to go all the way over there to pick it up. I asked what be available for pickup Friday and return on Saturday. We.worked out a 5 x 8 open trailer. So today I arrive a 5pm to pick up and the reservation is not listed their. It was found under my phone number and at the Buckly facility. I told the guy at the counter that is not what I understood. He apologised and said its only a preferred place. He said again he was sorry and that he didnt set up the reservation. I quickly reminded him that he was the one who set it up. He could care less if the company lost a customer. Having no choice now I traveled to Buckley during rush hour. When I reserved I informed this assistant manager that I had a 3 inch ball and 7 way plug. Now I am at the Bukley facility and most irritated. I explain what happened and they were prompt, kind and apologetic. I pay and go out as they follow and set me up to receive a 5 x 8 cargo covered trailer. Exactly the opposite of the understanding made. So now I have buy another hitch and an adapter for the electrical. I need to use uhaul for my propane since I have purchased my 20 and 30 lbs tanks through them and the Colfax location is to convenient. I would never rent from them again. I know it.was cold the day I reserved, that the assistant manager was working alone and that he was waiting for all the late appointments to show up. My end result starting at 20 bucks for basically an overnight rental has turned into 90 and no choice if I want to help my 74 year old uncle in the morning. Pretty sad situation and you should reconsider using this site.

I was scheduled to pick up at another location and found that the i225/Colfax location was closer to my storage facility. I was told by the location on I70/Colorado that pick up time ended at 630, so I rushed over to Colfax to pick up my trailer. When I arrived, I was greeted by Dustin Glidwell and Adam Gore, who corrected my belief and let me know that they process rentals all the way up until closing at 7pm. They said if I ever had an issue with a pick up again, to come see them and they would make it right.They not only helped me determine the correct trailer size for my needs, but also helped me choose the right ball mount for my truck. All in all I was truly impressed with there level of professional knowledge and service.HERES THE KICKER:I was scheduled for a one way rental and found that returning to the pickup location was my best option.The 1800 customer service rep informed me that my rate would double or triple if I returned the trailer back to the original location. I was not happy about this and called Dustin and Adam at I225/Colfax. They informed me that not only was this incorrect, but that they would personally see to it that I recieved a refund for the one way charge of $180.00, and that I would only be billed $35.00 for a one day rental because I returned it to the same location I picked it up from.These 2 guys squashed all my concerns without any hesitation and treated me with respect and courtesy I would expect from any UHAUL location.If I ever have to rent a trailer or truck again, I will go out of my way to see Dustin and Adam down on Colfax. These guys are setting the bar high and this location has set the standard of what I would expect of every UHAUL rental in the future. Thanks again Guys! I would give you 6 Stars if I could!

DONT USE UHAUL. Uhaul proudly prints on their boxes that they will buy back any unused boxes. The small print says with receipt. ...and this Uhaul stood firm...no receipt...no refund. THERE ARE CHEAPER AND BETTER RENTAL OPTIONS THAN UHAUL, WHO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS...GO THERE!!!

Stopped to fill up our propane tanks.... lady in the shop says the propane guy isnt there and she doesnt know how to fill them. So basically they leave someone who can not fullfill the entire job responsibilities of uhaul to run the shop. Yea, thats smart.

Front desk worker I think her name was Aaron, she was the rudest thing Ive ever encountered! so much so that Im going to budget. I will never rent a uhaul from this place ever again. Guy showed no interest in helping me. I would ask questions and right off the bat he would tell me thats not something we do. All I wanted to do was rent a trailer.

We had a hitch installed at another uhaul dealership and they left our vehicle with a very loud rattle. We came here to pick up the trailer we rented and Jacqueline took time to fix the rattle and didnt charge us a thing. She is my hero!

Horrible experience, the lady that was there was rude and had attitude. They charged me for 2 gallons of gas even tho I took pictures of the gas gauge when I dropped off the truck. I called the manager and showed the pics they still did not refund me. DONT EVER USE THIS LOCATION!!!

Had to wait 20min to rent a truck even with no line, guy behind the counter was one of the rudest Ive ever met. Not recommended, I wish we had driven the extra 2mi to the other Colfax location.
