Parking is a bit limited due to ongoing construction in the neighborhood, but other than that not a bad thing to say.Not only do they have great coffee and a plethora of breakfast goods and snacks, Pueblo Viejo is located onsite right next to them slinging some awesome breakfast tacos. Great spot to hang and work from or bring the family to check out their little patio!
Love love love all of their drinks here, the maple latte is to die for and they have one of the best golden milks Ive ever tried! Super friendly and quick service too. Highly recommend stopping by to make your morning a little bit sweeter
Great little stop. A retrofitted trailer, a a yard with benches, and a lumber yard all rolled into one location. As you enter the yard the smells of fresh coffee and cut lumber fill the air and you can almost pretend your out in the woods somewhere. The staff is excellent guiding you through any questions you might have and helping you pick the perfect drink.
Such a fun spot! They make really tasty coffee and the space is great for conversations.
I live right around the corner from Flitch and I love having it tucked away within walking distance. The baristas are generally kind + quick, the coffee is really delicious (its an iced oat milk latte for me) and the outside seating is nice.(Youll likely gather this from other reviews but there is only outside seating so take that into account when choosing to come here.)
Favorite coffee shop in East Austin! There’s always seating, the coffee price per size is awesome and their iced lattes are delicious! There is also a taco food truck here if you get hungry and WiFi if you wanted to work on a few things on a laptop.
One of my favorite coffee shops in Austin. There’s a taco truck next door also. Try the maple latte!
The vanilla latte I had was yummy and its dog friendly. Cute neighborhood and the barista was nice and friendly. Parking lot could be bigger.
A great place with amazing coffee and of course, a great mission! (Tree huggers unite!)I always make a point to stop by for coffee when I stop by in the east side of Austin. Plenty of parking in the lot, lots of space to sit down and hang out outside, and always tons of cute dogs to adore. Not to mention the coffee is on point. I highly recommend the maple latte if you stop by this fall.
Flitch probably has one of the best outdoor patios in all the coffee shops in Austin. Lots of seating with beautifully constructed furniture that makes you want to recreate the same atmosphere for your own home. The vibe is great: relaxed and cozy. You can laze about with a cup of coffee, or work the afternoon away on your laptop in the serene environment. The actual coffee shop is in an airstream trailer with super nice and friendly staff. And yes, it makes a difference when the persons making your coffee are engaging. Even Jake the dog will greet you with a friendly hello! The lattes and flat whites are delicious with the right amount of creaminess to make the perfect cup.
Great vibe and great coffee. Probably the best drip coffee Ive had in recent memory and much better than the pourover I also had while in town. Great little outdoor sitting area which is perfect for social distancing. Another plus for easy parking.
So glad we finally got to check this place out. Its super close for us. The team working there is friendly and helpful. The coffee is good and good pastries if they run out of tacos. Especially the apple fritter. Also if the weather is great, being able to sit outside and enjoy your coffee in a dog friendly space is awesome.
Awesome Latte! In from Dallas, and it was fairly close to the airport. Well worth the trip. Staff is super cool and friendly.
Ive been to a lot of coffee shops in Austin and this is definitely my favorite!!!! Vibes, coffee quality, Pueblo Viejo breakfast tacos??? A no brainer from my perspective.
It helps that theyre within walking distance from my house, but the coffee is top notch. Service is fast and friendly, and theres usually a taco truck either on site, or they have a limited amount available pre made. Dog friendly, limited seating.
The coziest imaginable little coffee garden
Cortado, iced latte, and maple latte are delicious..one of the few establishments using Mill King, and have written and posted in the ordering area what their espresso blend is. Beautifully crafted outdoor space, a design focused area since the owners work in wood, owning the lumber yard next door. Menu is colorful, operation is woman-founded and staffed.. Most importantly, I had a perfect service experience and on a Saturday morning, it wasnt busy at all...lots of handsome tabling. Not wheelchair accessible. They have a nice stage area, wondering if there is programming here at any time throughout the week...
Been here twice, great service and food excellent location and atmosphere, I got the little sweetie which was an excellent drink, if in the area check it out!!
Great coffee, great service, tasty food, fun outdoor seating. I love it!
Great place and has excellent drinks and the taco trailer is amazing. Pets allowed!
Good coffee, good price, fast service. A great little local place with a limited, curated menu.
