We use this facility two- 3 times a month. Rented a trailer for three hours and was billed for an overnight. Called and got some man on the phone who is speaking 200 miles an hour. Would not let me speak had a harsh tone and kept spewing the same sentences over and over and I could not understand due to how fast he was speaking I finally thanked him for helping and he hung up on me he’s a real piece of work.Then I waited 22 minutes on the 800 number he gave me. Finally got thru and refund is said to be on the way.Double check your receipts-
I agree with many other reviewers; U -Haul Corp. make promises/appointments without confirming with the individual locations and they are loss because nothing was communicated to them. Inspite of, Tammy at this location did an excellent job with installing a hitch, and squeezing me in as appoint which hadnt been properly communicated. Tammy, restored my faith in the U-Haul brand and I will use her as a standard should I have 2 deal with any other U-Haul locations.
Only complaint would be that the truck wasnt filled up all the way with gas when I picked it up. I had to go back inside and show the lady at the counter so I wouldnt have to cover the 25% that was missing. Of course, when she saw it wasnt all the way full, she made a note and there were no problems. Service was professional and efficient, and the truck I rented was very nice and clean.

If u need the proper guidance in terms of what you need to move & the right parts for your towing, this is the place to go! The people here have been very helpful to me in preparing me for my cross country move this coming May.
