I love this little shop! The manager is fantastic! She knows just about everything you could think to ask and she will tell you which products are the best bang for your buck. I recommend to everyone to check this place out! They have a hookah lounge in the back with games and seating. And they areOpen late, I believe until 2am. Check them out, you wont be sorry!!

If youre looking for a traditional middle eastern lounge, this is it. The outdoor patio is enjoyable. The staff is friendly. And the tea is great. I started smoking hookah 20 years ago in a more traditional lounge in Las Vegas. It was nice to relive the experience. Just relaxing.

Love the customer service especially in the smoke shop the girl in there knows her products and is efficient. She takes time to ensure the customer knows what they are buying and if there is anything extra u need to know in order to make informed purchases. Ive been recommending this spot to my friends. Clean your pond!! Those poor fish are going to die!!! There is trash and dirty water you need to take care of your pond or not have one! The pond would be a beautiful additive to the hookah bar but pls take care of it. Other than that I have no complaints the service and hookah and staff is great but pls clean your pond !!I’m not sure if you can see my edit but I was there last night, I promise you there is fish in there !!I totally get that there are rude customers like that and I’m so sorry but pls take some time and go look there are some gold fish in there I sat there for a while next to it trying to figure out what was inside when I saw the bubbles and the fish there is at least 2/3. Also thank you for replying y’all are awesome sorry about the rude customers y’all get.

It has been a long time since Ive been excited about a smoke shop ...but Montse 😉 has made a raving fan out me. Friendly, fun, great experience all around because of the atmosphere she created when my girlfriend and I stopped by. Educated on her products & knowledgeable about the reality of the needs of real people in real life and conscious of customers needs & likes! Thanks for a great experience!

Really great environment with a huge deck would be great for live music friendly staff and it seems like theres a food truck there too but theres also two restaurants nearby if ur looking for something else to eat the patio is dog friendly and the Moroccan mint tea is to die for its served hot but even on a warm day its extremely refreshing!

Been coming here with a friend right before the new management came in. It still has the same vibe although its much more crowded. Its a bit louder too but not so bad that you cant talk like at Kasbah. I cant really knock them for anything. Service is on point and they make great recommendations for flavors.

Great place, great hookah, great staff. We really enjoyed our time there. Lost an item and had to come back the next day to pick it up and they were very quick professional and courteous in returning it. Overall can recommend. Back porch AstroTurf area was great for our group of 7.

BY FAR THE BEST HOOKAH LOUNGE IN AUSTIN, TEXAS. Amazing prices, only $10 during happy hour. The last time I went to Zaytouna, it was 30 minutes after happy hour and they still gave me the discount. ALSO out of the 10 years of my experience with hookah, I have never tasted hookah with so much flavor. I would recommend Zaytouna to everyone!! It is a calm and relaxing place to go after work but at night its popularity shows. Theres an indoor and outdoor area. The outdoor area is so nice, it has a lot of tables and is very clean! On top of it all though, the staff at Zaytouna Lounge is AMAZING. Every employee is so kind and welcoming! Like I said earlier, Zaytouna is the best hookah lounge in Austin, Texas!!

Great place for hookah. their Teas are also very nice. they have various kinds of Hookah flavors. try their Paan Rose one, fabulous. they also have playing cards. Outside deck area is huge and in summer it is really awesome at night to sit and do hookah.

The customer service was amazing, the decor is beautiful with authentic details, modern details. The hookah was made perfect and the morracan tea was served perfect tempure and tasted wonderful. The atmosphere was very inviting and relaxed with authentic music and it was my overall favorite hookah lounge I have been to so far in Austin. It has been my 3rd lounge. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone as the place to go for a Hookah establishment when visiting Austin TX.

Badass Chill spot. Workers are very friendly & awesome! My friend asked for a suggestion on hookah flavor, the girl was completely cool with suggestion. I love the atmosphere at Zaytouna; friendly and welcoming, we bring friends and coworkers here any chance we can. The hookahs are devine, using the best shesha we have smoked. This is the place to come to relax and enjoy your day or evening. The coffees and drinks are amazing, as well! Love this place.

Nice and cozy feel like a home with patios and couches. Ventilation inside not as good as it should be for a hookah lounge. Good customer service. Owner himself was polite and courteous. Reasonably priced hookahs with great flavors and wonderful selection of drinks i.e coffee, morrocan tea, shakes etc. Id recommend it and would definitely visit again with friends.

So folks write stuff when they really hate or like the place... and is there something wrong with that.. not really..... so please dont believe those positive reviews.. this place is a dingy place that is not built or set for a shesha lounge.. this is adjacent to some commercial office and this shesha place is just a front or cover from money wash from the next door place which is the office owned by the same person.... you know some of us were not born yesterday. ... so please save that date night or time with friends for some other place but this one.... this place doesnt even have lounge couches except on one wall.. like few feet and once one person sits there... two more people cant sit.... well good luck to these folks washing that money using this fraud of a lounge as means...I guess one day someone (wink wink fbi) will catch up to their act but in the meantime please enjoy your time in some other place...

The website and business description needs an update. The hours and services are variable and different than advertised. They were closing early one time I tried to visit. (-1) The next time they were very busy and advised they no longer serve coffee to anyone except hookah customers. (-1) And pastries are no longer offered here. (-1) Unless you are here to smoke hookah, I recommend the nearby Santorini Cafe or Balkan Cafe for your social gatherings in this area.

Its not a fancy place but it is really chill. The owners and employees are really nice, respectful, and friendly.The quality of the hookah and tobacco is superb.ALSO since they dont serve food, they seem to be quite cool with people who bring food with them, just make sure to clean after yourself. They dont serve that food and they shouldnt be picking up your trash.

Decent hookah place on N Lamar, but the inside is very small and on a hot August night, not very well AC-ed (it was sweatastically hot the night I went).Knowledgeable staff who was able to make a very good shisha blend suggestion that we ended up loving! Good quality shisha and decent coals/hoses. The girl working did a great job switching out the coals and when it started pulling harsh, she did a nice job of getting it back to a nice, clean, soft pull.They also serve real moroccan tea. We had the jasmine and it was delicious! They even serve it sweet like I love it! I just wish they had something to munch on while hookah-ing.

This place is way underrated. I dont even want to review it out of fear itll get toi popular and lose its atmosphere. Very chill place to hang. Nice atmosphere, the ppl there are very cool peeps. The mint tea is a must and as always my favorite mix of kiwi and mint hookah. Nextdoor is a good Balkin cafe if you get hungry, as well as a decent greek place.