We came down from Houston to visit local coffee shops around Austin and Flint coffee did not disappoint! The barista was welcoming and the atmosphere was very welcoming! We tried the maple latte and it was great! We will definitely come again when we come back!
Quaint and cute. Great Matcha and teas. Love the large outdoor seating area.
Very nice setup. People that run it were the friendliest and the coffee was really good. Lots of open outdoor seating for social distancing.
Nice layout, good coffee.Perfect place for a chat with friends with safe socially distancing outside.
Great espresso, good oatmeal, nice customer service. Will be back.
Staff is always friendly and I love the vibe and seating area. The coffee is excellent!
Not bad. Price(2.50-3.00) was reasonable for a cup of joe, compared to most in this town. And the person gave me a small discount, I think.
Great atmosphere but coffee nothing special.
More of an overall experience than the actual quality of coffee. Easy to miss the location since its a small 1950s camper in a gravel parking lot. The woman is so sweet and is passionate about her craft. Laid back environment with her dog Jake running around. The prices are reasonable depending on the drink. I ordered a mocha is was better than average but not fantastic. I would go again to support local business and order another beverage.
Cute little place. Decent drip coffee. Friendly service.
Home base for my coffee
Visited Monday afternoon on 2/17/2020. The barista (unsure of her name), was for whatever reason, unbeknownst to my group of friends, very surly towards us. It could have been towards the end of her shift?! No idea, but we didn’t deserve the attitude. I would have given 1 star, but I feel it’s worth mentioning that I’ve been here before and had a better experience. I love supporting local, and in East Austin, we have a plethora of options and be won’t be going back anytime, unfortunately.
Cool place with great lattes
Amazing coffee and love they have Andy Ks donuts! Also how can you not love the doggo?
This place is cute as all get out.
One of my favorite places for coffee. Friendly staff and great outdoor space. Nice place for little kiddos and doggies to be out and about. On top of that, the coffee is on point.
Coffee is great. I come here with my fiance on our lunch breaks. Jake is super cute 🐕 and the staff is always friendly. Very cozy joint and in a relaxed part of Springdale.
Really nice barista! I came in after work looking like I crawled out of a hole filled with grey clay, and she was super cool. My mocha was fabulous. They make their own chocolate.
East side has its more-than-fair share of coffee shops, but this is one of the best examples. Great staff, fantastic coffee, and the outdoor seating is well shaded, breezy, and comfortable. Enough noise and chatter to give it character, but not overwhelming even when busy.A local hidden gem!
First time here and it was absolutely amazing!! The service was great! The ladies were super sweet!! The coffee and pastries were incredibly yummy! 😋 super cute area to relax and enjoy the goodies out front too!
The best coffee Ive encountered in Austin yet! They operate out of a cute and colorful trailer that smells like coffee heaven on the inside. We showed up just before closing so didnt stay long, but the outside area was decorated and inviting, had plenty of seating and what looked like a little stage for events. I cant wait to go back for their delicious espresso.
Attention Coffee shop owners from across the country who are trying to capture that hipster coffee shop mystique: you will always fall short because you dont have what Flitch Coffee has- hip people.
Grabbed a maple latte with almond milk and a slice of pumpkin bread to go on our way out of town this morning and both were delicious. My party and I were delighted by Jake, the owners dog, who kept us company while we waited for our orders. The service was friendly and prompt. The ambiance was cozy.
I had the maple latte, which was delicious and not too sweet. The seating is all outdoors, so in the summer it can get quite toasty. Thankfully they have shaded seating and there’s a nice breeze that comes through the area.
Flitch is my morning go to for coffee and a muffin. Its such a homey place that it feels like youre sitting in your backyard, even when you dont have a backyard. It has a very neighborly vibe and is dog friendly.
Great little place to go relax on enjoy a beverage of your choice. Only bad thing is its all outdoor and can be rather hot. Some shade to try and keep the sun off you.Overall a cool place to hang out.Enjoy!
Really cute coffee spot on the east side. Their outdoor seating is shrouded in beautiful greenery, and the coffee comes from a converted airstream trailer! So cool. I definitely recommend this place for an eclectic, cozy, outdoor fill-up. Get your coffee on!
Tried the Maple Latte. Fast and nice service, warm drink, really hit the spot. REALLY charming atmosphere on the patio. Plus, theres a dog. Amazing coffee+atmosphere+dog= BEST COFFEE IN AUSTIN.Will definitely be back frequently.
I love Flitch! It is truly one-of-a-kind. Im always super satisfied with anything from the menu, and the maple latte is my personal fav. Their creative use of space is inspiring, and Im so glad that Erica and Andrew have lent their styles and skills to gift us with this magical spot.
Great little coffee spot. Recommended if youre on the East Side and need a quick cup of coffee. The indoor space is small but theyve also recently added more outdoor seating.
Charming, serene location. Good coffee and service. Abundant, cool (outdoor) seating. A great place to hang out and socialize or focus on work. Jake the Coffee Dog is a good host to boot.
Totally stoked to have found a good coffee spot I can bike to with my baby. The cold brew was spot-on and fairly priced. Not only is the owner super-friendly but everyone who showed up to buy some coffee while I was there was also really chill. Overall, a friendly, laid-back coffee shop with good coffee and good vibes.
This place is so cute! I love that its a trailer with outdoor seating. Perfect for sitting outside with a book, bringing kids, or pets. They have water bowls. The coffee itself was okay, nothing special but not bad. I would recommend!
Ah what a cute and lovely little coffee shop and outdoor space. It provides such a cozy atmosphere with the quirkiness that is Austin so perfectly. And they open early!! Absolutely recommend grabbing a cuppa coffee here and hanging outside in the greenery
So yummy
Best little coffee shop in Austin.
I bought a cup of coffee and a blueberry muffin. No big I thought. The muffin was delicious. Really was surprised at its taste. Definitely made with love. My coffee was equally as good. Rich flavors but not acidic like some other brews as strong elsewhere. Made a note to stop by here as a treat to myself in the future.
Good local coffee and specialty drinks served out of a vintage trailer. Accepts cash/credit. Outdoor seating. Dog friendly. Well worth the visit..
These guys have a great rating for a good reason. This is an awesome little spot. They have friendly staff, quick service, and delicious coffee & pastries. Instantly a new favorite.
Probably one of the coolest coffee joints in the entire city. I love this place deeply.
This is an excellent owner operated coffee shop with a skilled batista and a unique bean selection compared to other shops in town (evocation coffee!) Ive never seen a maple latte before, and it makes for a great iced drink (quad shot). Definitely a must for any coffee lover.
Great little sleepy coffee trailer right next to a wood working coop (Hatch). The drinks are great and there is plenty of room outside to enjoy a nice day in the shade. We love taking a stroll here on a Saturday for great coffee and relaxing atmosphere. Jake the dog is the real deal.
Its a small trailer, unprepossessing at first and which fits quite well into the East Austin casual scene. But the coffee was good. Just a small couch inside the trailer, but at least three open-air tables outside. Two men from the woodworking shop brought out a just-built bench while we were there. The parking lot inside the fence is good-sized. Bicyclists welcomed. Aside from the good coffee, the shop serves tea, muffins and small pastries. Dont expect anything upscale.
Quaint sitting space, I dont think I could come here if the weather wasnt nice. Solid cup of coffee and some nice pups to keep you company :)
Love this place. She has the best pastries. And the coffee is like no other Ive ever tasted
Indoor seating area is small but cozy, I really like this place, you can have dogs outdoors too! Staff is super friendly :)
Nice place to think about business. i will be back with my relatives. prices are decent.
Love this little coffee shop. Local gem.
Flitch Coffee- my favorite coffee spot in Austin, Texas for so many reasons:1) Its quirky- Its tucked away in a neighborhood in East Austin and you have to know its there to find it. Once you locate it, theres no turning back. Its a small container that can seat only 2-4. Luckily, theres a MASSIVE outdoor space filled with all types of seats.2) The coffee is good. They make it with perfection. My latte was the best I had in ATX.3) The experience is the best in town.If you love taking photos, good coffee, and hidden gems, Flitch is a must see in ATX!
Great coffee and friendly staff!
Coffee was good and its a nice space outside to hang out with my dogs
A quiet, quaint, neighborhood coffee shop. Pets are welcome. The cost of coffee and a taco is reasonably priced.
Best Chai Tea Ive ever had. Kind of hidden, but awesome coffee + baked goods trailer with a nice rock garden and outdoor seating. Friendly service and bonus points for the shop dog. ;)
